Very disappointed. Was told on Monday they would have a battery for my iPhone 4s in on Wednesday. So I dropped my phone off Wednesday at the Gulfport location, it is now Saturday and no one can seem to explain when the battery will be there or when I can expect to have my phone back!

Had phone problems with my audio jack and they said that that was probably the solder and couldn't do anything about it. I took my phone to another and repair place and they fixed my phone in less than 30 seconds. Seems like these guys don't know what they are doing.

I called this place looking for a price and spoke to Wesley. First off, this dude sounded depressed over the phone so after he gave me my price i asked him if he liked his job and HE HUNG UP ON ME and then i call him back and he doesn't answer me again. I call back again my wifes phone and he tells me that i was asking for a discount and that i was starting s**t, cussed at me and everything!!! then hung up again!!! I aint trying to start nothing i was told to ask for the manager to get a good price and then asked him if he like his job because he sounded sad and like he didn't want to be there. i wont recommened a single person to this place. This is the worst experience ive EVER had in my entire life. It was so bad I made a google account to leave this review. I never leave reviews! dont go here!!!!!!!

The gentlemen there was very nice and knowledgeable. They know what they are doing and their prices are reasonable. I definitely do recommend them and they also know about other electronic devices just ask!! Thank you guys so much for fixing my cells phones and my laptop!!

I had to come back multiple times to get my phone properly fixed, and on the last time, they ruined my phone's screen. To top it off, they refused to order a new one to replace the one THEY broke. Totally unprofessional. Their refund still hasn't been processed and it has been weeks. Would give 0 stars if possible.

I had an appointment for an estimate, but nobody was there. However, to make up for the inconvenience, the shop took my iPad to Slidell when the D’Iberville location couldn’t repair the screen. They also repaired the screen at a discounted rate. I’ll use them again if needed.

Nice Guy, I went in today to get a problem fixed with my Samsung Note 3, I paid for it when I was with AT&T for around $755 so I did not want to have to get rid of it because I could not get up dates. The Network was not working any more. Well These Guys fixed it right up! So glad I was sent to them by a very nice AT&T rep across the street. Thanks, again guys! Will be back again for future needs.

I work online for a large internet search company, & rely on my iPhone Plus do to so. The professionals at In & Out literally repaired my cracked screen within 30 minutes. At a price "Lower" than Apple's official repair options. I'd highly recommend their services.

I used this place on a recommendation from a friend to replace the screen of my iPhone 7. Every screen they tried had problems. I was told iPhone 7's are "glitchy" and we could keep trying. After 6 screens (between 2 stores), I decided I just wanted to take my phone to the Apple store in Metairie. This store told me they recycled my old screen so could not give it back, and would not refund me the cost of the glitchy screen they put on my phone. I was told I could get a partial refund, which would take 7-10 days, and I never received. And now when I call to inquire about it, no one knows anything about it and they want me to talk to the repair person I spoke to and call back on his schedule, or for me to bring in my phone so they can try again. So just save yourself the hassle, and the cost of 2 screens, and go to the Apple Store. Giving 2 stars because they had good customer service, aside from my refund not being done.

I wish I could give it nagative stars. I wish I would have gone to apple and used apple care, but didn't because their nearest store is so far. I got my screen replaced at this In & Out and about a month later my screen stoped responding entirely. I went to an Apple Store while on vacation and they told me that this was a very common problem with third party replacements and that In & Out also installed the screen on my iPhone 6s+ incorrectly. Apple had to completely replace my phone and even with apple care it cost me $100 on top of the $180 I paid for In & Out just for them to screw up my phone in the first place. They have terrible, cheap products, charge rediculous prices, and give awful customer service when you call for complaints. Please, whatever you do, if it's and iPhone, take it to Apple.
