Disappointed from the moment I walked into the store. I had called before hand explaining that I removed a couple of keyboard keys. the person on the phone and I talked about what brand it was and how old it was because he said some of them can’t be replaced but when we talked about the model he agreed that it could be done. So the day when I show up the man at the counter Imediately told me no without even looking at it. But I said I called before hand to chat because I had to come from out of town. I Asked please could you just look at it and give it a try. I think that you could. He finally agreed that he would. Well of course he claimed he couldn’t do anything for it. I still don’t have the keys back on and when I started to use it at home nothing would function! The mouse wouldn’t move the screen was blinking and mind you this computer is only for five months old and never had a bit of trouble. Luckily my husband is very computer literate and I completely took off windows and replaced it and everything started working correctly again . This computer was workingperfectly fine before I took it into this joint the only problem was the missing keys. I took one off because crumbs got underneath. I also wanted my battery on my iPhone replaced. What a piece of garbage my battery lasted longer before they put in this new battery. I don’t know where they are getting the great reviews because I wouldn’t be recommending them to anybody!

Broke my screen on an iPhone 7 Plus and my home button and fingerprint still worked perfectly fine. Brought my phone in to get repaired and they fixed my screen (which they said would be done in an hour which took actually almost 2 hours cause they got distracted on someone else’s phone and left mine) but ended up breaking my home button and fingerprint sensor, they gave me a discount which was cool I guess, but I still paid $90 for a fixed screen but I’m gonna end up still have to pay over double of what they gave me back to get my home button repaired.. they said my home button would still work just not my fingerprint which still didn’t make me happy but I was okay with it, got out to my car and started the phone and my home button didn’t work at all. Owners were out of town at the time as well so I’m just at a loss of what to do or how they could even help

Tanner was so incredibly amazing! I am one of those not so tech savvy persons and had a hard time deciding what I needed or wanted to get me efficient on a home computer and laptop for my non profit organization that would also include some work and personal needs. He was so patient with me as it took literally months to part with my other computers which were running very inefficiently and with old programs. His advice was so valuable and he came to the house and set me up so well! I can’t wait to start on my new computers - all in one desk top and new laptop! The data transfers I was so afraid of went smooth and were organized well. He patiently connected all to the printer as well. He is even quickly added the word program to my sons computer. The home visit was definitely worth the cost and effort involved! Music to my soul! I definitely recommended Tech Guys! Superb service! Thank you Tanner from all of my heart! I completely shattered my iPhone 5s screen and was worried it would cost me an arm and a leg to get it fixed! I got ahold of Billings Tech Guys and their tech was great to work with! He fixed my screen in a little over an hour, put on a protective screen, and even checked in with me after a week or so to see if I was satisfied! Great customer service and great results on my phone! When I compared to other competitors, they were much much cheaper!

I am a medical transcriptionist and my computer is my lifeline.... I NEED it to be working every day. However, I have 2 1/2 year old twin boys and they are destructive. They somehow broke the headphone jack on my computer and so the sound was coming from the built in speaker in the tower, which is not great and it was very difficult listening to voice files that way. I took my tower in to Billings Tech Guys and within 5 minutes they had a solution and a fix, I was out the door, and ready to work again! They were very professional and super nice. I will take all of my tech stuff there from now on.

Very professional, honest and qualified. My home sound system needed help - it sounded horrible. I thought I had blown a couple speakers, maybe 4 or 5, it sounded that bad. Each room has individual controls with speakers enclosed in the wall or ceilings. Tech Guys come over, examined the system and gave me honest answers and solutions. Today, they installed the items that needed replaced and upgraded my receiver to a new Sonos Amp. Turned out better than I expected. I'll definitely trust all my tech equipment to the Tech Guys.

For the third time I have used the Billings Tech Guys for my computer, Ring Doorbell, and new TV operations!! And once again I would give them 5 STARS for service. I had to call them back because of my lack of knowledge and they took care of my problem quickly and were very understanding!! "5 STARS" ! Excellent, first class service and could answer any question I had about the computer, sound system, T.V., smart phone, etc.. What a boost to have someone to call to simply take care of everything technology connected without just trying to sell you extra stuff you really don't need. First class service call!!

I took my son's cell phone in to have the charging port replaced. I had called previously and was told what the charge would be for replacing the port. I dropped the phone off and was told they would call me when the phone was ready for pick up. I received the call much sooner than expected and went back to get the phone. I was informed that the charging port was fine and only needed a thorough cleaning. The charge for the cleaning was obviously considerably less than replacing the port. These guys could have simply replaced the port for more money and I would have never known the difference. Clearly these guys have a great deal of honesty and integrity which, unfortunately these days seems to be exception and not the rule. I have gone to these guys a few times and have always been given exceptional service. No way you can go wrong by taking your business to Billings Tech Guys.

I will never take any of my tech concerns elsewhere! These guys are perfectionists! My first experience started with a screen replacement. I thought for sure I’d have to send my phone in and get a refurbished in place of it. But the tech guys had me fixed up within that same day!! Like new again! They’ve also placed screensavers on my iPhone and Apple Watch and I’ve never had any issues moving forward. With such good experiences, I decided to have them mount my smart TV on my living room wall. They took time to make sure that it was perfectly aligned and secure. They even hid the cords so that it looked a lot more tidy! Recently I went back in to visit with them about security systems. They gave me all the information that I was looking for in order to make a confident decision and will even do the install!! Couple of great guys, and they will always have my business!

I had what appeared to be an adware infestation on my Samsung phone. The tech guy installed some malware checkers but didn't really find anything. He then started the phone in safe mode and the problem didn't show up, so he advised removing apps to see where the issue was coming from. I only had to remove about a dozen apps I had installed that I wasn't that familiar with, and the problem when away. That was a lot better than having to totally reset the phone. I was very impressed.

I went to use my computer for my resume that needed to be done the next day and my computer was acting all funky and screens kept popping up. I needed help with it right away and Best Buy couldn't come for two weeks, Billings Tech Guys could get there the same day and were cheaper than what Best Buy quoted me. It was time to upgrade my flat screen, but I wasn't sure what to replace it with, I just wanted a bigger and better. Billings Tech Guy's ad said they will do everything from the research to the install, so I called them and they came to my house and did a free consultation that same day!!!! One week later and I am set with a brand new perfectly installed 60" LED TV mounted on my living room wall, they even set up a new surround sound for me! Better yet, my ONE remote is even programmed right. I thought it was going to cost a fortune, but it ended up costing less than the TV I was going to originally get. Thank you!

So i own a custom build computer which recently was struggling from some form of hardware issue. I have some knowledge when it comes to the internals of a PC and was able to take all the possible steps to make sure that it was not a software or driver issue. I personally checked the integrity of the ram. I did my due diligence in ruling out all I could on my own with out buying new parts. My issue was to just narrow down which piece of hardware was failing. I figured i could trust this store to do that very thing in a timely fashion and just give me an answer on what part was going bad. It could have been as simple as plugging in a different gpu, psu, ram. It was not an incredibly difficult task. I just did not have the hardware lying around for me to do it myself. After taking my PC in on a Monday morning at 9 it took me 4 days to receive my PC back with a lighter wallet and no new information on what exactly was causing my problems on my PC. The issue still existed and i know they did not take the time to plug and play with my PC. I know this because the very next day I went to the store and bought a few of the parts and did that very thing. It turned out it was my GPU had failed and I did all the troubleshooting on my own. Not having any leads from the tech guys. If you are having a a software issue on you computer i am sure these guys can help you reinstall a program or help you with the basics. But if you own a custom PC i strongly recommend you save your money and time and look hard to online forms and plug and play with parts yourself.
