For years I have used Gator for service to my computer and cell phone. Their staff have always been courteous and helpful. Even when a repair must be done in their Starkville center the work is done in short time periods and returned to the Gator facility in Philadelphia.

Sub-par experience. Brought my PC in to diagnose problems, paid the fee up front. The employees neglected to tell me they did not actually look at the PC at their store - they send it to the location in Starkville, MS, which is an extra 50 miles away for me. Had to go out of my way and spend a good portion of my day just to get my PC back as well as half a tank of gas. Otherwise they diagnosed the problem accurately and actually showed me what they did to check it and confirm for me. Could not give me a time estimate as well for their service; I just assumed it would take a full business day, which it ended up being. Make sure to ask questions up front and make sure where you need to pick up your product.

Been very nice, done a great job, The cost was what they said it would be when I took the computers in, Never had 1 complaint against Gator Computer! Sounds like a couple of these other post are people who Jesus could not come down and make happy!

I took a phone to be repaired. The phone was beyond repair, but they were so nice and worked with me to switch everything over to an old phone my husband had. I would recommend them whole-heartedly.

Had a horrible experience with the Philadelphia office. Much like the first post on here. No help, paid for something they didn't even fix. Called about it and got yelled at and hung up on. The tech named William is rude and completely unprofessional.............................They are scammers!
