I encountered a major problem with my IPhone battery expanding to the point of almost breaking the glass cover of my phone. I telephoned Apple customer service and they scheduled an appointment with Computer Max the following day. I decided not to wait but drive over to Computer Max because of the glass on my phone was at the point of breaking , and that I needed my phone to conduct my business operations. When I arrived at Computer Max the technician was very professional and concerning about my phone issue. He informed me that they would be able to address my problem immediately and I would be able to wait for my phone to be repaired. I was very grateful for Computer Max excellent customer service.

Apple sent me there to get a battery change under Apple Care warranty. Had already had battery tested day before by Apple Support and said good but, I disagreed, etc., so Apple Support made an appt. for me at Computer Max for a battery replacement. Took off work, drove to Computer Max. They had difficulty finding the appt. and info. from Apple Support. Computer Max tested battery again and said it would be $89 to change the battery since it tested good. I pointed out that was not what Apple Support had told me, etc., and I wasn't paying that when I purchased extended warranty and Apple said it would be replaced free of charge and made the appt. with them for them to do it. I left, went back home and and checked the case on Apple Support. It showed that my appt. had been cancelled because I did not show up. (Imagine that.) I called Apple Support again (or, rather, had them call me). They were baffled by my experience at Computer Max and said they were supposed to have changed the battery. The Support Person called Computer Max and got a slightly different story ($62.00 plus tax rather than the $89 I had been told). Not sure how it went down but Apple Support then recommended I go somewhere else. And, I will. Anywhere but Computer Max. (And, don't try to disagree with the employees at Computer Max because they're the experts and don't want to hear anything about what you believe the real issue to be. . .)

Only four months after getting my new MacBook Pro, a friend somehow managed to damage my keyboard with a their cigarette. The "A" key was burned and wouldn't work. I took it to Computer Max and these guys had my keyboard fixed and working like new within 30 minutes. It isn't just that they fixed my keyboard (which saved me a small fortune) - it is how they communicated with me every step of the way. I will return to them anytime I experience an issue in the future and I would highly recommend that anyone else do the same. They fixed my issue and charged an extremely fair rate. Owner and staff have been unfailingly friendly and courteous and their work has been first rate. Not only that, their work has been done quickly and the charges have been very reasonable. Great and prompt service. I had an issue with my iPhone battery. I tried to have it replaced at an Apple store but the wait was 2 hours to see the technician and have them figure out what I already knew and then another 1.5 hours to have my phone actually repaired. I took my iPhone to Computer Max and within 1 hour they had everything diagnosed and repaired. Almost 4 hours versus 1 hour?....I'll take Computer Max any day.

The work that ComputerMax does is nothing short of miraculous. I had a hard drive crash, and they were able to recover all my data at a very fair price. The employees were extremely professional and compassionate. My computer proved to be difficult when transferring files over, but the guys at CM copied them folder by folder to make sure they all backed up (which I know took some time), yet I still got my computer back within 48 hours. I am indebted to their service.

Computer Max is the best!!! Before going to Best Buy or apple store, Go to Computer Max first. Apple wouldn’t even see me without an appointment and Best Buy said my apple care ran out. The only thing Best Buy did right was recommend Computer Max. Computer Max diagnosed and gave me options in 15 minutes. Turns out apple care was still good (stupid bestbuy). Computer Max had my Mac book repaired and back to me in 4 business days and 2 of them were the weekend so really just 2 business days. Computer Max will be my first stop for computer repair from now on.

Service was great! My screen had to be replaced, the guy said he would run a diagnostic and call if there were other issues. If there were issues he would call before fixing it and increasing the cost. The next day I got a call just to let me know that nothing else was wrong. I was very impressed! I'm a graphic designer. So my laptop is THE MOST important tool in my life right now. My keyboard and track pad stop working. Not gonna lie. I was a little worried but not too worried because i knew that it would get fixed. I took it to computer max on monday and told them the problem. It wasn't going to be much for repair but luckily I had a warranty that made it no charge. They took my laptop, fixed it, and had it back to me wednesday. I was thrilled to discover an authorized Apple Service Center. here in Hattiesburg when I contacted Apple regarding my phone battery. The employees were helpful and more than patient with my many questions and delays. Because they are a considered a third party service center there was an installation fee for my battery but it was more than reasonable (esp considering the distance/price to go to Apple store) and worth the reassurance that I was getting original Apple parts from Apple certified techs. I would definitely use their services again in the future.

My MacBook Air USB port has not been working for several months. I finally contacted Apple Customer Support and they informed me Computer Max in Hattiesburg was now a certified Apple Dealer. I was so relieved I could drive 38 miles to Computer Max in Hattiesburg and I didn't have to drive 82 miles to Ridgeland to the nearest Apple Store. From the moment they answered the phone, the Customer Support Team was efficient. Apple had made my appointment, but I was in Hattiesburg earlier and Computer Max readily offered an option for me to come on in as a "Walk In" customer. I went in and waited less than three minutes when they called on me and took my information. I was called within one day with a diagnosis of the apparent problem. They didn't even charge me for the diagnostic evaluation. They took my approval over the phone and fixed my computer and it was ready in two days. I am well pleased and it is working perfectly. I am excited to know Apple has a certified dealer close by that they will stand behind. Apple is so particular and consistent with their quality in products and service, so I knew that Computer Max would have to live up to their A+ quality and Customer Service. And they definitely did. I will use Computer Max in Hattiesburg again and I highly recommend them to anyone with any Apple products.

Computer Max is the best!!! Before going to Best Buy or apple store, Go to Computer Max first. Apple wouldn’t even see me without an appointment and Best Buy said my apple care ran out. My MacBook Air USB port has not been working for several months. I finally contacted Apple Customer Support and they informed me Computer Max in Hattiesburg was now a certified Apple Dealer. I was so relieved I could drive 38 miles to Computer Max in Hattiesburg and I didn't have to drive 82 miles to Ridgeland to the nearest Apple Store. From the moment they answered the phone, the Customer Support Team was efficient. Apple had made my appointment, but I was in Hattiesburg earlier and Computer Max readily offered an option for me to come on in as a "Walk In" customer. I went in and waited less than three minutes when they called on me and took my information. I was called within one day with a diagnosis of the apparent problem. They didn't even charge me for the diagnostic evaluation. They took my approval over the phone and fixed my computer and it was ready in two days. I am well pleased and it is working perfectly. I am excited to know Apple has a certified dealer close by that they will stand behind. Apple is so particular and consistent with their quality in products and service, so I knew that Computer Max would have to live up to their A+ quality and Customer Service. And they definitely did. I will use Computer Max in Hattiesburg again and I highly recommend them to anyone with any Apple products.

I went two hours early and they were slammed with customers but still got mine put in within an hour (still an hour before my appointment time). It cost $29 for installation. My laptop wouldn't fully turn on so I took it to best buy and they said that it was some cable that was in the hardware, which would be about $40 but they couldn't do it because it was an apple.
