My laptop wouldn't power on. Called and took it in late afternoon, had it diagnosed, options given. The laptops motherboard was out and Brandon was able to save everything on my desktop and I had my files restored the same day. Reasonable rates and great customer service. Will definitely use again.

Dropped my laptop off at 12:30 and it was done by 3:00. Incredibly impressed!!!!! I called everyone from Missoula to Hamilton and everyone quoted me 150 to 250 to remove the virus and a min of a week. I paid 40 bucks!!! Super friendly and FAST!!!!! I can't tell you how many times I have driven by Midway Computer and Video on 93 and didn't really notice it. The last time I did I noticed that they also did computer repair. I have an older large Toshiba laptop that I really like and has been very reliable. Problem was it ran an old unsupported Home Vista platform that made it unsecure. I have went many places and they all said they couldn't upgrade it to a newer Windows Platform, as it was too old, didn't have the memory, or would cost too much. Was told you just need to invest in a newer computer. Imagine my supprise when I walk in and notice that Brandon is using an older Toshiba Laptop in the store. Told him of my situation and he told me he thought he could upgrade they system for me but he would have to look at it first. After just a few minutes looking at it. He told me it had plenty of memory and adequate harddrive to upgrade. I was so pleasantly supprised after pretty much giving up on being able to do. One of the reasons I wanted it upgraded so much was it had lots of photos and videos on it. As part of the process Brandon backed up all of my home photos and videos on a thumb drive prior to upgarading Windows. And he did this all at a very reasonable price. Prior to the work being done the fan on the computer when it came on was pretty loud. After this work was done I can't even hear it.I couldn't be more pleases with the service that Brandon provided. Enjoying my computer again.
