Really negative experience. I brought my computer in on a Monday to remove malware/ viruses and was told at the end of the day it was ready to pick up but when I brought it home it wasn't fixed I then brought it back three more times. Each time being accused that I reinfected my computer with websites I have been using my whole life that are completely safe. Finally on the last trip I was trying to find out when I could pick up my computer and I got all this personal, unprofessional information. And finally when I picked up my computer they were unprofessional and there was a German Shepard in the shop barking constantly and I'm a dog person.

I had a good experience with Little Bird. I brought in my school laptop, and they took a good look at it and spent lots of time figuring out what was wrong. Even though the computer was pretty much unfixable, and would cost more to repair than it was worth, they were honest and very respectful. I would rather hear the honest bad news than be screwed around any day. I will be going back in the future!

a month to not do a couple of basic repairs, i had to go get the computer myself. wouldn't waste my time again with this outfit.

This company is a joke. I made an appointment on the company's website and it was confirmed. All of the information I was given as to the location of the business was incorrect. The incorrect address was on the email confirmation as well as their website. I finally called the phone number and got the correct address off of the voicemail. When I showed up for our appointment, no one was at that address and there was nothing on the window or door as far as any identifying information on the business. I had to go into the business next door and ask where they were located. Both doors were locked. I called the number back and on the message it says that they are not open on Mondays. The day they confirmed my appointment.

The guy seems extraordinarily busy but fixed my phone twice in just a few days, once he buggered up the screen a little and made it up to me. Would definitely use again.

This guy has no business skills at all. I called him once and was told he could get me in first thing the next morning and to call him then. I did exactly as he asked, and was ignored. 5 voicemails, 10 calls, 2 instant messages, 4 visits to his shop, and 30 hours later, I still have not received a response from him or seen him. Fine, I'll send my phone into apple and just have them fix it...it should still get done faster than his supposed 1 hour fixes.

Once I found the place! No street side advertising! Talked to them several times through the week! Said they would have part in! Once I arrived. No part! Talked to same salesman every time! He said they could have it in the following week! No thanks! Just very unprofessional!

My friend had a computer worked on by this guy a few years ago and it was a complete mess. Nothing was configured correctly and he left the insides filthy. Had to wipe the drive and change the BIOS to the correct settings for a Solid State Drive before reinstalling Windows.

Little Bird is the only place I will take my stuff in Helena. They are professional and experienced in repairing computers and small devices. Definitely recommend!
