I was sitting at my computer and for over 30 years I have never had a virus. Then out of nowhere, my computer starts screaming at me, "You have a virus! You have a virus! Please call this number." After a good deal of investigation, I found out that my Safari search engine was compromised to the max. I made one phone call in a panic to Fast-Teks Pro and I told Amanda what my problem was and she had a tech named Matt come out here in less than two hours. He spoke Computer English so we understood what was going on. He fixed my computer in less than an hour, and then he fixed my wife's computer and my laptop. Matt was done in less then two hours. He was amazing. You guys are outrageous.

Yet Chris was equally knowledgeable, competent and effective in communicating with me so that I could understand esoteric malware considerations and how to improve security going forward. Fast, Great service!! My dad is 95 and got some horrible virus on his computer. I left a message for Fast-Teks on a Friday afternoon and Amanda returned my call first thing Monday morning.
