I was referred to the store after my cell phone stopped working by my cell provider, upon going into the store I had a horrible visit. I asked a lady for help and she kind of blew me off as if I wasn't in need of help. I finally grasped her attention and proceeded to tell her my problem and why I was there. She informed me that this store works from appointments only. I have never in my life heard of a retail store that is in a busy mall working off of appointments and she said there was no associate available to help. I asked to speak to a manager and he came out I informed him of the problem I was encountering and he basically said there was nothing that they could do to help. I asked him to have his supervisor call me and still that has not been done. I have had apple products for a long time and feel that when there is an issue that can only be taken care of in the store it should be completed when you go into the store. I think it is silly to have to come back another time when you have already made a trip there in the first place. I will have to start re-thinking my apple purchases in the future if this is how customer service is handled. Apple products are very expensive, and to have something stop working so soon should require prompted and courteous attention. I think this matter could have been handled much better especially since it was 2 hours before the store closed!!!!!

I received an update on my iphone which caused the home button to stop working. I went up there for help with it. The associate reset my phone without ensuring I had everything I needed for the 2 step verification process. I lost all of my information despite having my apple id name, password, email account access and security questions. The apple store did nothing to help in this situation. I spent hours on the phone with apple and they gave a case number to fix my phone. I went back to the store and waited another 2 hours for a tech and they would not swap my phone. The manager (Barrett) refused to do anything or provide an alternative option.

Nice store, great location, knowledgable staff. They need more staff. I think if they had an area nd staff member reserved for nothing but pickups, it would help with frustrations when waiting to pick something up that's "ready."

Service is so slow. Waited almost one hour to be served. I was trying to exchange my non-functioning Magic Mouse 2. They had to get Apple to ship one to the store even though they have it available in the store. This means I will have to come back to the store to pick it up again. Unbelievable!!!

What is the point of making a appointment?? Absolutely no point at all with this company. Worst customer services so far. Waited 2 hours just to be told they don’t have a replacement phone in stock. Even though there software was 100% the issue as the Apple employee stated. So Android is bad and so is Apple now what?? Back to a flip phone I go. Eddie Huetteman is supposedly the manager at this location. Apple please do your self a favor and get rid of him. Definitely one of the most NON Friendly customer service you can imagine from Eddie. Stay away from this specific Apple store people.

I have been having an issue with my iPhone where the touch screen doesn’t work. I scheduled an appointment with the west county Apple store. I arrived at the Apple store 10 minutes before my 7pm appointment with the Genius Bar. I was told upon registering with staff that I may get served by an Apple genius before my 7pm appointment. At 7:20 I asked if my appointment had been overlooked and was informed they were running at least 30 minutes behind. I informed the staff I live more than 2 hours away and that I scheduled a 7pm appointment in hopes to be home by 10. I finally got helped around 7:35. I was informed that if I had used the express repair option I would have gotten a new phone in the mail in a day (I had chatted with Apple before making my appointment and I was told I either had to mail my phone on or come to a store). But, because I came to an Apple store I had to wait an hour for them to repair my phone. I agreed to have this done as I have to have a working phone for my job. At 8:30 I went back to the Apple store and was informed my phone is done. I was asked to wait in a corner and it took another 15 minutes to bring out my phone. Upon investigation I found some sort of black powder/grease all over my phone. I asked if they would clean it. They took it in the back to clean it and I received it again. Still dirty. At this point I was very frustrated and left without having my phone cleaned appropriately. I have never had a good experience at this Apple store. The genius who first helped me was the only staff member who impressed me. However, because of slowness of overall service and a general attitude that they didn’t care I will be shopping for a new phone elsewhere. Probably with google/android.

workers are literally stupid and don’t know how to fix your issues. i’ve been back here multiple times for the same issue because no one knew how to fix it. my screen cracked, and i called to make an appointment and no one felt the need to tell me to back up my phone. i now have to wait 5 more days to get my phone fixed. it’s ridiculous. workers here need to know how to help, because i’ve wasted so much gas because this place is 40 mins away. the managers don’t care either.

Some weeks ago I went here to see if they could fix my phone. They were busy but helped me pretty much right away! Dorene helped me. She was super friendly and helpful, and now my phone works again, so definitely a great experience... wonderful customer service!

Horrid service. Apple promised new phones, was told too bad, and was sent home with absolutely nothing. Even when your phone is recalled, they tell you to piss off and try to sell you a way more expensive phone. I went all that way just to find out that Apple isn’t on the same page with their employees and the entire experience was terrible.

I just replaced screen on iPhone 6s for $150. It failed diagnostics so I was issued a brand new model. Fantastic service. I also brought in a 6plus with no touch response. They issued me a brand new model for $150. I've always had wonderful experience with this store. Visited multiple times.

This Apple store has the worst customer service. The manager just spewed the policy's from Apple and continually said they couldn't do anything for my issue.I should have looked at the reviews before going. The store manager at this location should need to take customer service classes or be moved to a different position. This store should be ashamed of how they treat their customers. Waited 40mintues today to get seen. Couldn't replace a pair of earphones and when I tried to ask about another pair. I was told they could only help with one device per appointment. Very disappointed with the service at this store. Tonight, I went into the store to purchase an iwatch but due to the helpfulness of staff I walked out 20 minutes later without the product. I stood around for about 15-20 minutes and NOT ONE employee even acknowledged me or asked if I could be helped. The store was NOT busy and there were tons of employees there. TERRIBLE SERVICE and I WILL not be back. Again, very disappointed.

They ended up bricking a phone that I brought in there for a simple battery replacement. I've done it myself plenty of times, but decided to go the "official route" and hav them do it. They gave a free phone replacement, but of course their was data that just couldn't be recovered.

I had a great experience purchasing my MacBook. The employee, Keith, who helped me 3 times with troubleshooting and explaining the products went above and beyond to help me, and not make me feel incompetent when trying to figure out the technology. Thankful for such great customer service!

Employees seem least interested to ask if I am interested in any products or not... I actually wanted to buy a MacBook pro but ended up buying it from best buy instead because at least they treat their customers better and I got a better price...also the guy there standing right infront of the door greeted a white lady and asked if she needed help with anything and I was standing right there without even an acknowledgement... So yeah...

You come here for a repair appointment, and they direct you to wait in an area in the center of the store with bunch of awkward little chairs (and more people waiting than places to sit). The older store designs had a dedicated space for repair customers to meet with techs while this feels like an ad hoc mess.

Horrible customer service,,, They will take your information and will ask to wait till they will have someone to help you. It reminds me the customer service from 1800s, when sales persons are walking around the room and keep asking : What is your name??? and try to recognize you by color of your clothes !!> And you can wait forever , unless you will keep asking to help you again and again and again.. I was waiting 40 minutes with no luck ... Then I asked the manager Jim Robinson and he told me that he removed me from the line because they could not find me ... but I was in the store all the time !!?? ... I could not believe it... and start to complain, but Jim asked me to leave the store if I do not like it ...!!!???? Do not go to this store, unless you like the Horror Movies !!!!! This is just waste of your time... THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS.

My experience here was awesome. John was amazing. He was very direct, transparent and informative. I was hesitant to come here cause my phone was messing up. But since my phone was still under warranty I just went there and took my chances. John helped me out and we enjoyed his company cause he was very friendly. I don’t know why people complain about wait times. Make an appointment.

Worst customer experience ever!!! Used to love Apple. Now not so much. Waited forever, then learned they had deleted me from their queue. Next visit I dropped phone for repair and they put the wrong name on it and then gave me a hard time when I tried to pick it up. Inefficient and incompetent.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience!!! Advisors are I'll trained What you are promised by a SENIOR advisor over the phone is not able to be processed in the a tual store Managers have little to no authority go make things right Takes 5 days to get an appointment Advisors are not thorough in checking backed up features Advisors failed to remove sim card prior to shipping out for repair Advisors have an attitude of not caring about customer experience, probably due to the fact that they know that the Apple product will continue to be sold regardless of experience If Apples next attempt at repair is successful , it will have been a total of 9 weeks without a phone A loner was offered, however with no outer case or screen protection, and customer is responsible for any damage. Understandable, but then one must purchase a case to avoid damage.

I'm sorry but after my expierence with apple, I'm not certain I will ever purchase another apple product again. After having a hard drive replacement under a year ago at this exact store, I left and had issues with my computer from DAY 1. Took it back twice within the 90 days, they said theres nothing wrong with it. So with a computer that still didn't work I decided to purchase a $2,500 I Mac & to my old one back today, for them to tell me the hard drive is bad but it is out of warranty and the best they can do is $75 off. WHAT A JOKE. Don't buy an apple. And don't get your computer fixed here, because when you leave they will tell you nothing is wrong, but when the warranty runs out they find out what is wrong. Oh and the employee helping me even recommended getting a hard drive else where because if I pay for another replacement through apple, it still may not work.... WOW! Apple can't even fix the computers they sell!

I would actually leave less than one star but there’s not negative stars. My wife and I both noticed that our battery life was not lasting very long so while we was on a weekend getaway we decided to have our phones looked at by someone at the Apple Store. We were told the battery life was the battery being drained and not holding a full charge. So we elected to have batteries put in both our phones. Our phones worked perfect before we had the batteries replaced. My phone was like something was covering the microphone and no one I talked to could hear me, would rattle when the vibration was on ,and my phone would just drop calls with a full signal. My wife’s phone the screen would start flickering at the bottom, people could not hear her unless she was on Bluetooth, and the phone was twisted while the battery was being replaced, and she would also drop calls with a full signal. Her phone used to set flat on a surface and now it will rock back and forth like they couldn’t get it apart to replace the battery the right way and had to twist it to get the screen off. The problems got so bad that I had to upgrade our phones just to be able to talk and communicate with our customers. NEVER AGAIN will I let them touch our phones.

Scheduled a repair appointment days in advance. Arrived at scheduled time, checked in, waited 30+ minutes to speak with a rep, who ran unnecessary diagnostics then informed that the part required for my scheduled repair (made clear when I scheduled the appointment) is not available and they "would call me" when it came in. When I call the store's number to check on my part, I keep getting redirected to the main Apple line, where there's a 5+ minute wait to speak to someone offshore who is unable to check the status. When I ask about reaching the local store directly, I'm given the same number that leads to main support - vicious circle.

I thought I heard the best joke in the world and then I walked into the apple store. I would prefer to give it a negative star. After waiting to check in, I was told an hour and fifteen minute. Two hours later they had my appointment marked as cancelled without any notification. I was forced to wait again and that was basically a waste of an entire day. Don’t come here, don’t think of coming here and don’t even talk about coming here. You’ll regret ever stepping foot into this store.

Phenomenal service! This location was packed with customers and we thought we’d be there all night. They check you in and take note of what you’re wearing so they can find you easily. We were in and out in just about an hour. The only downside is the seating which are square cubes.

Terrible service. Waited 30 minutes after the initial one hour wait to be seen. Five other customers who checked in after us were seen before us. If they had told us that the wait would be 1.5 hrs, we wouldn’t have so much sunken cost. Simply unacceptable!

I was alarmed by the number of poor reviews but this store is 4 miles from my office so I crossed my fingers and dashed in to store yesterday, at lunch, thinking 'if it's bad I'll just walk away'. 20 minutes later, I had swapped out my old 6S for a new 8+ with settings transferred, and with a the help of a delightful sales agent who patiently and efficiently gave me 100% attention. I cannot speak for others poor experiences. I can speak of my extraordinarily good experience.

Horrible horrible horrible. Beware!!!!!!! Spoke with a chat rep who told me my iPhone 7 has software issue and take to Apple store. Apple store rep tells me iPhone 7s have mic problems after update. ACKNOWLEDGED it’s been happening a few months but they are only looking into it. Never once seemed to want to help. Instead most of the conversation was upgrading or buying a new phone. That and pay 400 to fix what the update broke. Lastly told me I could call Apple care with concerns. Great thing to do knowing the Apple update made my phone no longer recognize any audio devices so I cannot make calls or anything Next I talked to a different online chat support person. Funny thing is this issue is so well known it happened to this Apple person. Her suggestion was just pay more and upgrade. Then disconnected with me before I could reply They are trying ignore anyone with this issue and I’ve looked into it. There’s a lawsuit coming. ThNks for being so greedy Apple.

I went in to buy a new phone to replace my iPhone 4S the other day. I left in a few minutes with my new iPhone 8 Plus and could not have been happier. Layan Shurafa helped me from the moment I walked in and was very helpful in getting me the right phone I needed for my new job. If I could have given 0 stars I would have. Horriable customer service! The support lady named Moji that helped me rudely informed me that they can’t fix my issue with my phone because my phone is outdated and I need a new one. My phone is only 2 1/2 years old. Then she proceeded to tell me that the reason is because their is an issue with my battery when my battery stays charged for lengthy periods of time! The best part is I would have probably purchased a new phone if she would have nicely suggested that’s what needed to be done but meanwhile she was too busy speaking with another coworker about the gym what areas they are focusing on at the gym and their lengthy commutes to work!

When considering buying a new i-Phone 8 and being told they would give $150 on trade of an i-Phone 6s (which is in great shape and they had in their hands) my daughter purchased the i-Phone 8 for $700. They said to bring back the 6s with-in 10 days after she downloaded all the data. Brought the 6s back and they refused to give more than $50. SHADY as heck! I'll buy all my future Apple stuff reconditioned on amazon for half the price!

Smug and smarmy employees. Went in for a simple battery replacement and was told about 1:35 to 1:55 wait time. Too long I thought but what else could I do. After over two hours I get a text saying it's my turn and come check in. Did so and was told take a seat because there were still at least 4 people ahead of me and it would be another 15 - 20 minute wait, THEN it would take at least an hour to replace the battery "because you can't just pop a new battery in". Really?! That's literally what they do. Absolute WORST customer service and communication I have ever encountered. I will never return to that store and am now switching to ANDROID. Only giving one star because I can't give ZERO STARS

The absolute worst experience ive ever had at a retail establishment. I'd compare this to going to the DMV. Told it'll be 20 min wait but ended up waiting for over 3 hours to be seen. It would have to be an extreme emergency for me to come back.

After waiting 55 minutes on the phone, never spoke to a specialist. Receptionist was nice checking in with me, but waited almost an hour. And had to hang up. Very poor experience.

Went in to buy a iPad smart folio case. Checked online and it said they have it in stock, I couldn’t find it so I ask one of the associates and she asks if I checked in. I said I don’t need to see a Genius, I just want to buy a case, she asks same question again and walks away. So I go to the next associate and ask same question, at this point I’m getting agitated and say “dude I just want to buy a case”. He points me in the direction of cases, I grab one and look to check out. Go back to same associate and he says that he only checks in people and I have to check in and then a associate will check me out when it’s my turn. At that point I just handed him the case and walked out. Unbelievable!!

We had an appointment and were greeted by Nick within 5 minutes after checking in. Nick was professional, courteous, and VERY patient with us (we try but are technologically challenged). Our phone was still under warranty and in spite of the fact that we could not "duplicate the problem" we had been having (isn't that the way it always happens?) he gave us a new phone and helped us restore our iCloud backup. Very satisfied with the service we received.

Apple and this store offer terrible customer service. It’s like they think we go there to see them. We are the customer and they need to value our time. During check-in the Apple less-than genius acted like we were bothering him and could careless what we were saying. The manager sounded like a prerecorded message and was about the same level of understanding as a machine when you talk to him. It’s no wonder people are switching to other devices. Apple needs a “Get A Clue Bar” for their employees (less-than geniuses).

This store is busy all the time. All day everyday. If they make a mistake which is rare they own up to it. They replaced my battery and cracked my screen protector. They replaced it without hassle. Nice work.

The store manager BOBBY did not care to help at all. Acted like he had something else better to do. Does not represent the company well at all.

I found the staff to be very short, abrupt, and rude. They spoke to you as if you should know exactly what they are talking about with minimal explanation and were frustrated/annoyed when asked to elaborate. Don't waste your time at this location. Total disorganization. No counter area to greet customers, I had an appointment, but had to ask someone where I needed to go. There should be at least one sign that says: Appointment line here....I'm sure Apple could afford one sign. But everyone comes in and there is no signs to get you into the right area. Plus there was a computer class going on for numerous kids, the place is loud and a total mess. There is no place to have privacy to ask your questions once your tracked down. As people come in they ask one of the "black t-shirt" guys questions. This takes time away as more and more people just strolled in. Of course the young girls in line got more time to go over their questions, instead of just signing them in and asking them to wait until they are "tracked down". I wasted two hours of drive time at this location and will not go back.

I KNEW MORE ABOUT MY IPHONE THAN THE GENIUS DID?!??!?!??!?! HOW?!??!?! The WORST customer service ever and watching her try to do the simplest things and still fail at them proves how patient of a person I am for sticking around being helped for close to 2 hours (not to mention the wait time for my appt) while they "have never saw this issue before" that I solved with 3 minutes of googling.... WASTE OF TIME. You should better train your people before putting them on the floor. She couldn't even power off my iphone which is the easiest thing to do. My 65 year old father knows how to do that!

Literally standing here waiting for service. I had to chase someone to put my name in an iPad. I told him I want to upgrade my device. I was asked to wait by the ipads. They didn’t even Greet me when I walked in. The Microsoft store has better customer service then this place. I will not be stepping into another Apple store again.

I called the store to confirm they had the phone I wanted to buy in stock as my local store did not. I purchased the phone while on the call and was informed it would be ready within 2 hours for pick up. My travel time was approximately 1hr 20 mins to reach the store. They called me during my travel time to confirm my purchase and inform the phone was ready for pick-up. I arrived in the store about 20 minutes later, checked in with an associate and was instructed to stand in a certain area and my phone would be brought out to me. I had to wait 30 minutes after that to receive the phone when they had called me 50 minutes prior to tell me it was ready for pick up. And if that wasn't enough the following day upon checking my account there was an additional "mystery charge" from Apple Store besides the $1K spent for the phone - Unbelievable!! This was a gift for a loved one and my first experience with an Apple Store. My experience was poor enough that I would never consider purchasing their products for myself. ANDROID FOREVER.

Garbage. Went to get my garbage iphone fixed, because it stopped working after 8 months and wouldn't power on. Told to wait 30 minutes and they'd get to me. 40 minutes pass so I ask where I'm at on the list and they passed me because they couldn't find me (I was in the store the whole time). Told to wait another hour or come in tomorrow morning.... Nothing else they could do. This is my third iphone and my last due to garbage customer service. Time to go to Android.

Dear apple..! Please take care of your customers who like to use the apple devices. My experience today is. I asked them to take a look at my iPhone for many issues (freezing, Turn off by it selfie, record video without voice and it is very slow) the guy told me to wait “4 hours” to let me talk to the technician. So are you wanting me to buy new iPhone for almost 1000$. I will buy a new one but not now. When it get less then that “1000$” There is a lot of friend I know has many issues like me after we update our devices.

My son’s iPhone 8 started making a weird noise on vibrate, went into the store for our appointment, was told to come back in 2 hours. Came back to pick the phone was told a screw was missing and the phone had been opened up before and it WAS NOT warranty. Spoke with a manger named Jim who was very rude...told him we bought the phone new and watched it the salesperson open it from a sealed box. I stated maybe the factory forgot a screw and then he said “did you take the phone apart to make sure all the screws where there when I bought it?” Needless to say my wife and son left CRYING because of how we were treated. So I called APPLE and they told me they the store couldn’t open the phone up because the screws were stripped!!!!! Can not believe the the poor customer service there

Horrible customer service, Apple is headed down hill. We ordered new batteries over a month ago after they told me it would take on one week. After 3 weeks I called the story and waited on the phone for 55 minutes to set up 9:15 am appointment. We got to the store and they told me installation would take one hour. I left the store 4 hours later. They told me my phone was done at 12:30 and sent me to the back corner of the store to wait (aka- purgatory) with a dozen other people. As 12 of us waited for one person to bring out our phones we watched 6 Apple employees stand at the other end of the store texting and not talking to any customers. The employees of the store do not care! Apple has lost its touch and is headed down hill. Terrible experience!!!!

This store is one of 2 repair centers in St. Louis. Absolute madhouse here. Had repair appointment and the technician was on time and he only missed the service estimate reair time by 20 minutes. A separate area for service conversations / waiting I think would help the experience.

This store just ruined me. My computer was having issues so I brought it in. They fixed the initial issue and told me they did a Time Machine back up with all of computers data on it on an external hard drive. I went in tonight for another issue and they said I needed to do a system restore. They TOLD me I had a time machine back up of my computer on the hard drive I purchased from them. I get home with my computer that is wiped clean to find that the store only transferred a few of my files to the hard drive. No back up on the drive at all. Heartbroken doesn't even cut it. So much work and personal data gone forever.

Worst customer service I ever had in my life, none of them knows how the appointment system works and how to assign technician. Waited almost 45 minutes with appointment keep on postponing because of the way they handled it, not sure what to call that. Both of my kids lost patience towards the end and left without getting any help for the actual problem. Try and avoid this center if possible!!

Been here 3 times for screen repairs. After checking in 5-15 minutes early each time, I STILL ended up waiting 20-30 minutes past my appointment time to see a tech. Then they say “it’ll be about 2 hours for a screen repair”. The quickest it’s ever been was 2 hours and 45 minutes. By FAR the LEAST EFFICIENT Apple store I’ve ever had repairs done.

This place is a mess. They were over 20 minutes late for our appointment. The store was way overloaded with people. They had an awkward class with an Apple creative. No one could hear what the guy was saying. They constantly had everyone on camera and on a big screen. It was very awkward and stressful. I would avoid going here at all costs.

2 weeks ago my son took his apple phone in because the screen went blank and would not restart. The rep said no problem and proceed to send it to hq for repair. It was under warranty. Well 2 weeks later the store shared that they sent the phone under the wrong info and now it is lost. Hq said they found the phone but sent it to the wrong address in a different city state. Now they told me sorry and cannot help. Horrible experience and my son is out a phone. I guess the bite out of the apple icon is meant to represent the bite they take out of their customers. They have good products but you are only as good as the service. I wish you could give less than an F grade or 1 star in these systems. If I were you do not go to this store ever and switch to a service that cares. I plan to write a review every day until they fix our situation. So don't be surprised if I write a review evert day for a long period of tije. Already contacted BBB and local state officials.

I have been to this Apple Store numerous times and no matter what time I went they were busy. Make sure you get your name on the waiting list to get help or to have a salesman talk to you. Apple does there best not to make you wait too long but time can vary. The staff here is very knowledgable about the products and friendly. No pushy sale pitches either. Needless to say, the prices for Apple products are not cheap but worth the money.

Newly revamped store with nice space, but on weekends still remains busy. Customer service is okay. We had an appointment for 4.30 at Genius Bar and they were running 30 minutes late. Wish they could have texted ahead of the wait time. The center large screen and the large glass doors are a nice touch to the decor.

One of the lowest customer services I have seen in my life! I had some issues with my iPhone and went there to ask for help. After giving every kind of ugly attitudes they told me you have to buy a new phone. Then I went downstairs and asked a repair guy in the mall and he fixed my phone in literally 1 second.. They look like that just want to rip-off people and do NOT care about customers at all. Even the manager of the store had attitude! again, one of the poorest customer services that I've ever seen in my life!!!

I am new to apple... have always been an android user. My husband convinced me to switch to iPhone 4 months ago, when he bought me the iPhone X. Last week my side lock button got stuck and didn’t work anymore, along with the volume up/down sided buttons. I called today about 1:30 pm, and they set up an appointment for me at the west county mall location for 3:05 pm. We got there 10 minutes early cause I wasn’t sure how long it would take to get there. They checked us in and we were helped by a technician within a few minutes. The phone had a mechanical malfunction which they tried to fix, but quickly realized it wasn’t repairable. Since it was under warranty they swapped it out and I was on my way by 3:35. Very friendly staff and the worked quickly and efficiently even though the store was packed!!!

I called the store and talked to a Valerie who told me to bring my iphone in and they will swap it out. I arrived and was told they were too busy to do that to come back at 715pm on Thursday. I went back and the employee and store manager Jimmy O'Brian wouldn't do what I was told would be done. They basically called me and my sons liars and would not stand behind their product. I will never shop their again.

11/29/18- The manager was completely rude to my family. We came around 7:00 PM & talked to manager around 8:30 PM. We asked him if it was possible for a refund since we payed for a phone with many defects, & he said why would we want a refund if the problem was already fixed. We aren’t imbeciles, but we just wanted to know that if we were already going to get a replacement/free repair for the phone by Apple then why did we pay for the issue to be fixed in the first place. He was acting as if we were people who take advantage of offers. The staff weren’t much helpful either & kept saying I don’t know to our questions. If I could rate 0 stars then I most definitely would.

Worst customer service. I was looking forward to upgrade my iPhone with them but they don’t seem to be interested on selling one; they would rather stand in corner and play with their iPad. It does not matter, they don’t seem to be interested in selling, I don’t have extreme desire to buy one either. Waited for an hour for sales person to approach, no one did. If I could give Zero stars I would. I called and paid in advance for Air Pods in order to ensure they were available before driving 45 minutes to get them. I listed my daughter as authorized to pick them up. She got there but we had not received an e-mail telling us our order was ready, all she had was the confirmation number. She was forced to buy another pair, and I was forced to call back and cancel my original order and told I would have to wait 3-5 days for a refund. Hello?? Are you not a technology store? Could you not use one of your Mac books or iPads while she was at the store to look up the confirmation number, complete the order, and send us on our way??

So upset. Today was my second visit to the “genius” bar for a sound issue of crackling/static/pops. You can’t hear anything because you’re squished together in some stupid pod with 30 other people. The “specialist” who “helped” me told me verbatim “were not going to hang out for six hours to trouble shoot this. You’ll have to live with this for a couple days before doing anything else” so of course, all he did was reset my settings and sent me on my way. Terrible customer service after spending $1k on a phone.

I made my appointment for several days before for a battery swap for my son's phone. Showed up early and still had to wait 25 minutes after my appointment to get help. I was told to come back an hour later. I did, it was not ready. Told to come back in 15 minutes, still not ready. Told 15 more minutes, not ready. At that point I refused to leave the store because it was getting close to closing. 10 minutes later finally got the phone. The employees were completely unsympathetic. The air of smugness of the employees in the store is unbearable. Fingers crossed his next issue will be after he turns 18 and I never have to set my foot in an Apple store again.

The screen shot of the phone problems wasn’t good enough because I sent it to my wife before resetting my phone while trying to fix it. “If the screen shot was on your phone I could help you” is a silly response. They go out of their way to not help you and make the “if you want to upgrade” pitch. Absolutely terrible....I took my daughter to get an Apple Watch Series 4...she knew exactly what she wanted, down to the color. We had to sign in and we waited 50 minutes for a "specialist". It would have been even longer had I not complained....an employee...maybe a manager, was doing nothing more than walking around and telling people how many more were in front of them in line...I asked him what was the point in this and he reiterated needing a "specialist" to check us out....I expressed my thoughts on this ridiculous concept and about 10 minutes later he came and told us we could go to another employee who would get her the watch and check us out....while we were paying, an older couple was directed there too...they had been waiting just as long and merely needed to exchange a watch. In total, we were in the store for 55 minutes to complete a 5 minute transaction.....I wish I could convince my daughter to leave the dark side and switch to android like the rest of the family :)

After Apple slowed my phone down with an update and later offered to replace my battery because that's the problem (wink-wink), I was notified that it would take 2 weeks to get the battery and that I would be notified at that time to bring in my phone for repair. 3 weeks later I still hadn't heard anything so I called the West County Apple store to find out what was going on. The first call lasted 15:24 on hold. The second call lasted 34:28 on hold. So I can't reach anyone. Wonderful. Apple seems to be suffering from some serious problems. This will weigh in, next time I'm phone shopping.

No counter to check in and once you find someone available to check in, they sit you on a box. Yes it is a box, wood box. As much as they overcharge for the product you would think they could afford a comfortable chair for their clients to sit in. Their stock is through the roof and they can't afford a comfortable chair for customers waiting for the "Genuis" to be free. I have had to be there several times with 4 I-phones in the house and 2 Ipads in the house and No associate is ever available at the front of the store for check in. So I usually walk through until I find someone in a blue shirt that looks up from their Ipad. My last visit was Friday and no blue shirt was at the front of store. 3 were playing on one Ipad facing the back of store. So I walked through and found someone that was looking up. I think it was the manager, because she preceeded to tell me the process that I am to stand at the front of the store and wait for a free associate to check in. I told her that she needs a kiosk or table at the front so we wouldn't have to read their minds on how to check in. Also told her there is no one at the front of the store to check in, so I walked around till I found someone in a blue shirt that actually looked up from their Ipad and she won the prize. She checked me in and the "genius" took care of my throttled Iphone 6S and authorized a replacement battery under warranty (even though the phone is 2 plus years old). They had a 2 hour wait which I expected. When I came back it was like a new store with multiple blue shirts waiting attentively at the front of the store ready to check you in. So that is why I think I talked to the manager (because you never know who is manager), but it was definitely a different store than 2 hours prior. It was the first time of many that I walked in and had more than one blue shirt head my way to ask if they could help. They did fix my phone, but broke the screen replacing the battery. I paid nothing for the repairs, so I am happy for that. Apple should not make their products so hard to work on that their own technicians break their phones when they work on them. I wouldn't use a 3rd party to fix, because Apple has so many proprietary tricks that make the phones inoperable if a 3rd party works on them. But they don't make it inviting to go to their stores to have them worked on, so that is a catch 22. I am seriously considering abandoning Apple products due to how hard it is to schedule a "Genius" to work on it and how hard it is to get a blue shirt to check you in for the "Genius" to work on it and how uncomfortable the wood box is in the waiting area. I like the products but their support is for the birds. If someone comes up with something similar and has a better customer service, Apple will go under.

Terrible terrible service. Oh and did I mention terrible customer service. I went there to buy two apple watchs, and possible an Apple TV. I was looking at the displays and messing with them, employee comes over and tells me I can’t play with them, which I completely understand. But it was honest the way he said it like I was a child. Then I started switching up the bands on the apple watches wait for someone to help me. 10 minutes later, an employee comes over and start zoning the watches. I ask him if he can help us. He tells me that isn’t his job. Actually that is literally the only job you have. I will never be back to that location.
