I have never been so mad at someone over my computer. Not only did I get it back after 3 months of calling every few days, but I also had several missing documents. I also had 5 missing programs that cost me more money to reinstall on to my computer. I had to call him up and threaten to call the cops on him, before he would return my computer to ME!!!!!!!! It was just one thing after another why he could not get it back. Now that I have it back and with all my programs on it, it is now acting up worse then it was before I had him "fix" my computer. When he dropped my computer off to me it was 2am. He told me he would be dropping it off 6 hours before that. But would not answer my calls when I was trying to call him. One hour turned into 6. Worst person to ever work on a computer. Don't trust him with your computer, don't trust him with anything.

absolute piss poor company. 6 weeks ago I gave the go ahead to order parts and get started on repairing a broken laptop screen. I'm far from am expert on electronics so I rely on these service providers to be knowledgeable in their field. it went from 1 hr work replacing an LCD screen, to 2.5hrs replacing a broken hinge and a digitizer. here were are 6 weeks later and I have half a screen not responsive to touch, a screen that is not mounted flush, and still a broken hinge. each call or text is ignored and responded to days later.... absolute waste of time dealing with this piss poor individual who claims to be a business. took my equipment to a competitor and parts are ordered and tracking SHOWS arrival in 1 week.... the most ross can do is say the parts are in billings and 10 days later they mysteriously still haven't shown up. stop lying to customers. customers, save your time and energy and go elsewhere.

Dropped my computer off with him on Oct 11th, 2018. Still haven't gotten it back. Can't get an estimate on cost of repairs either. When the Great Falls police department contacted him on my behalf in April, he told the officer (over the phone) that he would have my computer back to me in two weeks. I still haven't seen the computer. He hasn't replied to any of my texts in about two months, but even when he does reply it's only to tell me that he'll have to get back to me later to make arrangements for me to pick my computer up.

Computer Solutions by Ross Bradshaw... He sounded so professional when I first called and he showed up quickly to my house after I requested service. I have nothing but regret, though, about actually giving my computer over to him to be worked on. I wanted my computer to be checked for viruses and for it to have more RAM. We decided to put a new hard drive in it and have him scan it. He said it would take about 3 days, and described how he would save all the data and programs I had on it and put it all back after he put in the new hard drive. After a week he still wasn't finished. I kept checking back with him over the next 5 weeks, calling and leaving messages with him not answering back for several days at a time. Each time he would call back he'd have some other reason why he wasn't finished. (He claimed it was scanning for viruses for 2-3 solid weeks). After 5 weeks I insisted on picking it up, as is, just to get it back. I had to ask for all the extra things I had given him, (my program discs, the extra parts he hadn't used... ect) Then he said he needed time to create the bill. It took him months to get a bill to me and when I got it ... it was inflated beyond what he had quoted.... I decided to pay it because I just wanted nothing more to do with him. I told him I was paying Paypal, as his website advertises, and asked for his Paypal info... it took him another month or so to get that to me... and then he resent a bill which was even higher than the last one. This was by far the worst experience I've had with a, so called, business... and the 'business' itself is a joke. It's one incompetent guy saying he knows how to work on computers.

If I could give him no stars I would. My computer had dog hair on the inside from the dirty floors he kept it on. I talked to several customers who would show up demanding their computers back or they would call the sheriff. Some customers haven't seen their computers in over a year. He expects others who have no experience in business to give customers computers and take their money without any compensation. He calls customers idiots when they are 20 minutes late to pick up their computers and purposely leaves before they show up. There is black mold in his place of business that he refuses to rectify. TAKE YOUR COMPUTERS AND RUN to another reputable repair place.

Gave my ps4 to Ross to get a disc tray fixed and hmdi port fixed. It's now been 2 months with very little contact. I have to call him from a different phone any time I want to talk to him. I've even showed up at his "house" just to be told hes not there. I don't know how someone could be so unreliable and dishonest. Lied about being in the national guard, along with a time estimate on when It would be done. If there was a place of business that I would want to fail its his.
