Service beyond reproach...not only is the staff at TechAnywhere knowledgeable and capable of resolving technical issues, but how they do what they do at the drop of a hat amazes me. Most of the time you have to schedule an appointment a week in the future with most IT companies, while your IT issue becomes more troublesome. I can't count the number of times when they've been able to remote into my computer, resolve my issues, and get me back to work. They are definitely an integral part of my team.

Wow. Went in to get my computer fixed which they did right away. When I was done I asked them where to get my tire pressure checked on my car because the light was on. They said no problem, we have an air compressor we use to clean out computers. Pull you car around back and we will check your tire. These guys are the greatest ever. They are on Goodman Rd. right between Hairlines and Southern Bar-B-Q (the old Boss Hog's). Go see them. Right smack across from Walgreens.

We, at Wright Paving Contractors, Inc., met Rusty about 6 years ago. He installed a new network for us and set up all new computers and since that time, he has handled all of our IT work remotely. We are in southern middle Tennessee and he is in Memphis and anytime we call with a problem, whether it has been a virus, trouble with software or whether we need new hardware/software, he has handled every challenge that we have had. He is always professional and always quick to handle whatever we need and at a very reasonable price. I don't know what we would do without his expertise. Took my HP Pro book in for a interior cracked screen. Rusty quoted me a price over the phone beforehand, but while he was repairing it he noticed the hard drive had been damaged due to me powering it on & off. No extra charge for the additional work. On top of that, in the process if dropping it off & waiting to get it off I misplaced my power cord. He offered to send me with a new one, for no charge, until I found mine. Exceptional customer service & fantastic work!! Will be going to them for any future issues & recommending them to everyone I know!

Rusty was quick to respond and solve the issue my laptop had. The DC Jack (charger port) on my HP laptop had broken and he was able to fix this within a few hours of the part coming into his shop. Friendly, and fast service. If you're having any computer problems, from data recovery to virus removal you need to remember TechANYWHERE. They are conveniently located on the corner of Goodman Rd. and Swinnea, in Southaven. They don't charge for computer diagnostics, and will give you an estimate before they perform any work. If you call these guys first, you won't call anyone else. I highly recommend this company.

My husband has a 55 inch tv that he purchased about a year ago. A few months ago, it lost color on one side of the screen. So he started asking around about getting it repaired but to no avail. Everyone said that he might as well throw it away because it couldn't be fixed. While working in the Cleveland, MS area, he passed a shop that repairs computers and tvs, 61 Computer. Needless to say, he was able to get his tv repaired and it's just like brand new. Thanks for a job well done!

I took my wifes' computer to Best Buy to diagnose a problem she was having. They said it would take at least 3 days and a "diagnostic test" for $89.95,just to tell us what was wrong with it. For a second opinion, we took it by TechANYWHERE,and to our amazement, The staff quickly diagnosed it, fixed it and charged less than half of what Best Buys' diagnosis fee was($89.95).Needless to say, my wife and I cannot say enough about the fine folks at TECHANYWHERE. we sure are glad we gave them a try and I bet you will too!!

My grandson's computer was making a terrible noise when it was turned on and would shut off without any warning. I contacted TechANYWHERE and they said I could bring it in that day, and I didn't need to bring in any cables with me. I arrived about an hour before closing and they took his computer in the back right away. We found out the fan that was installed in the computer had failed, and they replaced it with a larger fan that would help to prevent overheating. They also let it run for awhile to make sure everything was working properly. The problem has been taken care of, and the price was very reasonable. When it's time to have it cleaned, or if any other problems arise, we will definitely bring it back there. I would definitely recommend TechANYWHERE. Friendly and courteous staff, quality work, and very reasonable pricing. Five stars and then some!

Recently had to come here to replace a liquid cooling unit, and Mr. Rusty Allen not only found out the real problem with my computer (the idiot who put the original unit in put the fan on backwards) but installed the new one perfectly and now my computer runs better than new. I needed a power cord for my Toshiba lap top computer and i googled local repair shops close and these guys came up so i called them up and they said to come on over and they would probably be able to match one up for me.I walked in and the tech looked at my cord and took out his knife and trimmed some of the plastic casing off from around the metal plug then plugged it in and it was fixed. No Charge. I was impressed and these guys honesty was refreshing to say the least i would give them 10 stars if i could, Call these guys first if you have computer problems. I loved the office setup they had as well, very professional.
