These people are so rude and unprofessional. They broke my $60 phone that they charged me $25 to put a new screen on when I bought the screen on my own and brought it in in the first place. After they put the new screen on the phone would overheat so bad that it felt like it would catch on fire in your hand. They refunded the $25 but then I was stuck with a $60 phone that didn't work and they were too lazy to even look into why. The next night I had to go out and buy another phone to replace what they messed up. The girl that's always behind the counter can't even answer a single question about the business. She obviously doesn't know anything about it and she's extremely rude. They bribed my boyfriend to fix an Xbox disk drive just so I would take down my last review explaining why it's such a bad business. I decided to give them one more chance but this last time going in there they once again provided horrible customer service. The owner even asked my boyfriend to go outside to fight. He claims to have fixed a $60 Xbox (when I got home I looked up how much an Xbox 360 disk drive cost and its only around $20, so he didn't fix a "$60" problem) but he must not remember breaking a $60 phone of ours the previous week. He's also switched out certain parts of the new phone and put in parts from the old phone so he could keep the new ones for his business. Then his wife told me I was lucky I was pregnant or she would hit me. I work in customer service and this is definitely not ok. I will definitely be reporting this business to the better business bureau and finding a new electronic repair shop that has better customer service.

TURN AROUND! 2019 Paid, Walked right out the store to a frozen black and white screen, then the screen did not recognize my fingerprint or finger, and with neon yellow spot in the center of my phone. Buyers Beware, make sure your item is fixed before you pay or walk out! Don’t go the cheap route! Save the time and drama! The service ok but the quality is basic and below average. Not changing my review until I no longer have any issues.

I dropped my phone on a Sunday when most places happened to be closed. I found C&C Repair on Google. They were one of only a few places that happened to be open. My Samsung Galaxy S6 active (inside an otter box defender case) didn't pass the, fall from a vanity sink, test! With the military rating protection it claims AND the best otterbox case...... phone didn't hold up to its hype. Although nothing looked wrong with it when I picked it up, it was broken. It slowly developed a faint (at first) purple smudge looking spot on the edge of the screen. Figuring if that was all that was wrong with it, and my touch screen still worked, I would be OK with it. NOPE! As time ticked by, the faint purple smudged spread like a virus over the screen. Even got so dark I could no longer see the screen in places. The LCD was broken!! I had to google places for repair. C & C repair had the best reviews. (Almost a perfect 5 star rating!!) I figured I would drop off my phone and go purchase a prepaid to use until my S6 got fixed. To my surprise, they provided a loaner phone for me to use in the mean time! I am impressed! They were cheaper than most of the few that were open AND they saved me from having to purchase a spare phone! They have Friendly employees and made me very happy! I will be sending anyone that needs repairs, or wants to buy a phone their way.

This store is awesome. Every time we have had a problem with our phones we come here and they give us the fastest service. We would never go anywhere else - no question. With our six kids they have dropped many phones, and from power buttons to screens C & C has helped us and at a fair price always.

Everyone in their time buys a product that they like, then it gets damaged some how. The problem always comes in when the people you depend on for it's repair, rip you off. Other places that i've gone to either charge a high price (due to hidden costs) for a simple thing (only for it to break apart again), or they charge a fair price, but have no form of professionalism (communication, took extended amounts of time than mentioned (months!) & even stealing parts of an electronic). Someone recommended this place, and I've always stuck to this repair shop for 3-4 years now. Got my phone fixed several times, earphones bought, several laptops bought, viruses taken out (etc..) here whenever an emergency popped up, because i knew that they'd always have some good deals available, than the regular stores (best buy, office-depo, walmart etc..) & even online! They're very knowledgeable in terms of what they offer to you & I've never received any hidden prices, which was always a bonus to me. If you come here, you'll meet people that are very understanding of your needs, and do the best they can to give you a satisfactory and easy-going service. Come here often, and they'll definitely treat you like family.

UPDATE: It appears that everyone that has a negative review coincidently has the wrong location. This indeed happened at the location next to the old club fitness. The owner called asking to replace my phone if I removed the review! Unacceptable customer service! Phone crashed I was told a new mother board was $89 told them don't proceed but after taking an extra 3 mins I said actually go ahead and go along with it. The guy says "but you just said don't do it" as if I couldn't change my mind, who questions additional business? As at&t as my service provider I saw I had a VERIZON motherboard and Nick then explains he doesn't have at&t parts...so why would you just put anything in the phone? Needless to say I couldn't make phone calls. He then questions if I paid my bill as if he just didn't put the wrong motherboard in my phone. Not only that I truly can't support this place after I saw the way a special needs customer walked in and was treated. Extremely cold and rude. I asked for a refund the older guy then snatches the invoice for the refund amount... I preferred to buy a new phone (elsewhere) rather than spend another minute with this unprofessionalism. Lastly, they talk about previous customers in line as soon as they leave, right in front of the next customer.

So, I would give these guys no stars except they had really good customer service. The lady that I spoke to was very nice and helpful. However, I took my computer in a couple months ago because of a battery issue. When I got there at their posted opening time, nobody was there. I went to get breakfast, had time to eat and came back and nobody was there! I didn't want to drive anymore so I waited until someone arrived 30 minutes later (literally). I dropped off the computer and asked several times for them to not put in an off brand battery and they promised that they wouldn't. I got the computer back on time, but the back wasn't even clasped on all the way, but I gave the benefit of the doubt. This week the battery just went out again so I went to buy a new computer, but needed the data. The other store opened the laptop and commented on how terribly the machine was put back together and they had never even seen that kind of battery before. (Off brand). I don't know if they rushed to put it back together, but they strait up lied about putting in an off brand battery and the one they put in only lasted a few months. Come on! I will not be using their services again.

From what I was expecting to reality, I'm so impressed with C & C Cellphone and Computer Repair! Very professional, fast, knowledgeable, friendly, very clean and welcoming store!! They not only fixed my iPhone, But also recommended a new computer for me showed me their's, and explained why I should get that one, which I bought. I am very thrilled with my cell phone repair. Truly the best when it comes to customer service. Owner understands the importance of treating every customer that walks in his store with decency, respect, honesty, fairness and most of all care. And the care trickles down to every single person he employs to uphold the same standards. Running a business in sales takes skill in knowledge but it also takes something that is unteachable, carrying out the Golden Rule and these guys do this day in and day out, treating everyone like they themselves would like to be treated. I am fortunate to live close by C&C Repair however even if I lived hours away, I still wouldn't go anywhere else for my service needs. I make it a point to let everyone I know to go to C&C for all of their cell/computer repair or buying needs. Regardless of what the need is, if they can service you, their prices will far and away beat any competitor out there. I stamp my word on it!

Incredible service! I got a printed estimate about cost of the reparation. The technician said 40 minutes and he came back in 20 with my laptop repaired and he saved me 30 dollars from the original estimate as the part didn't need to be replaced. I can recommend them, they have very good manners and for a small business they are more professional than many big companies I know. I am returning this next Saturday to buy a phone with them, there are some good offers.

I liked absolutely nothing. The customer service was awful. The young man was argumentive, confrontational, and threatening. Had to call the police to intervene. Dropped computer off Thursday to get base repaired and was told that it would be ready Saturday, I didn't get a call and decided to call them. It wasn't ready and they even denied that they said it would be ready Saturday but promised it would be ready Sunday. When I went there Sunday it still wasn't ready.

This place is the real deal. I took my laptop here because it wasnt charging, the power outlet in my laptop was broken/pushed in too far. Not only was it fixed the same day, but as I pulled out cash to pay the $53 and some change bill, the owner said $50 flat is fine. 2 weeks later I noticed my computer wouldn't produce any volume, and figured it might've been damaged from the original fix. I took it back in, and they fixed that within an hour, no charge from the original repair.

Stopped by here with a broken iPhone screen, 30 minutes later I was on my way with a brand new screen. Bottom line is these guys are professionals who at the end of the day want nothing more than to help you with your tech issues. They put apple geniuses to shame, and lord knows they are cheaper. Brought my laptop into be repaired. Was told it would take a few days. Later was told I would be given a loaner as mine would take longer than expected. I paid a low price for the loaner and was told I could keep the loaner or return it for my old laptop once repaired. The loaner was in good condition, in fact, much better than my laptop. I kept the loaner. I purposely waited 30 days to see if the loaner would malfunction but it is great. I recommend this place. Staff is polite and give excellent service.

After a failed attempt at Best Buy's Geek Squad (they charge $85 just to LOOK at your device then send it off for the 'actual' repair estimate), I googled and found C & C. Brought my laptop to them, they inspected it & gave me a quote, repaired my damaged laptop cover, then called me to pick it up. All in ONE day! Professional, honest and fairly priced. Highly recommend!

After being told by two "Sprint Repair Centers" that my screen couldn't be fixed (it was badly damaged) and everything on my phone was lost, I decided to try c&c. I went into the store expecting them to tell me the same thing but they looked at it and said no problem it would take about 2-3 hours. I now have my phone and all my photos... it wasn't cheap (more than an insurance claim) but the end result was worth every penny. Thank you, C&c . Moral of the story... BACKUP YOUR PHONE!

today , 3-16-18 , my note 4 was freezing. (being stuck on one screen). also the phone would turn off , i thought if i charge the phone that would fix the problem. i charged the phone over night and still had the same problem. i took the phone to c & c cellphone , the younger guy i told about my note 4 not turning on and gave him the phone, he plugged a charger into the phone and put in a new battery and said you needed a new battery, charge the new battery to 100% and the phone will be fine, i paid $25 for a new battery. i left the store and 10 minutes later im having the same problems. i go back to the store and tell person that sold me the new battery that the phone is still not fixed. i handed him the phone , he looked at it and said" its your mother board, the first step is replacing the battery" , i said why didnt you tell me that the first time i was here?, he said he did the me about the mother board i didnt hear him. He didnt mention any thing about the mother board. i went to sprint, i told the customer service rep the problem and she fixed the phone. she didnt sell me a battery or tell me its the mother board. and for that reason c &c cellphone deserves 1 star. 1)selling me a $25 battery that i didnt need and 2) telling me the mother board is bad. st louis always get a 2nd opinion.

Situation I dropped my Blackberry off our boat. My husband jumped in the water at belmont harbor and by divine intervention found it. in the past I've used these guys, even bought some phones off them. I recently took in a s6 active which was worth more then 50 bucks and a s7 edge, a GPS system and 4 other devices. the "manager" could only give me $100 off a phone. then he said "I got this iPhone 6" assuming It worked I made the deal which was a mistake on my part. these folks have lost my trust and becareful, they could swindle you next. the phone they traded me had a crack through the screen that you couldn't see unless you looked closely with the screen off. upon replying to tgis review they said, "come back in and talk to the manager." I shouldn't have to go back fellas. I'll be letting people around the florsssint area know to becareful. even going back in I question the integrity of this company.

I was referred to this business by my sister who has had multiple transactions with them. I was told by my sister that they allowed you to provide your own iPhone screen when getting a screen repaired. I visited them on 7/10/2019. I let them know that I wanted to get my screen fixed and that I was providing my own screen. They told me that they didn't allow outside screens. I let them know that my sister referred me and "JP" an employee at the business allowed you to provide your own screen. They said ok they would go ahead and replace it, give them an hour to complete it. I returned to establishment to find that they were unable to use the screen. I told them that was fine and I would return to get it fixed. They had yet to put my original screen back on so I had to wait about 10 minutes. I told them that was fine I would wait. I went on to request that they give me some type of notation that they had taken my phone apart in case it wasn't put back together correctly. The manager/owner I suppose "Magic" said that they could not do that. He gave no valid reason for this. I told him that this was not good customer service as they had good reviews posted throughout the store and that I would be leaving a review of mine own about the bad service that I was receiving. He went on to ask was I threatening them?!?!? I said "No I said that I would be leaving a review about how you handled me as a customer". With that being said I will no longer frequent this establishment, nor will I ever refer someone to them.

C&c repair did an amazing job! Not only are they local but Magic really knows his stuff. I had a problem with my laptop booting (so everything was wrong with it basically, there was no operating system because it was wiped clean and it would not boot up) but Magic was able to figure it out without a problem. Now it boots quickly and he was able to get Windows 10 running for me which is a huge plus. I can honestly say this laptop is running like new. I also like to know what is going on when someone fixes something of mine and Magic was more than willing to walk me through it step by step which was incredibly helpful for future reference. Brought my Note 4 in to get the screen replaced. Came back when they finished and they handed me my phone which had glue still visible between the screen and frame, and the frame was bent. I brought up the fact that the frame was bent and it was not like that when I handed it to him, and he sat there and tried to blame me for it being that way and that it was bent when he got it, which is funny because as he said that, a guy working in the office behind the counter dropped a phone he was fixing. He was very rude and unprofessional. Horrible customer service and I highly recommend going to Cell Phone Repair before even thinking about coming to this place

LG G2. I brought my phone into this store to replace the screen. Not even a week later i noticed the screen was cracking. When I called and spoke with the "Repairman" I was told there was nothing he can do. This repair costed me more than $100.00. I further pointed out the fact that the screen is not positioned properly which may have caused it to crack. This guy has a very Nasty attitude and is very rude.

(Updated review) Good place to take a phone to get repaired. If you have any problems after it's repaired, they give you a 30 day warranty where they will fix any problem. The owner is very nice and reached out to me personally when I was unhappy with my first repair. Other than that, trustworthy place and my phone works great!

Oh my goodness, what can I say? I went in to get my laptop screen fixed and they let me know that my laptop was permanently dead! I don't know his name but he was very, very helpful and willing to solve my problem! He asked me very politely "What would you like to do?" I didn't want a refund and I think he knew that. He offered me a laptop that is almost the same as mine, it's a newer model! He gave me a REALLY good price since I'd paid for the new screen already. He told me he'd call in a couple of hours but called after an hour! Needless to say, I'm using this laptop to write the reviews! I couldn't be anymore satisfied! Thank you so much C&C!

Edit: as soon as my review was posted the owner contacted me to resolve the issue. Everything was ok. My phones screen was horribly broken so I took it to them to be replaced. The service, the cost, the time all ok. wasn't in a hurry so waiting 4 days for the screen to come in wasn't a big deal. But the quality of the screen. I had my kid so I really couldnt look the phone over until i got home, but I'm not familiar with electronic terminology but the picture quality of the screen is horrible. The colors are washed out and the images aren't sharp at all. Its so gritty. Like my cheap back up phone has better picture. I mean my phone works.. Great, but I do alot of work on my phone that requires I see the true color of an image. If I knew that would be the case I wouldn't have dropped the $100 and just bought a new phone. I want to be a happy customer, but this doesn't work for me.
