Rem literally saved the day! We were hit by lightning in one of the August storms and Rem was so easily able to identify and fix the problems that occurred because of the storm. Even though the the one pc took a little time, Rem was very patient, honest and professional. Yesterday he delivered a pc faster, with more memory and with most of my former files intact.
