I am working on my Bachelor's degree online so I use my computer frequently throughout the day. My screen was cracked but I worked around it for a while. One night, my screen went crazy and then whited out!!! I found Kismar on a Google search and called to see if they could fix my screen quickly as I couldn't wait for 1-2 days to get it serviced. The representative assured me that it could be fixed quickly and quoted a price and even extended a coupon to me! I took my computer and it was just like new in less than 20 minutes!!! I would definitely use Kismar again!!! Gracias Kismar!!!!

Kismar ranks the highest in my book for customer service and pricing. I was very impressed by all the capabilities the technicians possessed. I was able to have large files transferred from one disabled device to a new one and then have the old device repaired and running like new! Afterwards, I was given a brief tutorial for future reference along with a warranty! I highly recommend Kismar Comp. Svcs!

He told me how much it would be ...lowest price I found....and that the screen would be available in two days. When I went in he had it replaced in about 20 minutes and it looks great!

Five days ago my laptop just broke without any warning or signs of trouble. That wouldn't had bothered me if it wasn't for the really valuable data that I was on its hard-drive. I needed it to be safely recovered so I went on the internet to search for someone who can do it properly. Came across this repair shop and based on the positive reviews I decided to give it a try. I explained what the problem is and that it is urgent and based on that they gave me a pretty tempting estimate. It took only a day to completely restore all the information that I needed and to replace the broken hard-drive with a new one. I highly recommend this place especially if you a problem similar to mine.

I was serviced here a few years ago. I recently had the same laptop repaired again, where they noticed that the previous repair (done by Kismar) had used a piece of scotch tape inside of my computer. Not even electrical tape, but scotch. To quote the new repair shop "Never seen that before." Additionally, there are a number of 5-star reviews for this place were posted around the same time and by accounts that only have posted a single review. I get the impression that these may have been posted by the business itself instead from genuine customers.

After my computer experienced the dreadful blue screen scare, I brought it in to Kismar to be serviced. The staff immediately made me feel at ease that they would work diligently to diagnose the issue. They completed a full tune-up on my computer and resolved the issue within a day. I cracked the screen on my Ipad mini and they were able to replace the screen. I also had a computer that was running really slow and they were able to fix it and it runs much faster. They are courteous and the repairs are done quickly!

I took my Samsung tablet in because it wouldn't turn back on. It was supposed to be free for them to take a look at a phone or tablet. When I came back they charged me $70 and told me it was stuck. Not only that they weren't open during business hours so I had to come back twice to pick up my tablet. When the same problem reoccurred I Googled it and found out all I had to do to fix the problem was remove the SIM card. I feel really ripped off that I was charged $70 when all they had to do was remove the SIM card when they took a look at it. Since no repair was really required I do not think it was fair to charge me the $70 when I had been promised it was a free service to take a look at it and simply removing the SIM card fixed it.

I have been to Kismar twice. The 2nd time I went because of the fast, affordable, and courteous service I received the 1st time! Both times were due to the fact that I had dropped my iPhone 5C and busted the screen. The 2nd time I had dropped it and only cracked it, but dropped it again and completely shattered it and had nothing but black screen. They got me in and got it fixed immediately! AND, I will be seeing them again very soon....another cracked screen!! Have never dropped a phone or busted a screen and I have now done it 3 times in a matter of about 6 months max! So thankful we found Kismar!!! They are absolutely awesome!!

When my laptop fell off the roof of my car, I thought it was done for. The screen looked like a comet had crashed into it. I just didn't know how I was going to get any work done and feared it might take weeks to fix, if it was salvageable at all.
