Yesterday, my iPhone 7 Plus stopped charging in the middle of work. I panicked and went online to set up an appointment to get it checked out, but the earliest available opening was Tuesday at 5:45pm! This morning, I very anxiously went to the store in person at around 9:50am to see if they had any openings to look at my phone. A gentleman named Ryan immediately came to assist, and told me to simply come back at 10:35am, as there was a waiting list at the time. So I did. I went back to the Genius Bar and checked in with Ian, who set me up with a technician named Alexis. All three of these people gave me some of the best customer service I have ever received. They were so very patient and inquisitive about my issue, and I walked out of the store an hour later with a phone in perfect working condition. If I could hug these people, I would. They definitely saved my butt. Thanks again for being so welcoming and helpful with my issue. I look forward to returning here for future business.

I have now walked into this apple store 4 times in the past two weeks visiting the microsoft store and was never greeted or acknowledged.

Getting anyone to acknowledge you is impossible. There is no queue system, so I watched three people who arrived after I did get helped before me. Their people may be knowledgeable, but you’d never know because you can’t get helped.

John Graham

Great place

Ken Knackstedt

Very busy and very slow process to do anything.

H Pass

Android all the way

Derek Knight

They do what they say so no complaints. Queuing out the door most of the time, but when you need them it’s what you have to do.

Jeffrey P

As is the case with every Apple Store and the customer service is exceptional. Prices are always retail and there are never sales, but you can definitely get the knowledge that you need for anything specific to your Apple products.

Crystal Monroe

Sometimes busy but helpful

Mahesh reddy

This store sells you defective pieces and inturn cant help you out. Unprofessional and rude. Especially the manager.

Glen Zazove

I went to buy a new Imac today and the young woman sales person flat out lied to me about the product. I asked her if I could add my own aftermarket RAM to the computer and she told me "No" which was a complete lie. Then, she suggested I add an external hard drive as a work around for the additional RAM, which makes no sense what-so-ever, since RAM and Storage are not the same. It was a good thing I had done my homework, before I walked into the store. I suggest you do the same.

Charles Barton

Picked up an iPad Pro. Great for doing work that requires pressure sensitivity. We did have to wait a good ten minutes for anyone to help us. Also, the accessories are way over priced.

Nicholas Marchesano

Good customer service for the most part but the time it took to do a simple battery replacement was abysmal. I arrived to the store at approximately 12:10 pm and was added to the “hour and a half que”, which was fine as I knew there would probably be a wait of some sort being that it’s Saturday after all. I went and did some Christmas shopping and browsing for two hours, until I finally received my text saying they were ready for me at 2:15pm. Back in the store, after waiting in a line for many minutes I was brought to a table, I was so glad this ball was finally rolling! After around ten minutes a nice man stopped by to get the reason for me being there and got me set up with a charging cable since my battery had died. A few minutes later the technician came by to run his diagnostic and to take my phone for the repair. He told me to come back at 4:00 to pick up my phone. Just after 4:00 I ventured back to the store to see if it was ready. I was told by a man up front, after he radioed asking about my phone, that it would be done in twenty minutes. I was a little frustrated at this point because we are now at the four hour mark of this process, but I understand things happen. I came back around 4:30 and was told by a woman that it wasn’t ready. She told me it would be twenty minutes, without even checking via radio. I let her know that I was told twenty minutes, twenty minutes ago and she then asked over the radio the status of my repair. I have no idea what they told her, but she responded to the radio with “yeah that’s what I quoted them”, practically rolling her eyes as she said it. She then told me that it will be twenty minutes. So once again I left the store and had to find somewhere to sit because my girlfriend and I are exhausted at this point from walking around this mall all day for no reason. At 5:00pm I went back to the store and was able to get my repaired phone back shortly after. The total time it took to repair my phone was approximately five hours. This was my first experience with any Apple store and i don’t know if this is always how it is for everyone but I know for a fact that I am done with iPhones and Apple going forward. It takes me 15 seconds to change the battery on a Samsung phone.

Jack Arabaci

Waiting someone help last 30 minutes and xmaxs pone won’t let me type. So much for customer service.

Josiah Schmidt

Stood in the store waiting for over half an hour to be acknowledged by an associate. Made eye contact several times with employees trying to get their attention. On two occasions, two different employees literally brushed me aside with their hand in order to get at some little white piece of paper thing underneath the counter near where I was standing. The employee who finally noticed me, Shelly, did an outstanding job of helping me with my purchase. Shelly and her A+ customer service skills are the reason I'm not giving this store a 1-star review. Otherwise, the store is a chaotic, disorganized mess that is nearly impossible for first-time customers to navigate or get any help in.

Stephanie Baker

Minimum of 2 hour wait or make an appointment for a week in advance. My phone suddenly stopped working and can’t make calls, but I don’t have two hours to wait around the mall. I know this is a common problem for Apple; customers waiting ridiculous amounts of time or needing to make appointments weeks in advance, so I don’t understand why nothing is changing. Apple can surely afford to hire more staff for walk in customers, and if there are really so many problems that appointments are booked for a week, then maybe take care of the problems from the source. I’m a loyal Apple customer, like most, but seriously don’t appreciate the lack of customer service. If things don’t get better I will be forced to switch. This store is a joke, clearly by the majority of 1 star reviews.

June Wolff

The salesman was personable however he really screwed up the purchase. It took me only a few minutes to decide on the purchase and as a gift for my husband. He recommended using my own email address so as not to ruin the surprise (as the email receipt would be sent). When he started the IPad up, it automatically attempted to set everything up in MY name with MY apple information. Was a huge pain to get this corrected and still on the phone with Apple trying to contact the store at Galleria to correct this issue so he can use his IPad properly and I don't continue to receive his emails.

I have been a royal apple customer for 11 years and never had any issues with them before. I have all apple products including my MacBook computers/iPad/iPhone/Apple TV almost all products. But today I have to sadly say goodbye to apple. Here was what happened today at the Galleria Store. I went to pick up my MacBook Pro but found out they did not replace the botton case for as we agreeed on the appointment date when I took my computer for service. The apple tech who met me for the appointment clearly explained to me that it would cost $299 to replace the display and the bottom case but will be free to me if I just want to fix the screen( Normally it is $99 to replace the screen with AppleCare but he offered to fix the screen for free only if I opt to do with the screen). Well, the dent and rough edge at both corners of the bottom case kinda of scratching my skin whenever I typed. So I turned the offer down and signed for the $299 repair. So I went in today to pick up the computer and found out the bottom case was not replaced and told this is cosmetical issue and the AppleCare was not able to cover. Well, I explained that was not what apple had said to me in the appointment and more importantly this is not comsmetical issue anymore. The roughness on the dent scratches me when I typed. They said they were not able to do anything for me if I have their AppleCare and they decided these two dents would not cause any problems. Well, yes they do cause problems because I can’t type with the damage to my hand when the dents scratch me. And they made me the pay for the $99 for replacing the screen. I was confused because they said it would be special for me at no charge to replacing the screen so I explained this the store manage his name is Tony. He called security on me and would not give my computer back if I don’t pay for the repair which I am not supposed to pay. I told them that I am ok to pay but can I at least take a look on my computer to make sure there are no problems after the repair. Tony the manager insisted to have me pay first before I can see my computer and I started recording and they threatened me to turn off my recording. I was keeping recording and insist to see my computer before I would pay. The security guy who is a police did not even listen to my experience and let me finish my words. He stop me from explaining what was going on and told me the conversation is over and I had to leave. This is very rude and the manager walked away with my computer. I had to spend 1 hour and 7 minutes over the phone with a Lady her name is Allison explaining what happened to me. I did say if the only way to get my computer back is paying $99, and I would just do it. It is all about the attitude and respect from Apple. After more than 1 hour waiting on the phone, I realized this is probably just wasting my time because they probably can’t do anything to the manager Tony. I told her over the phone that Tony store manager need to apologize for his attitude. When I went back to the store, I paid and got my computer then the store manager came out to me and said: “well, you requested an apology and she just called me and I apologize to you” I was really Schocket by the way they handled things and deadly suprised that the way I still got treated after the whole disaster. Sad for Apple. To Apple: To Whom it Might Concern I know you have millions customer and don’t really care about losing one or two but this is not the right way to do business. And today I am saying goodbye to you. I used to love apple so much and Today from now on I just don’t know how to keep loving you. There probably a lot of people out there like me but if you want to keep your business. You need to take good care of royal customers and all your real customers.

Geoffrey Cline

Helpful staff but very busy and loud. Confusing store setup, always unclear how to purchase something. You have to flag down an overworked employee. Make an appointment for services, but don’t expect it to be on time.

Rachel Braunigan

While visiting the area with my 3 kids, my phone decided to instantly become a brick. I headed to the nearest Apple Store for help. Now, the wait was long. It was incredibly busy, but....the staff were honest about the wait and provided scheduled appointments to receive service. When it was my time for service, I was exhausted, addled, and my kids were so tired of all of it. Then came DJ. He was friendly, kind, funny, and most importantly knowledgeable. He made our experience smooth, pleasant and fast. In no time, I was able to walk out with my problem solved and less stressed. Without such a positive employee experience, my rating would have been lower due to the wait time. My advice to the Apple Store. Talk to DJ. Maybe he has some friends who need a job, because more employees are definitely needed.

Koerrea Bailey

It was packed...not enough workers to manage the crowds of people. Not ebough seating either for customers that where awaiting appointments.

Manmilan Singh

Horrible Service, If you are looking to get a replacement battery don't go here. I replaced a battery on my Iphone with them just to find out that the new battery is even worse. After the replacement battery was installed I did not find any change in the battery usage statastics, I then called apple and asked for a battery check, they checked the battery and its health came back bad. I think either this store did not change the battery or just put in a old bad one for obvious reasons. Very disappointed with this I am never going here again or maybe never getting an apple again.

allen james

The worst customer service ever. The store manager is the worst.

Abby Waters

Great experience! Ian was SO helpful, explained everything very simply and even gave me a few tips to run my device better than what I was doing, which was very helpful! Wait time was less than 5 minutes on a Friday night!

Tom Wisely

Honored warranty. Replaced screen for no charge.

Larry Benton

Telephone help service was excellent. Answered all my questions, so as I was able to understand. Thanks.

Fun place with great atmosphere, great products and great workers

Matthew Shea

Absolutely terrible service. I brought a monitor in to have it serviced because of a fan buzzing. Sat for about 15 minutes without anyone acknoledging me. The rep that did finally help me was great and that's where the two stars come in. I may update to three stars if rest of the support is better when pick up my monitor.

Sunimal Rathnayake

Busy place with vibrant people all around. Sales assistants roaming around to serve you. I’ve got my phone with in just 5 minutes. All the new technology pieces were there and I thought if Steve Jobs alive this would be his ideal shop which represents his values and beliefs... Keep it up guys...,

jon Jonz

Apple support sucks plain and simple. I have an Apple 6S plus that is 3 years old. Tried to set in to both St. Louis Apple stores while in town. Was told I had to schedule an appointment 2 days away. I only wanted my battery replaced per Apple's announcement. I got the run around from Apple support questioning me about my phone's performance. Apparently Apple is again lying to customers. They ARE NOT replacing the batteries. According to tech support, they first have to run diagnostics on the phone and then "fix" any problems in the phone. I guarantee you the cost of the $29 battery is going to be way more after diagnostics, loss of apps, etc. Damn Apple products with their lousy support, proprietary parts and software and outrageous prices are not worth it.

Caitlin Mills

I had lost one of my AirPods and I went in for a replacement. It should have taken 5-10 minutes but I ended up waiting for 40+ minutes for someone to help me. Once the employee got to me it only took 10 minutes to buy the missing piece, but I ended up having to go back to the store so they could reset my AirPods. I just wish they had someone on hand that could have helped me quickly instead of waiting.

Mark Gould

The employees are all very friendly. I just wish there was a more formalized system to “wait in line.” It is very easy to go 20 minutes without anyone acknowledging you, even if some aren’t necessarily doing anything. It’s hard to tell. You feel rude interrupting them too. All I want to do is check out.

Joshua Boston

Fast battery fix for my iPhone. Said it could take an hour, but was done in less than 30 minutes. Highly suggest you make an appointment. All around great service.

So, if I could rate twice I would give 1 star for the appointment and 5 stars to the random employee who helped me over an hour later. I had my appointment with a lady and she just did not seem at all to know at all her job. First it was the fact she wouldn't give me a receipt to show proof of replacing a phone because: reasons (she wouldn't tell me, but said that would be impossible). Then the iCloud account and turning off find my device. For a moment I forgot my password. I remembered it like a minute later after she walked off. I told her 'hey I remembered my password' and she kept saying the varify code is there because I messed up the password too many times. Had she told me I had to press a button to send said code to my second phone that was literally with me- I would have been done, but nope. She told me sign into a different Apple product that I own (well I don't own another product, just the phone). Then said I need to contact iCare and dispute it with them because they can't do anything else at the store. She said our session was over and she couldn't help. The other guy actually helped. After realizing the varify code just had to be sent, the guy let me use a mac in the store to sign in on, deactivate the find my device setting, helped me get the phone replaced, and actually gave me a printed receipt. This was all done in 15 minutes. I do not use Apple products usually, so I am more use to Windows. I only have this iPhone for business reasons and nothing more, so yeah I am green with Apple products. So thanks to the guy for at least telling me what I need to do for the future cause you were more help than the appointment.

Cynthia Gillon

That is an awesome place with an awesome staff. Warm and inviting setting. Quick expert service for your iPhone. It was my first visit and I felt welcome with staff very attentive to me and my needs. Thanks Apple!

Marc Gayed

Good experience

I drove 4 hours round trip today to replace an under Warranty iPhone 7, only to come home with a “new” phone with th E same issue. Don’t believe them when they say the “new” phone doesn’t have battery life and just sign in with your Apple ID when you get home. It’s a total ploy. I should have known better than to have trust in a human. What a rip off.

jodi ot

It takes a week to get a service appointment here. How can anyone go a week without their device, especially when used for business. Seriously, this is the second time I had to wait a week for ap appointment in the last month. Hire more people.

Chad Kitchen

I'm sure the staff is friendly and helpful, but you'll only find out if they get around to acknowledging you.

Chasity Gwinn

I can’t say enough nice things about this store, the manager and the employees. It’s extremely busy but somehow they manage to give you their undivided attention and go above and beyond to make sure that have taken care of their loyal apple customers. They get 10 stars!!!

gillian flack

Just left your store after being there for an hour and ten minutes and not getting any help. They forgot me once and checked me in again and I was left sitting there for another thirty minutes with no one speaking to me. So I left. Terrible service.

Jon Newell

I had a new iPhone X which developed an extremely strange problem. I went to the store on a Saturday morning. The store was packed. A guy took my name and told me where to stand. Within a very few minutes, I was greeted by an Apple employee. After describing my issue, she called on a manager for advice. A repair technician recommended that I get a new phone. They helped me back-up my old phone and restore to my new phone. Everybody was helpful and pleasant.

Christopher Williams

Ok place just need signs for people new to there process. Area not marked to line up so they can enter walk-ins in the queue. After that, great.

coneyisland07 .

Bought my I phone x online and picked up at the Brentwood store. After trying out the camera and watching several YouTube videos on how to get a better quality in a dim light scene, I finally decided to get Samsung 9 and went to the store to return it. To make the story short, 4 employees had tried to figure out how to return the phone to the manufacturer settings. After 30 mins, they said I can't return it because they weren't able to unlock the phone and therefore won't be able to set at the manufacturer's settings and yara 2x. I was livid!!! And the reason being, I already ordered the S9. My guessed is that it showed on my face how mad I was and finally they got someone that knows what he's doing. APPLE PLEASE TRAIN ALL YOUR EMPLOYEES WELL!!!! I admit part of it was my fault d/t forgetting my password but really?

Rachel McCarthy

APPLE STORES ARE LIKE AN ANT MOUND OR A BEE HIVE!! WON'T BE BACK!!

Long wait to buy anything - its crazy that you need apointment to buy something

Jason LiCavoli

I dread coming here. Bunch of pretentious douchebags who want u to spend money everytime there is a problem. He kids have iPhones and iPads. I'm an Android guy, but I have to deal with their device problems. Im not a fan of apple products or their limited store locations that are always busy

Jonathon Raclaw

Kind knowledgeable staff. Unfortunately they did not have the product I needed.

Eric Ben

Best experience in any Apple store....went in for airpods....received product, out in less then 10mins.

Crystal Snow

Too busy. 5 hour wait. I was told to schedule an Appointment to come back on Tuesday. It was Saturday that I went in. I will just go to a different location. The only thing that I needed was to swap the entire phone.

Danny D

horrible so i came in around 9:50 am and made an appointment one of iphone associate set me up for 10:30am. i waited until 11:25ma for my appointment and then i waited some more no one came. I went to another associate and he told me i'm not in the system so i had to wait again .Then,i ask for the manager and he was so rude towards me because i complain about the service i wasn't given......i will never return HORRIBLE RUDE unprofessional manager at the ST.LOUIS GALLERIA LOCATION

Chris Hester

After 9 months my perfect mint condition iPhone 10s got stuck in what I believe to be called a boot loop while updating last week. When I noticed it continually restarting I picked it up and man it was insanely hot! So I unplugged it and quickly removed it from its life proof case, attempting to shut it off. I was so upset this being such an insanely overpriced phone, $1200!!! I had to watch a YouTube tutorial to figure out the sequence of button presses to force it to stop. The next morning I took it to Bestbuy where I had bought it and geek squad diagnosed and performed factory restore. When the phone came back to life the screen was toast. Half of it was full of green lines and blurred. They referred me to Apple store and said it should be under warranty. So the next day after a two hour drive I’m at the St Louis Galleria Malls Apple store, and the first tech that helped me suggested that the boot loop had “cooked the screen”. He told me it would take an hour to repair and I was thrilled I wouldn’t have to wait any longer than that. I feared it would have to be mailed off and a much longer wait. When I returned later sadly I didn’t get taken care of by the same guy, whom had given me excellent customer service. Instead I got a different guy with bad news. Bryan I think tells me it had old rust inside it, and they are just going to replace my phone which worked fine besides the screen! I don’t understand how a water resistant phone thats never been sat in water let alone dropped into a puddle or toilet, that’s also been inside an expensive case to prevent situations like this could have internal water damage!!! Apple must put water in them before they ship them out! It’s been proven that all companies take measures to ensure that the products they make don’t last forever so they can continue to make a profit!!! We began the paper work and setting the new phone up and I assumed it was free until he told me the cost. So I paid $600 for a new phone and I assume they are refurbishing my old one they kept to sell to someone else. They didn’t offer to give it back which sucks because I still owe $850 for it! After having bad luck with two older iPhones I had two different androids that both worked great for 3-4years one of which I still have. So this iPhone 10s will be the last Apple product I ever buy. I looked at reviews for the Apple Store I went to and just two weeks ago another guy with an 18 month old phone had the same experience, he was told he was SOL and walked right out the door, called the 800 number for apple support and they had him mail it in and fixed it for free!!! I wished I would have read that before reluctantly handing that guy my credit card. He didn’t offer me insurance or AppleCare, but knew that I own a business and asked if I would join their business program or something. I told him to send the email but I’m not going to waste my time with Apple. If they can’t help me then why should I even bother? So when I finally got home and set up this new POS it has given me several issues from saying no SIM card installed and continually disconnecting from my WiFi for no reason. Thankfully if I turn it off and turn it back on it corrects itself. So I have nearly $1450 in payments to make on a device that could be compared to a 30 year old Nintendo. Do yourself a favor and switch to Android. I deeply regret not sticking with them.

Corby Cartwright

Tried two days in a row as well as calling Apple support, to try and get my dads iPhone out of disabled mode. Mind you I explained he was in Barnes Hospital and wanted to make his last calls before he passed. I would give them a zero star, but google does not allow that. So simple if you need to learn how to use your Mac or iPod go to this place, but don’t go to this place if you have a situation that might be a bit more important.

Susan Woodall

Vinnie helped me at the store, I was frustrated and annoyed at Apple for not honoring the 1 year warranty on the battery case I bought. I showed him the email from Apple support telling me they would replace it. I had to wait a bit for him to speak with the manager but he pulled through for me and got the case replaced. Thanks Vinnie for being so nice to me in a frustrating situation!

Sara Manka

if i could leave a review without stars i would. wasted an hour of my time sitting at the "genius bar" waiting to even be ACKNOWLEDGED by an employee. After an hour, i left, not a single hi, what can i help you with, pretty sure none of them even looked at me. I don't recommend going for support

Frederick Ruffin

Stood and looked at MacBook pros for over 30 mins and was not spoken to by any for 20 plus employees they had in the store go figure

Clare Hungerford

I really appreciate their system they use to service the customer. It was super busy but we were put on the waiting list and was told it could be up to 3 hours. We were willing to wait, but it really was 1 hour before they got to us. They were super kind and resolved the issue with the phone.

dustin knuckles

Weird vibe and the rude employees dont help matters. They need a good manager to hire some friendly employees. People are waiting to have $800+ phones repaired and should be greeted and welcomed accordingly. There seems to be a lot of idle chit chat among employees which is great for a work environment but not when there are 30 people waiting in line.

Steve Jobs promised us a different retail experience. The Apple Store in the Galleria did not deliver on that promise. This was my first ever visit to an Apple Store. I expected to walk in and bow and pray as if I were praying to Mecca. The store was crowded and it was nearly impossible to get the attention of an associate. Most of the people in the store seemed to be doing nothing related to finding out about or buying Apple Products. One lady just wandered in off the street to charge her computer, which made it difficult for me to try the model I was interested in because the cord was tied to her machine. When I finally did get the attention of an associate, the purchase was quick and easy, but when you walk into a store expecting to spend $2500, you expect a little more service. I did fill out a survey form and when the manager called me he was all "well that's just the way it is". Fortunately Apple Products are reliable enough, I don't expect to go back any time soon. Also the signage in the Galleria is terrible. Unless you are going to one one the anchor stores like Macy's or Dillards, you have to wander to the center of the mall to find a map. Most malls have those at each entrance.

Cathy Burns

I can't tell you how much chaos this place is. Finally got served after 2 hours. I only have one apple device and seriously thinking of selling it.

Eric Hart

Busy, busy, place, but great service after traversing the crowd!

John Usher

Service as expected, all the fun devices.

Walt Busch

i've been sitting here for a hour with my friend who is making his second trip to this store to correct an issue they worked on with his iphone contact list this is total bs go to verizon att or tmobile and let them work on your phone this style of service is for morons who want to sit on uncomfortable chairs all day

Anthony Scalzo

I called the Apple Store at Saint Louis Galleria and the person that helped me was awesome and arranged for a call back within approximately 1 hour at my chosen time. He talked with technicians and said I don't have to come into the store. Keep this guy whoever he is. Great customer service. The initial computer generated response system is less than desirable but once you get beyond that the service was great.

Ryan Childs

They cancel your appointment after 10 minutes...and you can’t get ahold of them beforehand to notify if your running behind.

Trz Jonz

Wish they wouldn't try to sell me half the store

CJ Zanders

The service I usually get here is good. This time, after I buy a $800 phone because my older phone is no longer operable, I expect to receive the best service possible. That means, when I don’t have access to the previous phones Icloud account, the best advice would be to keep your old carrier and not switch. That way, it won’t take me 30 days to retrieve my old ICloud account because Apple wants me to buy their products (like MacBook) to procure my old account.

Arun Krishnappa

Very good

Fixed a hairline crack on my computer for free (get AppleCare). Held the parts for me for a week, then fixed it in less than 24 hours. If you are polite, bring all your information, and are prepared to be patient, these people are the best. My computer works marvelously, and they even cleaned it thoroughly for free as well. 12/10 :)

My 18 month old iPhone X started experiencing the ghost touch issue. Apple has a program that will replace screens on the X for 2 years after the 1 year standard warranty. After 2 cancelled appointments at closer “Apple certified” repair locations that didn’t even carry replacement screens we drove 2 hours to this store to have it repaired. I assumed it would be smooth like every other Apple experience that I’ve had at this store but that wasn’t the case. The associate said that my iPhone had liquid contact because the sim area strip was colored. I’m not sure what it takes to change this sensor my but has never been submerged in water and it is supposed to be IP67 rated which is 1 meter for 30 minutes. The most water my phone had ever seen was some rain drops while being outside with my landscaping before I grabbed it and headed inside. Needless to say I explained this to them and they still opened it up and showed me some small pictures of what may have been some seepage through what looked like a defective seal on the screen (after all the screen is defective). The real issue came next when not only did they refuse to replace the screen but they damaged the screen itself when reinstalling it. The top corner turned green and the touch screen was absolutely unusable now... I’m sure this was all the result of some mysterious liquid contact. The manager basically told me I was SOL as I walked in with a $1k phone that was usable but had random annoying touches to a $1k phone that they rendered completely useless. I immediately left the store and called Apple Support and explained to them what had happened and they immediately offered to replace the screen at no charge under the Ghost Touch Program. They even contacted this store while we spoke with them from the parking lot and attempted to get them to do the repair since we’d already drive over 2 hours and they refused. Apple overnighted me a prepaid shipping box, repaired it in one day, and overnighted it back to me and it’s as good as the day I bought it now. I will definitely not give this location any of my future business and we have MacBooks, Apple watches, iPhones, and iPads.

I just received the worst customer service that I have ever had in my entire life. I dropped my phone and it isn’t working, so I RUSHED back to my St. Louis hotel to look up where and Apple store may be. There is one 25 min away that closed in 50 min. So I RUN to my car and speed to the store. I get there with 20 min to spare. I checked in and then they told me that they had no technicians to help me. I beg to wait. I say that I can hang out to see if someone cancels or if a time opens and I got “sorry.” I told them that I literally can’t drive home to Chicago without a working phone and I got “well that’s too bad.” Are you kidding me?!?! I never thought I would not be an Apple user, but I think this will convince we to switch. Wow!!!!

Nedah Jaouni

Very helpful and great experience .

Jodie Rai

My Mac Air needs a new battery and I went in and they ordered the part. Days later, no one had called me and no one answered the phone either. I called Apple and their representative tried to call the store and no one picked up the line for them either. So then I went back into the store and they said they had no idea when the part would come but "someone should have told (me)" that it takes 5-7 working days. I was also told when they ordered the part that they would do the repair in the store and it would take two hours. Today, they said that no they "don't typically do that" and would have to ship my laptop away. Since I use it for work, sending it away is NOT an option. All this has been very disappointing customer service.

Greg Brown

My partner and I came here to buy an Apple watch for his sister as a gift. We asked a sales person about if the phone she had was compatible with the watches or not, and he said no sorry, so we left. Upon further research, we found that the watch was indeed compatible with her model of iphone. We then immediately bought the watch, along with a pink wristband, on Amazon for less money than it was sold for in the Galleria Apple Store.

Vlogger Arun Singh Rathore

All the Team members are good & helpful they have lots of knowledge about their products

alex lim

Very helpful as a new customer. Friendly

Timothy Kearns

Nate was awesome!!! No waiting. I strongly recommend.

Clayton Sankey

The staff was unbelievably helpful. I went on the release date of the iPhone 6s. Even with all the chaos the employees were affable and accommodating. Tucker deserves an award for how great he was. I cannot remember the managers name but she was excellent as well. Great service at this place!

David Monroe

Brandon was awesome. iPhone had a software problem and wouldn’t restore he ran a couple tests and then got me a new iPhone since mine was still under warranty. Was worried since we didn’t set up an appointment but it only took ten minutes of waiting if that. Pleasently surprised. Thanks!

31763660 .

generally unhelpful, long waits, and diminishing professionalism. Steve Jobs would be sad.

M R

Needed help with iMac and a new laptop. This experience was nothing like talking to AppleCare. I don’t think these people are much interest in assisting others.

Jade Conway

Terrible service for the $$$$ you drop here! Absolutely terrible.

Chell 3

Not a bad wait as long as u have an appointment. Staff very knowledgeable.

Dustin P

Never been a big Apple fan myself but this place is a good area to check out the latest and greatest Apple products

Michael M

They took care of my problem with ease and everybody was so friendly

John Hadley

Always insightful and knowledge regarding the products and kind with service.

Tyler Green

This store has a great vibe with awesome staff. I would definitely recommend purchasing AppleCare+ for the products sold here. Sure, it may cost more, but it saves you more money in the end.

Britt Stokes

I walked into the store with just questions about the iPhone since I will be switching in a few months from an android. The person that helped me was very knowledgeable in the product & did not try to push for me to buy a phone. I have never been to an Apple store & was just amazed with the friendly staff & the setup of the store.

Tim Coe

I was in town for a baseball game and decided to stop by for an iPhone case and the Pride Edition watch band. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. I actually purchased the wrong sized watch band by mistake and they were able to swap it out, no problem even without a receipt. So basically all of what I’ve come to expect from Apple.

todd young

Ugh...this 'innovative' experience sucks...I just wanted to walk in and buy something, but figuring out who and where i pay since there's no cash register was just time consuming and ridiculous...then standing in Iine to talk to a guy who directed me to someone else...its easier to buy online or from Amazon...

Shridhar G

Nice customer service. Especially the guy Amir is very cool and helpful.

Kyle Baxter

Shout out to Chris for the easiest and quickest apt I’ve ever had at the Genius Bar

Justin Pearson

Sold me a defective iPhone X and refused warranty service. Rude employees and managers. Avoid this Apple store.

Dr. Kofi Nyamekye

All the associates are friendly and willing to help.

D Michelle

Staff was very friendly. They were prompt and on time for my appointment. Very clear about the time I should come back to pick up my device. I would definitely recommend this location if making an appointment.

kryptonite166 .

I purchased a lighting adapter for my son. The store was crowed; however, the sales person checked me out quickly. I'm still Andorid for Life

Purple Jade

I called Apple store in Gallaria Mall St. Louis (which may have routed to Apple Online Store) for help... very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable! They were very patient and savvy enough to walk me through the process on the devices trouble-shooting the issues! Great Apple team! Thank you and proud of you!

Todd Kometcher

At the Apple store now , a delivery that was supposed to be ready when I got here, it was not and it’s gonna take 90 minutes the last time I came here, I was given an Apple Watch , Supposed to be given five cell phone cases 45 miles with it, Brought the Apple Watch back, Was not offer an apology thank you or nothing.........

Brad Thibault

Great service but staff are usually overwhelmed by the sheer volume of people coming into the store.

ini essien

Great experience. Staff was very helpful and answered all of my questions.

eric lewis

The wait is horrible but good customer service

AJ Ackerburg

Takes forever to get seated or find help from a associate. Horrible service and always packed.

Summer Davis

I have had to be at this store an unusual amount of times in the past month. 1st for a defect with my phone that was Apples fault, and the other 2 times for cracked screens. Each time I have been here I have left very satisfied! They always take care of me quickly and efficiently. Roderick helped me today and was very helpful, honest and efficient. I will always choose this apple store for my electronic needs!! Very happy.

Jessica Moody

For (2) months, I delayed getting the screen of my phone replaced because I absolutely dreaded going to a “mobile phone” store that keeps you waiting for hours. After I could not talk my husband into going for me, I decided to go and I was SHOCKED by the speed of service. The “Apple Store” machine runs incredibly smooth, and the experience was unlike any other that I’ve ever had. Due to their location (inside of the great Galleria Mall) I was able to comfortably shop until my repair was complete. No lengthy wait?! I was and still am DELIGHTED!

Lingzi Luo

I went in to replace a battery. I didn't back up (that was my mistake, but if everything has been done correctly, changing a battery shouldn't impact data at all), I was told that when they reassemble my phone the touchid and main control doesn't work. I could have changed the battery myself and do a better job. The staff showed no sorry for what has happened and I was given 2 choices - to get the broken old phone and recover data somewhere myself and buy a brand new phone out of pocket, or get their replacement. I asked if I could get a temporary replacement and send my old phone to data recovery then return the phone, the answer is no, if I want to get my old not working anymore phone back, I need to buy a new phone myself.

Rodney Emery

A busy store, I wanted to see about having my iPod looked at. But the wait would be a minimum of 2 hours. I was told to make an appointment for my next visit. Geez, I live over 2 hours away.

Aylin

when i went to replace my phone they didn’t back up my information like I kindly asked them to and now all my information is lost >:(

The people here really know their products and are eager to help. We've made a few purchases here and they've been great experiences

Deacon Chrisman

Got what I needed done and that's all that matters

Brian Thompson

It's always a pleasure to go to any Apple store. Like any other, the staff are extremely mind and courteous as well as knowledgeable of the product they sell; both Apple brand and third party.

TATKOLEKTOR

Great service, the employees were much nicer then I was expecting. All of them were very helpful. Very impressed with this store. Only complaint is that it was too hot in the store. They need to crank that ac up when it gets busy.

Cookie gacha Magic

Took phone to replacement a rear camera's today, they replace without cost any money, after they fixed it, bring back my phone I walked out the door. But seems something wrong with the phone. Bring back to the shop the screen not seal and the part bend. Trying to talked to the manager Jimmy, he said my phone has a physical damaged, there is no warranty on my phone. But how's come they replace a rear's camera for me without paying any money. Plus you guys can see the pictures below my phone never been drop or opened it. They messed up my phone already and they don't wanna take their fault and put the blames on me. I don't get it?. How's come an Apple's company has a manager doesn't responsible their fault and his employees fault. Please fire this Manager if you want more customers.

Curtis Chandler

Can I leave less than 1 star? Sorry #Apple, you did not take proper steps to resolve your undisclosed performance/battery issues. I recommend to stay away from #Apple products. When I learned that older batteries impact performance, I took my #Iphone to batteries plus because the #Apple Store is too expensive and is an hour away. Then a week later #Apple discounted battery replacements. But since Batteries Plus used a Rayovac battery, the #Apple store will not service it or provide credit. I made a good faith effort to correct your problem and got no help at all after an hours drive. They said it is due to a safety concern. But any other phone service store would gladly replace. It is clearly a profitability concern. Any of my friends with similar #Apple issues, spread the word!!! If you’re coming up on a phone or tablet choice, please reconsider.

Adam Gallant

Very well lit and a open floor plan of everything

Caprice Merritt

Nice store. If you plan it correctly you wont have to wait for too long. The employees are helpful and informative.

Annie Hill

Use the South Garage entrance to get in.

David Henrichs

Terrible. Never ever go to this place. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Paul Lux

Pure chaos with little attempt from staff to remedy. "Make sure you have your confirmation ID [for your Genius Bar appointment] because I definitely won't remember you." - apple technician Love the technology but am seriously reconsidering due to customer service.

Aaron Doubet

Appointment at 5:15 not seen until 5:45 run a diagnostic app for another 30 minutes while the "genius" teaches people how to open files on their laptops! All to be told your expensive apple product is broken after 2.5 years and you can pay us more money to replace it! Worst customer service and tech. support!

Jamie Midgley

The store is useless and the employees were unorganized. I waited for 26 minutes and was bounced around several different workers for 3 products before they told me they were out of stock on all 3, and didn’t offer to buy them online/ship them to me.

Koh Baugnon

I scheduled an appointment at the Genius Bar several weeks in advance but when I went in, was kept waiting for more than 45 minutes after checking in. Multiple other customers were seen before me because “a Mac technician was not available” despite scheduling to be seen in advance. Staff seem rushed and too busy and clearly the store does not value customers time. Recommend finding another location for picking up or servicing Apple products.

Sofia Khan

My laptop screen was giving me problems so I took it to the Genius Bar. The people who worked there were organized, friendly, and had great customer service. They fixed my laptop free of charge and I was really happy!

Emily Wilson

My phone died randomly the other day so I had to take it in. There was an hour and a half wait but I expected this because I didn't make an appointment and I was a walk-in. I had a great experience. They were kind and efficient. Vinny worked with me, and he was awesome.

Lauren Hofer

Horrible customer service from management. They lost 3 customers because of how they treated one. Their tech manager knows of issues their updates cause to iPhone 7s speakers that work perfectly fine prior to the updates, and they then want customers to pay $320 before taxes and fees to replace the phones THEIR company broke. Do NOTTT go to this Apple store!!! Do NOTTTR buy Apple products!!! I will say though their tech Kyle was nice, their manager though acts like females are stupid, just like cars salesman do. If you are a female make sure a male goes with you so they don’t take advantage of you.

Greg Weseman

After reading a lot of the negative reviews prior to going to this store, I almost changed my mind about going. When entering the store it only took a few minutes to get checked in. I was directed to sit a one of the tables and told someone would be with me shortly. I actually started the stop watch in my phone to time my wait. While I was waiting I observed several groups of employees standing around just talking to each other. My wait was only 1 minute and 22 seconds, not too bad. I was there to get a new battery put in my phone. The young lady who helped me was friendly and very helpful. She ran a battery test and confirmed a new battery was needed. I was informed it would take up to 2 1/2 hours for the work to be done. I asked why so long when I had a scheduled appointment. I was told that their volume of work that day was higher than expected. She also told me to check back sooner than that in case it was completed early. After an hour I returned and to my surprise the work was complete. My phone was returned with the new battery installed and all the data and contacts still intact. I must say that with no more than 10 minutes spent in the store and only a hour wait walking around the mall, I had a very positive experience with this Apple store. Thanks to all the employees that I interacted with yesterday afternoon.

Lisa Richards

Usually when I go into an Apple store I'm greeted right away with very friendly Associates it wasn't as busy in there as I thought it was but I had to actually go to somebody who wasn't busy to ask for help which is kind of unusual I love Apple but I also love customer service because I work retail

Courtney Brady

BAD APPLE STORE! Horrible service!! A majority of the workers were standing talking to each other. First, i tried to check out with a new case and workers passed me off to each other not wanting to put in the effort to check me out, unbelievable. The real reason we came in was to fix an iPhone. We came in and waited for two hours. Right away we signed up for an appointment for a phone not receiving text messages. Twice we “missed our appointment” because they told us we didn’t respond to the text message notifying us it was our turn. Even after we took the initiative to ask and notify them we were not reciecing messages they were extremely rude and put us back on the bottom of the list TWICE. Finally, when they came to us they said we can do nothing for you. I am from Chicago and have had wonderful service in many stores there, would not recommend this store AT ALL.

Alex Fischer

Supportive staff and a great experience name this one of the best Apple stores to visit.

Hallee Levy

I got good customer service when I had cracked my IPad Mini and replaced it under my Apple Care warranty. Apple's warranty plan is better than a lot of the phone carrier offered plans and the deductible is cheaper. Gives you peace of mind.

Bonnie Freeland

I have never had a problem with this store. They are popular, for sure, and get overbooked for some appointments, but they really try to help when its your turn - they give you the attention you need and deserve after spending whatever you did for your equipment. You must go into the store with more than a modicum of patience. The people who work there are bright and helpful.

%100 POZ

I was promised 11:30 for my screen to be replaced. Came in and checked in at 11:45. STILL WAITING TO EVEN HEAR WHERE MY PHONE IS!!! And it's $149 for a screen replacement. One person has talked to me. He checked me in and can't get a response from the genius bar ( which apparently isn't smart enough to hit the button to talk back to him and let me know what's going on) and I have now been here 40 minutes waiting to hear where my phone is that I dropped off at 10 am. Did I mention it's $149 for a piece of glass??? This store is very disorganized and poorly run. This Apple is rotten.

Justin Ashley

Today I talked with an online sales representative who said that the military discount was the same in store as online. Since we are visiting my family from out of state and leaving Tuesday, I thought it would be best to go to the store. When I was able to talk to someone, they were very friendly. That being said, we spend 5 minutes trying to get someone's attention to buy a MacBook Pro. Once we did we were told that we had to go up front and check in. After checking in, it was a 15 minute wait until someone came over and when they did it was a script of which computer do you want and which memory size do you want. I had questions but felt uncomfortable asking them. Once I brought up the online sales representative's advice that the in-store discount was the same, she quickly said that the discount in-store was only on accessories and that I would have to order online to get the discount. So I went to a computer in the Apple store and ordered an Apple laptop which seemed absolutely ridiculous. I asked if I could just order and pay on the computer and select pickup today in store, but was a told that the process takes several hours and I would have to sit around or come back two hours later. I couldn't wait because of an appointment so I had to select and pay for expedited shipping in order to only have to stay one extra day. I have had nothing but good luck with Apple products, but this was the most disappointing retail experience I've had in recent memory. And considering the cost of a computer there, that is a serious disappointment.

Erica Chicoineau

I had the best experience today at this store! I went in because my phone just stopped working- turned itself off with a good deal of battery left and refused to turn back on even after all of the tricks of hard resets etc. I am pretty pregnant right now and not having a phone just isn't an option. I got there when the store opened, had my name added to a queue almost immediately and within 10 minutes I was being helped by a tech that was super friendly, helpful and understanding of my issue. I walked out of the store within half an hour with a new phone and no struggle. I couldn't have been more pleased with my experience!

jacqueline j

No help for someone new to Apple. Lots of employees, no one offered help. Seemed focused on sales not repair.

tyrece Belton

Terrible service tried to get my phone unlocked but the home button wasn't working. They told me they had the tech to do it but I had to wait 30-45 minutes i waited much longer than that just for them to tell me i have to pay 149 just to get my screen replaced fisrt. Wasted about a hour or more of my time just to lie could of just lied at first and not wasted my time.

Catlin Clemmons

Do not go here looking for mercy.. have the cash!

Bryce Jones

Stay away! Extremely slow service. Had an appointment for 11:30 didn’t get help until 12:45. Go to the west count mall location it’s much better.

Theo Visconti

Came early for an appointment at the Genius Bar; waited an hour for someone to ask if we've been helped yet. Plenty of workers walked around and ignored us, but they were busy talking with each other or standing around instead of helping customers. There was no initiation, and we had to ask people four times when we were going to be helped. There was plenty of false promises of being next in line or checking with a manager and excuses of not having enough technicians to assist, but it's ridiculous to ask us to book an appointment online and not have the courtesy to even meet us remotely close to the time we booked.

Sarah King

Always very helpful! Would suggest having an appointment to minimize wait time.

Naf 3

Great customer service ☺️

Hasan Al-Saedi

Fantastic place which we love to go there on monthly base.

Krista Gill

After a 2.5 hour wait the rep informed me of a $150 non-refundable charge just to diagnosis my phone. Upon check-in the rep was very rude about my children being occupied by the many devices on display while my two year old SAT on the counter (taking up the same amount of space as an adult who would lean on the counter). He then proceeded to threaten us if we didn't comply with this "rule" as I looked around and saw another baby sitting on the counter NOT having the same "rule" enforced. Not a single person apologized for the troubles my fiance and I were having with our phones, let alone acknowledge our outrageous (and seemingly acceptable to most patrons) wait time. We saw several reps not helping anyone in our 2.5 hour wait time which lead to even greater frustrations. When we finally got help, the rep was less than approachable and NEVER empathized or apologized for the inconvenience. In fact, he tried to pawn us off to another rep when I confronted him about addressing ME, the account holder and not my fiance (who was in for his own phone on a different ticket), which I'm pretty sure is ALSO against the "rule" because shouldn't a rep only speak with the person authorized on the account??? Needless to say I would NEVER recommend this location to ANYONE, unless you enjoy spending your free time waiting only to be told that they will also take your money. All is not lost- I went to the ATT store and was in and OUT in under 2 mins (yes, that is right two minutes), WITH a FIXED and fully functioning phone! Word to the wise: Don't trust anyone without a name tag. #applestore #dontgo #justmyopinion
