I have an LGG2 Verizon phone. I had my phone 4 days and dropped it on the face of it and it cracked the screen. I thought this place could fix it. I brought my phone in and paid for the services up front. Like I said I only had the phone 4 days. It was brand new. Well after they had my phone for a week I went to pick it up, well my phone was far from fixed. They tried to blame it on the adhesive they use but I have since called several other places, including Verizon, and was informed that they just simply did not do it right. They kept my phone another week for absolutely nothing. You can look under my screen it is NOT in my phone correctly, probably because it looks like they tried to pry the old screen out with a screw driver. I am now having to purchase a new phone because they have messed it up to the point that another screen cannot be put in. All four edges of my phone was COVERED in scratches. They refused even a partial refund, even though they damaged my phone. I have spoke to two or three people who have used them and apparently had the exact same problems. They give poor service, and even worse customer service. I would NOT take any device I don't plan on having to completely replace back to these people! Do your research before entrusting this business with anything you plan to continue using! Owner or whatever rude person representing Gators how about you READ my review. Never asked for a cracked screen warranty. You could look clearly under my screen. You do crap repair work and have even worse customer service. I recommend everyone I come in contact with to steer clear of your piss poor business. Hopefully it'll go under soon so people don't have to tolerate such ignorance.

Happen to take my phone in one day guy fixed it just fine. Came in few months later and a new guy is working . I trust him to fix my phone. I get it back and half the screen is blurry like its a faulty screen. So once again I take it back and then when I get the phone back it's completely broke. Screen I'll not come on or anything. The little pins on the motherboard where the video cables plug in are all bent

After reading These reviews and how the owner acts like a crazy rude idiot to everyone that speaks their truth and gives a bad review I'll pass !!! No way on earth should a business owner speak like that to customers it shows that these customers are RIGHT !!! He can't take ownership for ANY of these customers bad experiences !!!! That's horrible service I've never seen anything so pathetic !! Billy Gene McNeel (Owner) and his son (William Kirk McNeel) didn't appreciate the negative, honest, review of his store. so, they thought it wise to Stalk, Threaten, and Harass me using my personal number using text messages and calls. They/He then proceeded to call my Employer, in attempts to get me fired (yeah, seriously)... It's not the first time they've done this either, just check other reviews and check the reviews on facebook. This place should be shut down. ---- Edit: The owner texted me this after reading my renewed review: Yes I called your company Was unable to get right person But I will You can count on it ----- Edit #2: 1. Stop trying to contact me, it's harassment and is illegal. 2. I'm getting a raise on the 12th. I couple of years ago I took my Blackberry here because it wouldn't turn on. I asked the guy how much it would cost and he said he wasn't sure and that he had to figure out what was wrong with it first. That was totally understandable and I didn't mind that. When I came back my phone was on and working. I asked the guy what was wrong with it, he said he didn't know, hadn't really looked at it and had just left it plugged in overnight and it turned on. I assumed that I would be paying him $10 or so, just for his time and I would've been fine with that. However, he charged me over $30 just to plug my phone in, and a week later it started doing the same thing. I know it's just $30, but as a broke college student, that could've bought me a lot of groceries. I won't be going back.

My son, who lives overseas and was here visiting took his iPad 2 here to have the screen replaced. I had been there when a man named Rick worked there and was very pleased and had sent lot of customers to them. My son made three trips trying to get the work done properly and it never was fixed. He was charged $100 plus tax and NO offer was made for even a partial refund. He had the iPad repaired in Huntsville, Ala. where he was working and they fixed it right the first time. The owner said he would personally take care of any future repairs I might have and give me a discount. Well, he won't have to bother because I will never go there again and never send them anymore customers. Money is more important to the owner than good will for the customers!! This was in April 2015 when my son had this bad experience here.

My laptop fell off my very high bed in my dorm and the screen wouldn't turn on at all, and I thought that I'd have to get a new laptop, or at least a new screen. I took my laptop here and they were very nice and friendly and told me that they'd have my free estimate the next morning. About half an hour later they called with the estimate to fix it (which was $30 less than Best Buy would charge to look at it) and that it'd be ready the next day! Great service, very professional and would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I walked in 15 minutes before closing on a Saturday. I was having revit issues on my pc. I had recently updated my pc to the newest version of windows 10. Revit wasn't compatible with that version. To preface this the day prior I was having the same problem and called Microsoft customer support. Microsoft support temporarily solved my problem however the next day revit would not open. Unfortunatly, autodesk custumer service only takes calls Monday thru Friday 6am-6pm. Luckily, Richard at Gator Computers in Starkville helped me. He stayed an hour and a half after closing to help me. Even offered to loan me a computer if he couldn't get revit to work on mine. Amazingly, after an hour and a half he got revit to run on my computer, something I didn't think was gonna happen till Monday. I highly recommend Richard at Gator Computers, he did an amazing job at solving my computer issues. Best customer service I experienced through this whole situation

Plus they had the best price of any of the other repair places in town! I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Professional and curteous. DO NOT ORDER INTERNET SERVICE FROM THIS HORRIBLE AND DISRESPECTFUL BUSINESS (Starkville)Over two months ago I called and set up service for a family friend. We were informed of the process and all needed steps in terms of payments, installation, and products that were coming with the service. First problem was the installation happened at my friends home and the service stopped working the same day. The free Firestick was not delivered on that day either. So I called the company and was told that it was a dealer issue...fine! I called, requested a call back never got one for the last three months. In the meanwhile, service issues continued and then finally it just went off. I called yet again because they are older adults and was told the whole internet system has a issue and also they hadn’t taken a payment because of a billing error requiring them to double bill...yet again fine. Another month goes by and it becomes slower and slower, called spoke with Mark waited month for a return phone call. Fast forward to today, my friends let the service go because one it never worked properly and they never got the products associated with it. Requested to speak to William directly at this point because I yet again encounter Mark who sincerely seemed upset over the matter but yet couldn’t explain why for more than a month he could not return my call that I requested for information in regards to the issue. Repeatly, I was addressed as a Ms when I am Mister and he comes back and tells me without a doubt William will not talk to me in regards to issue and no one can explain to me why none of the billing or the products were ever right. Normally, I do not bring race into the conversation but this is one of those times when I will do so. As an African Americans household that ordered this service and made repeated phone calls about it, it shows the respect and care he has for his customers. As a man, after repeatly stating name and still being disrespected as a female, it shows they do not listen. These glowing reviews can truly make you think you are dealing with a respectable business do not be fooled. I was going to waste my precious time with a drive over to request the products in person but it is not even worth that. This is a permanent record of the horrible service and customer service in regards to Gators. And I see the stellar replies you give bad reviewers. I stay ready for disrespect as you have shown today by not coming to the phone to deal with a customer directly and sending Mark back to tell me you would not speak to me. Customer service is the cornerstone of any business and disrespect is not. You had your employees to repeatly lie and say you were not in and I could go on and on. One could call this a one off, but I am sure it is not in regards to your African American customer base. As I said earlier I requested to speak with you and you said you would not so silly me I am sure your reply will never happen with this post! People take my advice and use a business that values diversity, respect for the individual, and actually addresses customer concerns proactively. Update: William I am so glad that you replied to my post. As I stated in the post. The company says the product in question comes from you not them, that Firestick in question is posted clearly as a something that comes with the service. I enjoy writing books especially when it is a truthful reply. But the kicker is you had your staff to call me about this review and then you get smart in your reply. How mature? As I stated in my conversation with your staff member this situation and review could never have happened if you simply would have followed through with your ad which is clearly posted. What is cute about the situation is the fact that you had another African American to make the only return phone call to me.(Twenty minutes after my review) Gee whiz, if this isn’t a issue of race and customer service I do not know what is. As I stated to her this is not a billing issue, at this point it is a respect issue. Good day!

My husband and I went in on June 22nd to get our screens on our iPhone 5c's fixed. It is now less than 2 weeks from then and both screens have cracked! The same day it was fixed mine already had a small scratch on it and I had done nothing to it to make that happen! I think the materials they are using are cheap knock-offs. If they were using good material and putting it on properly There is no reason our screens should already be cracked. When I called to see if there was anything they could do the guy that answered the phone was very smart with me and said there was nothing they could do.

I got my daughter's iPad air 1 screen replaced. In April 2016. Within 2 weeks the home screen button half broke. Meaning half is down in the iPad and the other half works half the time. For $120 + tax that doesn't seem like good materials being used.

Brought my phone in to a guy named William a couple weeks ago. Everything seemed fine until I got my phone back and went home. When I got back home my phone stopped working completely. I took the phone to Apple and they said that whoever installed the screen did a horrible job and was sloppy. I asked him how they could mess it up if it looked fine. He told me most companies like these don't have any training and can leave out screws and other necessary parts. Also I took a Business card and the guy William Kirk gave his own company a fake review on google. Hopefully google will take down his false reviews since I have had them reported for conflict of interest.

I brought my phone in with what I thought was a simple repair. I had a broken screen and just needed it replaced. I already had the replacement. They were slow to repair it and when they did the SIM card was no longer recognized. The employees running the shop were disorganized, they took more than a week to try to fix the SIM card problem (couldn't figure it out) and the the owner, William refused to compensate me for having broken my phone or even reimburse me for the $50 screen repair. The headache wasn't worth arguing more with them. I bought a new phone and an intense looking case and screen protector. I would never go back to these people. tl;dr They broke my phone and refused to reimburse me or replace it
