First, the people here are so sweet and management did what they could to make the situation right, but it took TWO MONTHS for them to replace my battery and fix the cable they broke in the process of doing so. Through this entire process (4 different ordered parts) I only received two phone calls and had to call myself to get updates (usually multiple times as they wouldn't call me back). I ended up with a new battery, a ~partial~ refund, and a phone that sounds like it's going to break every time it vibrates. This should have been a simple process that my friend who tinkers in his garage could do in 20 minutes. I get that staff turnovers are a thing, but no one should have to be the guinea pig for an inexperienced technician, and receiving a phone that just has a different problem than when you brought it in is not up to Apple's service standards.

Brought in my custom built gaming rig for some startup and crashing issues. Their diagnostic fee is low compared to the amount of work they put in to identify the issues with my system and figure out the cause. they had no qualms about working on a personally built system and tested every component so they could give me the best answer possible and even give me advice on how to fix it myself when I asked. The staff are extremely friendly and the techs are knowledgeable I highly recommend these guys

Excellent customer service, quick workers, and friendly staff. I took my iPhone 6s in to have the battery replaced and they were able to help me right away even though I couldn’t get in until close to their closing time. It only took about 30 minutes and cost $35! Angela was super friendly! I was planning on driving all the way to the Apple store in Birmingham where I’m sure I would have had to wait at least an hour for them to help me. I’m glad I found out about Exceed. I’ll definitely go back if I need work on any Apple products.

They are an Apple Authorized Service Provider, and a good one at that. Don't be fooled by the aesthetics of the location or building. The service is excellent and the technicians are very knowledgeable about all ranges of IT work. You can trust them to work on anything you need help or assistance with, as they manage the majority of businesses in the area and surrounding counties, even to 50 miles out or more.

On the bright side: everyone is super nice! I love the people that work here On the other hand: Just goes to show “Apple Certified” means nothing. This is an Apple Certified store not worth going to. My 2015 MacBook was diagnosed by them and the conclusion was that it had to be sent to Apple which was $$$ on top of Exceed Technology $40 diagnostics fee. I went back home, looked a few links down a Google search and found out a single cable had to be replaced. I order the $11 cable and replaced it myself. In short, I wasted $40 on something that only needed 15 more minutes worth of attention. This was also apparently a common problem according to some Reddit posts back in 2015.
