We brought in a recalcitrant Samsung Galaxy SIII that wouldn't accept a new Micro SD card. The very friendly, professional people at iDoctor found a small piece of glass inside the card slot - removed it, and then inserted the card for us. They also checked out the old Micro SD card (the cause of the initial issue precipitating the replacement of that card) to confirm that there was an issue with that card. They recommended a data recovery place to help us get information off of the bad card. They were so helpful, and so professional, and had great suggestions on how to back up pictures automatically on this cell phone. I can recommend them highly, without reservation, to anyone needing help with their cell phone. Very grateful for their assistance! Many thanks!

Great service. The guys told me about a way to my repairs paid for (Wells Fargo protection plan) so I was able to get all but $25 of $350 repairs paid for. They were extremely helpful, nice, and quick to great and help me when I arrived at the store. I dropped my phone off at 1230 and it was done by the time I got off work at 530. I would highly recommend them for quick, reasonably priced, good quality service. They told me my phone might not be glued all the way and to come back if it came up. I appreciated the honesty!

Kyle, the other Kyle, and the team are amazing to work with. They always provide the very best customer service, they're honest - I love that if it's more financially beneficial for the customer to get a new device rather than fix it, they will tell you up front. I have a teenager, so we've had multiple screens replaced, a phone camera fixed, and my dad took his laptop in there. One time I was looking for a port I needed for a desktop computer, and another company was way overpriced and not very friendly. I asked Kyle - he didn't carry it, but he ordered it and had it in store in 2 days for 1/4 of what the other guys were asking. They are quick, friendly, professional and consistent. I won't go anywhere else.

I stopped in without an appointment and the guys looked at my iPad for me. It’s been running very slow. They said it was most likely the adjustments and good old Apple slowing the system down on older models. They spent the better part of an hour walking me through the process and helping me to not only make the adjustments, but also created a couple videos on my phone for the future so I would have reminders on how to clean things up myself next time!

Very poor service. They lie to you on the phone that after they fix the screen on your cell phone that it will be warranted through them. Then when you pick up your phone after having to wait for 3 weeks to get your phone back they tell you that it is not under warranty. Don't take your your property here to be repaired.

I took my galaxy 7 in to get the camera screen fixed. I asked the guy if they had the correct part in to get it fixed that day, he went into the back to look and came out telling me that they did have the piece and could have my phone fixed in 2 hours. 2 hours later I get a call saying that they actually didn't have the piece and would have to order it and that would take a week for it to get in. Pretty sure his name was Brandon that helped me. I highly recommend the idoctor in the heights off of airport and main street. I took my phone there they ordered the correct piece and called me when it arrived at the store. He said it would take 2 hour to fix and would call me when it's ready. Not even 40 mins later he calls and tells me my phone was all fixed.

Not necessarily a bad review but more of a BEWARE and warning to ask questions especially if you do not know anything about i products and their operating systems: 2 weeks ago bought a used iPod 4 took it home to download some apps, none of which you can do without iOS 7, well an iPod 4 does not update passed iOS 6 so the iPod is basically useless, NO ONE mentioned this at the store, called today and explained what happened and to see if I could get a refund, guy said no all sales are final, fine okay, I asked if I could exchange he said we can give you a store credit for $25, we paid $79 just two weeks ago. This place is supposed to be a place where you go for repairs or help, why wouldn't you be able to inform customers of the uselessness of a product that you marked up o 200%?

Very disappointed with idoctor. My wife paid for a iPhone 7 screen replacement and the non oem screen cracked shortly after (phone dropped less than two feet onto a wood porch while using a case). Just went to ifixit and paid for quality parts that ill install myself. We contacted them and they decided not to stand by their product. Sad....... Lesson learned.

Incredibly hit or miss. If you have them do a screen replacement, check it carefully for hot spots or other issues. They will issue you a refund on a botched inaction, after charging you 25$ to put a broken screen on your phone.

iDoctor recently repaired a Samsung Galaxy S4 phone for me. It had been broke for over a year with everyone telling me that I needed to have my EMMC chip replaced. Even Samsung themselves would not help me. I finally found iDoctor on the internet through a search I was doing. Thankfully they take out of state repairs. I shipped the phone on a Tuesday, they got it Thursday, looked at it Friday. Instead of replacing the EMMC chip, they came up with a better solution. I was told that I would have to wait a week for the part to come in, which was no big deal since I hadn't had use of the phone for a year already. That same Friday afternoon, I got a call saying that my phone was repaired and ready to be shipped back. That is the best service anyone can receive!!

My iPad battery has been draining quickly for the last several months. I called CPR and they told me to bring it in. They didn't have a battery in stock, so I waited about 10 days for the new battery to be ordered and delivered. I took the iPad in this morning around 10:30 and the work was completed in about 4 hours. Good price and good service, in my opinion.

I needed my pc charge port replaced. They told me 2 weeks. They ordered the wrong part, got a cheap one from China that got stuck in customs in Chicago, and fried another piece and blamed me for it. They reordered the right piece and got my computer back to me at 4+ weeks and took $20 off my original bill. I asked for regular communication updates and received 3. My computer won't now charge the battery. It shows plugged in but won't connect to the battery. They ruined my very expensive computer. I need to take in to get fixed the right way. I will never go or let my friends go here.

I took in my cracked iPad Air in to get fixed. They got a new screen on it and gave me a year long warranty on it. It worked fine for a while, but then it started having some problems so I brought it back for them to look at. They decided that the part was faulty and replaced it again with an entirely new screen! Then they gave my another year long warranty! I was very impressed with how they handled the situation. There was no questioning if I had done something wrong ( which I didn't, and that would have made me mad) they just got to work and had it done in less then 2 hours and apologized that I had to come back. They have great customer service and they are really friendly people to work with. I will definitely be going back for all of my Apple product needs!

The experience itself was great, I was able to fix the speaker in my phone very quickly within a hour's worth of work and it sounded great until a couple weeks later. It is now muffled and does not really work when on speakerphone. I have now finally had a chance to write a review, and the speaker is still muffling. So I may call in to ask for a second repair, and see what happens after I make the call.

Went in with broken glass on my I-phone 6 camera but still worked well. Came back for it an hour later and none of the cameras worked! Free of charge! They could not explain why. I was told at drop off that they stocked the glass cover for the lens. I was told at pick-up they dont stock it and woops sorry about your cameras no longer working.

I brought in my 10.1" Samsung Tab 4. The device hadn't worked in some time. It was having troubles even turning on. They were able to identify the problem and have it fixed not only the same day but within the hour. In my case it was a cheap too. I have used it extensively since then with no issues.
