I'll never buy a computer from anyone else again. Small business, expert staff where knowledge is used to help rather than exploit the customer. I have always felt at big box places that I was being sold a line of goods -- i this, bus that, DDR whatever. I was told what I needed for my work, was discouraged from buying something unnecessarily expensive...overall great experience. Value for what you get is unmatched anywhere in town or online.

A great place to recycle your used electronic equipment. We recycled an old 32" tube TV. Once paid for, they removed it from the vehicle. Might I add, they are the cheapest tube TV recycler in the St. Louis region.

Knowledgeable staff will help you trouble shoot you computer. They have been a great help to my mother who can struggle to figure things out. This is a great place to find a bargain. They have plenty of used computer pieces. You can save plenty of money buying that monitor used. They also will recycle your electronics so you don’t have to wait for a neighborhood event. Very convenient, nice staff and great prices.

Poor customer service been in there 4 other times to be passed over by sales team they remolded the store but kept the same unfriendly team members. Had an issue with my 2011 MacBook Pro. After spending an hour and 45 minutes at a local Apple store, I was told the computer was not serviceable due to it's age. Aware of EPC I decided to stop by there. I talked with their Lead Technician who explained there was a process they could do but he was completely up front in reference to the success rate, not that it was bad he just wanted me to know there was a chance he may not be able to fix it. I had my doubts although after some consideration I decided to have EPC see what they could do. So I dropped off my MacBook on a Monday morning on Wednesday afternoon I received a call to say it was fixed. Due to the fact that Brett was up front with me and that he fixed the problem I would highly recommend Brett and EPC.

Before you go make sure you know what you want to purchase, my suggestion is to check out their website beforehand otherwise you will most likely be pointed to one of their customer use computers to view their website.

Usually good products. Most of the items are a bit pricey considering they are mostly off lease and generally well used. Usually clean and fairly well organized. Based on the sign on the front door, they do NOT support your second amendment rights. Not saying don't shop here because of it, just providing info for those that take their second amendment rights seriously.

A very interesting place if you are in to computers. They recycle computers and electronics and I just discovered that they have a store there where you can find new and refurbished desktop computers, laptops, computer components and accessories at really good prices. I needed to visit the service counter and the technician was great. And just like your tooth stops hurting when you're sitting in the dentist's office, my laptop started working correctly when he turned it on! I'm glad I went because he gave me some great tips and shortcuts to use on my laptop.

I have been dealing with this company for years now. The product is solid, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and their prices are very reasonable. I even bought my mother a desktop from them.

Purchased a used laptop for $300. Within 6 months, the motherboard went out. They gave me two choices replace the motherboard or purchase another used laptop. Both solutions would cost over $200. THE GOOD: They did not charge me the $30 diagnosis fee. (Reason I gave them two stars instead of one) THE BAD: They let me walk out the door with a broken laptop with no offer of discount or solution besides paying full price. I realize I purchased a used laptop and the risk comes with that, but the average cost came to $50 per month and no hint of trying to work with me. Can't say I will be a repeat customer.

We've bought several laptops from EPC over the last 5 years and been very happy. Most recent - a laptop for college student son. Very lightweight and fully featured under $300 including backpack case. Their stock consists of items returned from business leases by their parent company. Staff is very knowledgable and helpful too. Pricing was more important to us than having the newest hottest thing, so EPC was the perfect answer.

Had to pick up a replacement for a no-name computer that (almost) had a blazing power supply. Went to EPC and picked up ThinkCentre Tiny, Eight G's of ram and a SSD drive for under $200. Only complaint is I wish they had one lying around without Win10, cause I overwrote with Ubuntu Mate 18.04 IMMEDIATELY. Could have saved $50. With such a light OS, this thing is screaming. Good experience, knowledgeable staff, no hassles. Will use them again, although I hope this computer lasts for years-- probably as long as I will!

Came in 20 mins before close, I generally try not to show up to stores that close to the closing time but I just needed a quick wire for my desk top. the custmor service employee grabbed the desktop from me and opened it before even talking to me, was very rude and told me the wire I needed was on a wall. The wall of wires had no prices and were thrown together so I needed to look through them to find the one I needed. They turned the lights off 15 mins before they closed so i could no longer look at the wires because it was dark. Very rude staff and service. Will not be back. I buy alot of computer parts so they missed out on money from me.

i came in about a month ago to this place to look into replacing my power supply unit and inquired what on top of that i need to upgrade i was told i should upgrade toward a new ssd about two days ago i come in with a new graphics card and ssd and i start getting accosted about how my cpu needed to be upgraded and how i wasted my money on my new graphics card i am then directed to spend an adittional 500-600 dollars on a new cpu i get told that my computer is done walk in and get told that now i need a new motherboard and might as well build a new pc needless to say i will not be coming back if i can help it

I've personally used EPC in the past and many times with the company I work for. We usually call ahead and get something set up so I can walk in and pick it up. They have a great selection when I do need to look around. I've picked up defective monitors or needed to swap out cables/adaptors before and it's always quick and easy to come exchange.

Awesome Pricing and Super fast customer service. In and out in 15 minutes with a shopping cart of low cost incredible computer stuff. We went into EPC this morning looking for an inexpensive computer setup with monitors as a station for our sales guys. We walked out with a $250.00 dual core I3 Lenova desktop computer that included a 20" monitor with an incredible stand, a loaded new copy of Windows 10, and all cabling needed to set it up. I merely plugged it all together and had it up and running with full internet access in 20 minutes and I am not an IT guy by any means. These guys are great and we plan to go back for at least a few more of these systems. Best kept secret in refurbished computers in St. Louis. You can now consider Citywide Alarms, LLC a customer for life. When we buy right we can keep our cost in line for our customers. That means a lot to everyone. Thanks again.

Went in and asked for a power supply with an 8 pin eps connector and a 24 pin atx connector on a budget, was sold a power supply that did not have a 8 pin wire, even though the worker opened up the box and checked. When I returned the psu the (different) worker said I needed a beefier power supply to have an 8 pin eps. I don't need a beefier power supply, I need one with the right outputs, and somebody who knows what they're talking about would be nice too. In fact, minus one star for trying to upsell me.

They have a great section of used business class machines as well as monitors and other peripherals. I had hoped to were more of a recycling center that sold recycled components as well as full machines. If you need something now and want it from retail type shop then this is probably your place. If you need some extra services or help with your computer this is probably your place. If you want a good deal on used machines you can do better on EBay or Craigslist.
