Do not leave overnight and be wary during the day. Lacks security measures of any kind which caused my phone to be "stolen" during repairs that took a week and a half to do. I've no reason to believe it just got up and walk away. Do not recommend.

I brought my iPad Pro to these guys to fix the charge port. First they cracked my screen so they had to put another one on there cheap after market. I Picked it up and it was loose but worked. After getting it home half of the screen would not work so I had to bring it back again and they had to change the screen again. Another piece of junk. I picked it up again and this time my home button was loose they said that happens to bring it back. I brought it back AGAIN and needless to say they glued my home button with super glue and it no longer worked. Told me they could order a new home button for a price can’t remember what it was but said I didn’t need it to just use the Home button On the screen. After all of this just to fix my charge port the iPad started to just shut down now remember there was absolutely nothing wrong with it AT ALL except the charge port. I brought it to someone else just to look at and they opened it up and would not even touch it because they said it was so messed up. I was told that they did not change the charge port they just cleaned it and they super glued the home button which I knew and they would not even be able to get it off. Wires were messed up and it was just shot!!! Let me tell u how disappointed I am . This is sad that my perfectly good iPad which cost me 1000 plus was ruined. Please take your phones, iPads, computers to qualified technicians and find out there background because this should have never happened. Never again my friend lesson learned.

It was very expensive i had to pay in advance so they can order my screen they tried to make me sign a waver stating that they were not responsible for any damages that they may cause to my phone every time I call to see if there was some one who could fix my phone they would tell me the only person capable was not present at the store for three days after my screen was in that was the answer every time I called to see if I could get my screen replaced once i finally was able to replace it my screen seemed to not be placed on the phone very well and it seemed to have a occasional sizure and since they did not seal my water proof phone when the phone got wet my phone was ruined

I brought in a functional iphone 7 that couldn't take front-facing pictures..I left with a non-functional phone that couldn't charge and burnt my face. The employees are nice enough; however, I cannot recommend using their service. Please just take your apple products to the apple store to save yourself time. I went for superfluous reasons because my phone wouldn't take selfies...now I'm out of cash and buying a new phone because you can't make phone calls with the phone without needing ice for your ear.

I can honestly say that this was one of the best experiences involving a cell phone that I have ever had. I walked in with a cracked screen that was giving me static, summed up my problem, got a discount for what was already a fair price, and then came back less than 24 hours later to pick up my phone which somehow looked better than the day that I had bought it. I actually forgot to even get the name of the guy that helped me, but he was friendly, and by the way my phone shines is obviously some kind of phone screen whisperer/wizard.
