For "computer help" he doesn't even know what an AM3 mounting bracket is, instead asked "what kind of computer is it from?" Man if you repair computers please know at least some of the parts... It's the bracket that held CPU coolers onto an AMD motherboard on am3 and am3+ sockets. And most definitely don't talk down to someone who has built their own computers... One reason for this rating from just a single phone call.
