Took a laptop purchased from them to fix three times and the third time they claimed they had sent it to the manufacturer for a replacement. I had the serial number from the computer and I got the same one back. It also was not fixed. I had a family members IT guy look at it, he replaced the hard drive and works wonderfully. Not an honest company, buyer beware....

I asked Mike aobut my wife's laptop, whether it was cheaper to fix or just donate it to his computer fund? He was totally honest with me and turned out we saved it for cheap.
