I dropped my phone and needed a new screen. This business popped up in Google as being conveniently located near where I work and near where I live, so I gave them a try. They replaced the screen, and after I picked the phone up, I noticed one small glitch. I took the phone back to them, they fixed the glitch, and it was not an easy fix. I was surprised at the effort they put in to fixing this little glitch and making sure I left a happy customer. This is the first time in all my years that I have done any kind of business with a store that deals with cell phones and walked away convinced that I was treated well for a fair price. My understanding is that they work on other electronic devices. They will be my first call henceforth whenever anything related to smart phones or computers arises.

Fantastic people here at the Heights location. Rather than charge me $99+ to take apart my phone and replace a part they gave it a thorough cleaning, got it working and sent me on my way. They also had the opportunity to charge me an arm and a leg to repair my Apple Watch but instead gave me a quote and said it would be cheaper to buy a new one. Overall an incredibly honest group and I can’t recommend them enough to get your device fixed and not get ripped off in the process

we bought a phone from you and it did fine for the first 1 day then my micro phone went out. I knew there was warranty on it so i thought it was no biggy. I went to your store to drop it off and all went well. later got a phone call saying it had got wet inside. I only had It for 2 days!! Sir, If you were there driver of delivery truck “40 foot” trailer and all. I wish to thank you for blocking all access including the handycap parking to all the businesses you inconvenienced for the hours you were parked. I do not understand why you would do such a thing like that when there was a huge parking lot in the back. In reviewing some of your reviews, it looks like you are experienced at different locations, why now would you block 90% of all access to these small businesses. I have had great experiences at these places and seems to me you were the rude one. Again, Thank you for not allowing me to get my haircut or get my cellphone fixed today.

I brought my old s5 in to them because my charging port wasn't working they explained it might be better to just get a new one they showed me there's and I told them I wasn't interested in a nicer phone they recommended a straight talk phone under 100 bucks and that they could transfer the apps and messages and pretty much clone my broke one long story short I got a better phone that is going to be more reliable than my old one with a case and not to mention the time to switch a phone over through straight talk for the same price to fix my old one and they did all if that and set my new one up for the price if a case thanks guys I will recommended you anytime

I had a great experience the day I had my phone worked on. All the staff was friendly and helpful. The next day all hell broke loose. My phone wouldn’t accept my passcode. I went back to them and they had to factory reset my phone. I lost a lot of pictures and phone numbers because I hadn’t done a backup in a few months. (Partly my fault) I figured it could be worse so I was grateful that I was able to recover what I could. The same day, my new display that they installed started acting up. One keystroke on the keyboard would result in 5,10,maybe 20 letters (random). I went back in and I couldn’t get it to do it in front of them. I thought it might be a glitch so I left. It got worse. I finally found a apple store while driving home to Mississippi and figured I’d have the display changed again and they wouldn’t service the phone since it had third party parts in it! I was furious. I felt like my hands were tied. I don’t recommend this place. They’ll tell you that their parts are the same ones that Apple uses but I don’t believe it because their parts aren’t reliable. And Apple will not service your phone after these guys have put their parts in it. You’ll end up with a paper weight instead of a phone.

I brake my tablets/phones CONSTANTLY. I go here for battery replacements, screen replacements, screen protectors, water damage processor board repair and drying, cases, I’ve even purchased phones and tablets from them that where pre-owned etc. CPR on Main Street has always provided excellent customer service as well as very reasonable prices. They are genuine in their efforts to repair your electronics affordably and won’t upsell you to make a buck or send you home with inferior parts. I’ve been going to this location for a few years now and they are fantastic! I wouldn’t go anywhere else or trust anyone else. It’s hard to find good quality service in the business of repair with anything but when you find a business that goes the extra mile you stick with them for sure. Myself, my mother, father, and my sisters family all go here now and are very happy! 5 stars for service, price, repair time, and the cute dog in the lobby.

All I can say is it started out a great experience, they had done what I brought my phone in for. They had failed to put my sim card back in. Had to go on my lunch break the next day , took the whole lunch hour running around to my phone carrier and them trying to convince them they had given me the wrong sim card. They were very rude and dismussive, made me feel stupid. And when they finally gave me the right sim card, not an apology or anything! Will not go back there again. I understand that people make mistakes, I was never upset that they forgot to put my sim card in. It was how they treated me after! Customer service seems to be dead, or at least on it's way!

Im telling you now,you will regret that you ever went to this idoctor. You will not get your refund so use ur immediate bank card. Please save yourself a worst headache or migraine and 300 bucks. Do not go to it n do not take your Apple phone!! They are Very highly arrogant on the phone but when you walk in the store they wont talk like that because they must be scared your gonna whoop their behind. Apple will NOT work on your phone if you have taken it to this very place,be very aware. Has anyone had a problem with the staff being overly arrogant or completely rude. Well I'm a delivery driver for the new T-Mobile store next door and I would like to say that I don't know what the service is inside the building but when their staff comes out and completely goes off on me and calls the cops on me for trying to deliver Goods to the to the store next door then I have to imagine that is the type of service I would if I went in and tried to buy something from them now. The rudeness was not necessary calling the cops was a joke and I wouldn't recommend anybody have to deal with this staff for any reason. I usually try to give great reviews anytime I can. They help all businesses grow but the owner of this company needs to get some new staff or if the owner was the one who called the cops on me then you might need an anger management class. Well I hope this review helps keep somebody from going through the anger and abuse that I went through just trying to deliver next door.

My experience started out wonderful with the heights location. A couple members of their staff were very polite and tries very hard to repair what turned out to be an unsolvable problem. I had to go in multiple times to re-attach my screen that was replaced in January. Even given the frequent visits, which thankfully were covered under warranty, I would have given a better review if it wasn't for my final visit. On my last trip one member of the staff was completely unnecessarily rude and took a rough experience and made it awful. I had requested to speak with the main associate I had been dealing with up to this point because he was already aware of my particular situation. Due to the way he handled the situation and insisted rudely interrupting, even though I was discussing with a different member of the staff, made me incredibly glad that I will never have to go back to this store again. The original associate is the only reason I gave them any stars at all. Repeated visits from January to May, just to be left with a device that is less than functional could have been salvaged if he would have had any sort of basic customer respect.

My iPhone 7 was glitching , it would turn on then turn immediately off, i initially took it to the ATT store just to find out they couldn't do anything so they (and also my co worker) recommended the iDoctor. The moment i stepped into the store i was greeted and welcomed. I began to explained what my issue was and they quickly proceeded to run a diagnostic. it turned out that my phone had water damage, the moment i heard that i thought all hope was lost. thankfully they offer a water damage repair service, i agreed to it and a few hours later my phone was fully functional as if nothing had ever happened to it. I will definitely recommend the idoctor to my friends and colleagues , the technicians were professional , straight forward, and honest guys there to do an honest job. i am all about supporting local businesses especially ones with great customer service like idoctor!
