they deserve less than a 0.... the so called expert came to my store to move my computer systems around for my remodel {they were working perfect} he showed up took 2 days and still had nothing done. and then he never showed up again,never answered or returned a call.. so i called a real tec, he came out and said whoever moved the computers fried one of them... i tried to get a hold of rite-fix and the still wouldnt answer the call.. so i went and stood at their front window and watched them ignor my call like a child hiding from somebody.. THEY SUCK111111111

I would give them an even lower rating if it was possible. They charged me more than $200 to ruin my computer, they fired 2 of my hard drives and wasted my time. This has been one of the worst interactions I've ever had the mispleasure of dealing with.
