Place is why to over priced when they don’t even your your phone completely. Had a busted screen went in to get it replaced and now my screen glitches up. Nerdy guys don’t know what they are doing

I have had bad luck with phones and have had repairs done here twice due to my clumsiness. Randy and Ben are professional and do good work. When there was an issue with the second repair they kept at it until it was resolved at no additional cost than that intial repair. You can trust them with your device and your business.

Had to have a new screen put on my Samsung Note 9. I have geek squad protection from Best Buy but they wanted to send my phone off for like 4-6 weeks. CPR ordered the new screen and I was able to keep my phone until the screen came in. I did have to call and check to see if the screen was in. Hadn't heard anything from them after 2 and a half weeks ( -1 star) but I dropped it off and 2 hours later picked it up in perfect condition. Screen fixed and only without my phone for 2 hours. Worth every penny. Ad it was alot of pennies... $375 So pricey but its official Samsung parts and professionally installed/guaranteed. Overall, I'm happy.

I shattered the screen of my iPad Air 2 so I decided to try smart repair. The cost was $263 if I remember correctly and they had to special order the Air 2 screen and told me it would be ready in 3-5 days. Well after two weeks of no phone call I decided to call and he said it was ready. When I get there to pick it up he says he tried to call me but the phone number had been disconnected... like what?? Ok so my number was not nor has it ever been disconnected. I get home with the iPad and the screen is literally halfway falling out and the power/lock button no longer works at all. This is by far the absolute worst business I have ever had experience with.

For those of you had a good experience at this store your very lucky. I was in Meridian on a business trip and broke the screen on my IPhone. I located this shop online and it appeared that it was rated highly. I was told that they could replace my IPhone screen with "original" apple parts. Screen was replaced and I left town the next day. Almost immediately the screen would not work correctly and would freeze and the touch control would not work. When I made calls the sensors that controls the screen lock would not work causing all kinds of issues. I took my phone to a trusted repair store in AZ and was told the replacement was a cheap replacement version and that the same instal was done incorrectly causing the sensor issues. I had to replace my screen again to get my phone fixed. When I called this location to inquire about a refund and advise of the issues I was told I would get a call back that day. Of course no call. I called back two days later and was told "oh yeah I heard about your issues, but we can't do anything for you". I even offered to mail their junk screen back to them. Still nothing. This was place providers false and misleading information not to mention horrible repair work. Beware of this place and get ready to pay double when your "repair under warranty" breaks and "they can't do anything for you". My next call is to the Better Business Bureau. Do not go to this store.

I drive an 18 wheeler and deliver to most chain restaurants like outback ruby tuesdays and so on, broke my glasses with a box for the outback near them and after walking around the entire complex walked into cpr and the extremely helpful employee provided some super glue to help fix them till i got back to Tennessee, woild highly recommend
