Stay away. Get an HP or something else from a Best Buy or someone reputable. I ordered a laptop from them, then was notified that it would take several months to ship. So I used THEIR website to send an email (available through the "contact" link on their website) to cancel the order. I saw the money back in my account. I didn't give it another thought. They delivered the laptop this week and charged my account. So now my account is overdrafted, and they won't refund the money until I send them the laptop back--which costs money that I now don't have. When I asked why they didn't process the email I sent through their website, she told me "Nobody checks those emails anymore, they aren't processed." EXCUSE ME? Then why is the link still on your site?! This whole thing is a mess and I'm completely disgusted. Go somewhere else.
