I went there to get my laptop fixed . couldn't be repaired, but the guy was really nice and good about it. I would probably go back there again, I have a couple projects I'd love to have done. :) **4 stars cause the problem couldn't be fixed, however he fixed my mouse button :) **

The man here is really, super nice, and was willing and able to fix my computer's problem that day while I waited even though it was rather a difficult one. He also gave me long usb cord for my printer, which I really appreciate. I highly recommend him. He's an excellent tech!

Joke. Absolute joke. Attempted to repair my computer and told me there were parts broken that were not. Showed me the broken part THAT DIDN'T EVEN COME OUT OF MY COMPUTER! What a con artist. Avoid.

Traded work with my father for a computer. Gave him a computer with an 32bit procesor with one core and 2 gigs of ram and said it was a good computer. This was in 2010.

I did like the service I was given, the man there was very nice and he had a nice dog as well. However, his prices were a bit ridiculous, I dropped a laptop off because I knew that I would probably break it or make the problem worse if I did it myself (I cn repair desktops fine on my own). He was quick about finding the problem and when I got back to him he said I would need to buy a $300 motherboard to fix it. I declined because I could buy a new laptop at that price. I came to pick it up and he charged me $65 just for a teardown and rebuild as well as only accepting cash and checks (Which is an issue because I had to go to an ATM that only worked in multiples of 20). I came back with only $60 and he accepted it and thatst why I gave him two stars instead of one. He claimed this was because "he tried everything to get it to boot" but I don't really believe that. I can only imagine what his price would be for replacing the motherboard. I've been to other places that repair PCs in Billings and most of them would charge significantly less or not at all for just a teardown/rebuild. It's pretty scummy to charge for something that would take maybe 30 minutes. Also the sign when you're leaving the shop (which I should've taken a picture of) says that he'll tear down your PC for parts and sell them if it isn't paid for in 30 days. I can understand why he does this but I'm also pretty sure that is illegal.

I took in 2 broken laptop's a couple of months ago hoping to scrap in the good parts for cash for gas money because I was in between jobs, and unfortunately the owner was also going through financial troubles himself......BUT NOT because of bad or slow business....it was because he just moved his business to a new location......which was very understandable... so instead of cash for the laptop's, he gave me MORE than I was expecting in store credit for them.....long story short I made out BIG TIME! because I've had a charger break on my moms laptop and my hard drive on my own laptop died and he and his employee went way out of their way to locate a charger for my mom & hooked me up with a usable hard drive for my laptop until i can afford a better one...... sorry it took so long to put up a post buddy!! I wouldhave been happy to do it earlier, but didn't know there was a customer review section yet lol.
