Great service! Dan and Zack are the best at explaining things and have wonderful customer service skills. They give a full explanation and print out of what was done. They are very friendly and pleasant and KNOWLEDGEABLE. Skilled professionals. Providing pickup (even if there is a charge) is a blessing for those of us who shouldn't be carrying computer towers. AMC has been in business quite a while and there services have been proven.

My first attempt to build my own PC lead to PC not posting upon completion. My limited diagnostic abilities/knowledge were quickly exhausted and required expert help. I initially presented to another local (closer to my home) PC Repair shop and when describing my issue to the tech (owner?) I was interrupted with a finger pointing to a sign that said he gave no free advice or time. Upon entering AMC PC Services, I was ASKED what was going on, given several possible causes for my issue and an offer to have a look. That same day they diagnosed my PC issue (bad motherboard, not very common), unfortunately these are not readily available (financially feasible) in our small town. So back to Amazon. Speedily exchange. Received new MB on Monday at 3:PM, called AMC for re-build at 3:20 PM who said they could get it in right away. Computer was completely rebuilt and I was called at 4:50 PM (they close at 5:PM) and they waited for me (5:05 PM arrival). I simply cannot recommend AMC PC Services enough. Great customer care, VERY fast and eager to actually listen to your issue. They are located in the mini-mall behind Wal-Mart. Easy to find. These guys should be your first call. Thanks for your expeditious assistance!
