Not my favorite place go here unless I have to.. Unless your there to buy computer very uninformative especially if it's not their option. The wait is long, and if they fix anything plan on paying 200.00 and up if it is not under warranty, and if it is older model apple computer they will not fix it at all.

My son and I went to Apple yesterday to trade in a 6s for a X. On the way there I told him to be prepared to wait a while. We got there and I greeted the greeter and he said there is one person in front of us. We went over to the X’s to wait and not even 3 minutes later Matt M. Was asking us what we needed. He was friendly but got right down to business. He took our 6s back for a decent trade in and someone ran out from the back room a few minutes later with the new phone we wanted. The whole process took 15-20 minuets and while we were filling out paperwork and such Matt M. found out my son was interested in sports so he made wonderful conversation with him about that. I was prepared for waiting and nonsense.. nothing could have been further from the truth. Completely professional, timely, and when we left we almost felt like we made a new friend. Wtg Apple!

I own a 27” iMac with the retina 5k display that was randomly shutting off for the past 2 years and Apple couldn’t solve the problem for me after taking it to the “genius bar” about 5x (lost count) over the course of my ownership. I ended up taking it to the Rosedale location and worked with Patrick who was professional, courteous and resolved the problem in a very timely manner. Thanks again.

Brought my laptop in and even though it was old I wanted to see if it still worked. I got the guy to put it on a charger but after about 2 minutes he was rushing me out if the store. This staff overall is a bunch of spoiled babies and r to cool to give real Customer service. Add that to the rediculous prices - apple is garbage and this store is even more garbage

We were greeted right away and saw a technician within a few minutes. They did the diagnostic and had a decision quickly. Our backup to the cloud took forever but that was not their fault. Very friendly knowledgeable staff. Would be 5 stars if Apple wasn't soo expensive.

Terrible experience!!! Waited 1.5 hrs for someone to take my info and not fix the problem.. Spent over $600 on a 1 pair of head phones, spent over 4,000 with apple to have someone tell me about protocol on some month old headphones. All I wanted was an exchange!! Worse experience ever!!

This store made me lose faith in Apple products. I consistently would wait 30+ min for genius bar even though I had made appointments days ahead of time. Once I was seen the customer service was good, but they shouldn't promise appointments if they can't keep up with them.

SCAMMERS: I and my husband both took in our iphones to the apple store (iphoe6s and iphone6) to have the battery replaced. After a 50min wait, and then a 90 min repair time. We got our phones back. They had the same battery remaining as when we took them ion mine was at ~10%, my husband's was at ~40%. When we got them back. Mine was at 7% and my husband's was at 37%. I think all they did was reset the maximum capacity. We have seen no difference in life of battery and believe apple just took our money and did nothing. Can't prove it, but it is really, really, really suspicious. Go somewhere else! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

I dealt with a person who claims she was the “manager” Zoey and she was HORRIBLE. She provided the WORST customer service and was just plain RUDE. No way to treat a customers who spends thousands on Apple products. Instead of helping us, she referred us to call 800# —- instead of putting us on the waiting list. Her objective was not customer service but to get the customer out of the store and get help elsewhere. Here we had planned on buying the new phone but because of how Zoey treated us, we left and will not buy another Apple product. If she is the “manager” you need to get new management as the reviews at this store speaks volumes as to how you treat customers.

Always crowded with a wait for the Genius Bar. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I took my daughter’s Beats earphones in for warranty repair. I waited about an hour for a walk-in appointment. The earphones were sent in for repair. I received the them back about 10 days later with a note saying the serial number on the work order did not match the serial number on earphones. Sure enough a typo. Honest mistake. Went back a second time. Waited about fifteen minutes for a walk-in appointment because it was a second trip for the same issue. I got an apology for the inconvenience and the earphones were sent for repair again. About 10 days later, the earphones were returned again with the same message. This time, however, the serial number on the work order and earphones matched. Went to the store a third time, waited only a few minutes before getting help. And, I got another apology. Instead of sending the earphones in they replaced them at the store. Thank you, Apple, for doing the right thing.

Just recently I had a very enjoyable experience on both 2/11 and 2/13. Everyone I talked to or helped me with my iPhone issues was absolutely wonderful and very knowledgeable. Whoever does the hiring has hired people with great people skills who took the time to make you feel comfortable during you visit. I read some of the negative reviews and I think these are people no one could please. I feel very fortunate to have a great apple store in this area. Thank you!!

My go-to Apple store. Technically uptown is slightly closer. But no fighting for parking at Rosedale. Friendly staff has always treated me well. Willing to listen and seem to understand. Appointments can be tough sometimes. But I'm sure that's true at all of them.

I was at the Genius Bar tonight and had awesome service. They helped me figure out what was wrong with my AirPods. They were able to quickly figure out the problem and even worked with their manager to hooked me up with a new left AirPod even though it was one week past my warranty. I didn’t even ask them to do that! I’ve seriously always had great service and never had to wait long. The secret is to go on a weekday evening.

this Apple store has zero customer service, period. The store mgr. is never in Brandon or something is his name, he's not available 100% of the time, getting a free paycheck without doing any job apparently so. Run by nasty rude kids as most customers have described them here and mgr. never there. Lousy store with no customer service skills! No wonder majority of customers gave them one star review---that's what this Apple store at Rosedale earned and deserve. An insult to the name Apple, a bunch of low lifers running the show in this store! The mgmt. that oversees this Roseville Apple store must be on vacation for 12 months of the year, shameless, or any mgr. with a tiny bit of sense of duty would fix the mess that this store employees have created for decent well to do customers / our society, who spend thousands on Apple products. Hire better staff with mannerism and pay them better than minimum wage, and read reviews of customers here on Google to get an idea of how low your service is and fix it. This store mgr. Brandon is never ever in, he's on vacation they say, no wonder.

Very disappointed in Customer service. Have signed paperwork saying device had no wear or damage and then after the headphones were out of my possession there was damage that was unrelated to what i was having repaired happen and now my device is being refused to be repaired because of that damage. Even though what needs to be repaired is under warranty. I'm very disappointed in what has happened and wish I would have taken my device elsewhere.

I have an iPod touch that isn't holding a charge. I took it to the store and had to wait an hour and a half for a tech. He offered to exchange it for a new one at a small fee. Unfortunately, I hadn't backed up my apps in a couple of months. He said it would be no problem, I just had to bring it back and exchange it, I wouldn't need to make another appointment. I called today to confirm that and to confirm what else I needed to do. I got a sales rep who transferred me to technical support. After holding for a half hour I finally got a girl who was little more than a human recording. She told me she is not technical support, she is technical support customer service. She can make an appointment for me to see a tech in their store. I repeated I was told I don't need to make another appointment, but she just kept repeating that she is not technical support, she is customer service and can make an appointment. I asked to speak to a tech but she said she can make an appointment to see a tech. You'd think that a high tech company like Apple would hire people with some brains and listening skills.

I scheduled an appointment to get a battery for my phone. When I got there I was informed that they actually didn't have any batteries. They then offered to graciously place me on a waiting list to be notified when a battery arrived. 2 months later, no battery has apparently arrived yet. I called them to ask if it really takes that long to get a battery and I found out that they accidentally never really put me on a wait list at all. Whoops on them I guess. Oh, also nobody ever answers the phones.

I took my daughter here today to get her phone fixed. What a great experience! We arrived 10 minutes prior to our appointment and we were greeted promptly. We were in and out in about 15 minutes. I'm impressed with the efficiency and how nice and welcoming everyone was.

Called. Twice. Spent 15 min sorting out the nonsensical robot on the phone. It finally put me on hold for a real person. Stayed on hold long enough to drive to the store and acomplish my task they finally answered me on our way out. The total phone call tine was over a half hour. Get your act together apple. Came to this location several times for a problem with my iPhone 7+. No one could ever hear me when using it as a phone, the ONE job it should always do flawlessly. Speaker phone worked about 80%. They tested hardware and said it’s not the phone/microphone. I already knew it wasn’t the microphone because Siri works fine. Try network settings, talk to your carrier, blah blah blah. None of that worked. Came back a month or two later because the issue persisted and was given the same runaround. I asked if I could use my Apple care plus for a total replacement even though I felt they should exchange the phone. They wouldn’t do that. Went in there last week because my screen was cracked and asked if I could get the total replacement Instead of just the screen because of my issue that has now been happening for a solid year and I had just become accustomed to using speakerphone. Again they told me they don’t just do the total replacement for a cracked screen (You must really want me to destroy this thing...) went to a different location and they were super helpful and took care of my problem right away. Lo and behold, it WAS the hardware... like I said all along. It’s super frustrating when you spend $800-$1000 on a phone in the damn thing doesn’t even work to make calls. That’s all I wanted is for it to work... I would not count on this location for even that much help.

Issue number one was went in to fix a cracked screen, got the appointment and the estimated time to fix, 2.5 hours. Took an extra half hour to get checked in and get the phone back into my hands. Assistant guy seemed reluctant to give me a receipt and when I got it, it was all nice and wrinkled just for me. Issue number two was on the second phone with a squishy power button. I was told that the phone still had a week left on warranty. Assistant went and cleaned my button and said I was good to go, however, since the button still “functioned”, they wouldn’t replace it. Yippee skipper, I got sent home with my still squishy button. We get about ten minutes down the road when we noticed the silence/ring switch had a nice deep gouge in it. Since the store was closed by the time we left, we had to wait until morning. Since we live over an hour away, we called. Took a decently long time for someone to pick up, about an hour. Talked to the representative and was transferred to a supervisor when I explained the problem. The supervisor was excellent and solved said issues with both phones, with one being the warranty was already expired for the squishy button(!!!) Long story short, the Apple store at Rosedale Center was terrible. Gouged phone, still broken button, and lied about the warranty.

This mall is always being updated and is our go to choice when we want to go to the mall. It has most any store you would need. Parking can kind of be difficult at times, but at least there's a lot of it.

Alright so I went to the store and I have an iPhone 7. I walked in and told them what was wrong. Last year my phone broke and they gave me a new phone for FREE and it was cracked because they said it was a software problem. And now this phone is doing the exact same thing and it was cracked this time too but they said I would have to pay this time to get a new phone. When clearly it is another software problem. They were rude and disrespectful and didn’t do anything to help my phone. They sassed me and said that I was wrong but the other store I went to last year completely understood and gave me a new phone.

Went in for a walk in, they wouldn't even ask me what the problem is, they said to make an appointment and to leave after I said I came in for a MacBook pro problem question. I can understand that they are busy, but I felt like the 3 employees I spoke to didn't give a damn. They just shrugged off the fact I came at all without an appointment. For the record, it's 9/20/18 and we are experiencing a flash flood. Yeah, I drove through a deadly storm only to be treated like trash

This is the Apple store I always go to, but was really disappointed with the customer service yesterday. It was Christmas Eve and around 4-5 available associates. The guy who ended up assisting me was very rude. I fully intended on purchasing an Apple Watch, asked if they still had the rose gold series 2 in store, he told me they had the series 1 and then the gold series 3, which he showed me. I asked to see the series 1 rose gold just to see the color in person and compare. He rolled his eyes at me and said it’s the exact same. Really? If that was the case then there wouldn’t be a gold and a rose gold. Needless to say I didn’t end up purchasing it there.

I made a reservation for battery replacement of my iPhone SE. Even though the store was very busy when I got there, I didn’t have to wait long to meet with an employee. Matt was very kind in addressing my concerns and taking care of me. I left my phone there and came back four hours later, when I knew it would be done. I know there are many negative reviews on here because people had to wait several hours to get their phone back. Not all service is instantaneous.

I brought in my iPhone 7 after my screen protector cracked in a few places. Not only did the helpful employee skillfully replace it, they did it at no charge since there was confusion on my part about the warranty on the original screen protector. Just top notch customer service.

Generally adequate customer service, but more often than not end up waiting longer than I'd like just to talk to someone. On numerous occasions when I've gone to the Apple Store, store employees will walk past me looking busy but not acknowledge me unless I interrupt what they're doing to try and get connected up with someone to get assistance. I almost wonder if they're slightly understaffed for the demand.

Just want to let everyone know that the complaints of poor service here are not always the case. I bought a phone here and got good service during the overview and sale. I did have to get it activated at home though, because we were unsuccessful at the store. Training sessions were good and helpful too. As for resolving problems, my family member have had a good experience with them. They were much more knowledgeable and competent than the Mall of America group, which didn't know which end was up and put my daughter through an unnecessary phone exchange. The next time there was a problem, the Roseville store reprogrammed her phone and turned her around in short order. They've also assisted my wife well several times.

What a horrible place. I've never been a big fan of Apple products since they are extremely over priced and poor quality. But tried to help a friend out with an iPad and had to go to Apple Store in Rosedale for help. So first know that they CANNOT help you on the spot when it comes to technical support. You have to make a reservation to meet with one of their techs. No one seems to know how much any type of support will cost and you will get shuffled around to several people who will just look at you with a stupefied look and say they don't know. All they seem to know is how to sell a new product and even then, you need to make an appointment with a Sales rep???? What?? Avoid this place. Maybe it's just the management of that location or the staff but what a poor reflection on a company. Re-enforces my choice to NEVER buy an Apple product.

The guy helping us was extremely lazy. Needed him to help us back up a phone, & insisted us to go home & do it there. I obviously drove there to have someone help me with this situation. Then he goes to say, “will take about two hours.” I said “that’s fine.” Since were at a huge mall could walk around until phone was done, but then right away says, “never mind it’s going to take long I’ll show you how to do it so you can do it at home.” Waste of time.

I recently had my iphone 6s plus battery replaced there, i was all exciting because i thought my phone battery will last longer but how disappointed, i didn't see the different at all. After i fully charged my phone all night it still losing the battery fast and i have to turn the low power mode on and plug my phone in again. Called Apple support couldn't fix the issue. Well, my concert is, did they really replaced the battery for me? or just told me to come back 2 hours after and pay!? Not happy at all!

Bought a pair of Air Pods on the premise that if they were lost or stolen I could track them down. They get stolen and Apple refuses to do anything even though they can see that the serial number that belongs to me is tied to someone else's phone and now I cannot track them.. excellent customer service. Every single person that works here is on a whole other level than anyone else. In fact, this place should be raised up to a 3rd level in the mall all by itself. With the amount of money Apple as a whole makes, not to mention just the store itself, everything in the entire store should be made out of nothing but the worlds finest, most rare, and expensive materials. Every employee should glow and levitate so they are literally looking down upon you. With the amount of condescending rhetoric that flows steadily from every employee’s mouth, you’d think it was an A-list Hollywood party. I love Apple products, I really do. But I can’t stand who they are. The customer service is absolutely horrible. They don’t listen whatsoever. It’s comparable to talking to a bratty 4 year old that’s always right and always gets their way. Make an appointment to make another appointment so that you can finally make another one to get absolutely screwed. From now on I’m gonna just do everything I can over the phone and online. I used to enjoy the actual person to person interaction when dealing with issues such as the one I had. But you’ve now ruined it completely for me Apple. Get over yourself.

I made an appointment, they have you then sit and wait and when you finally get help that person is helping several others at the same time which is terrible customer service when you waited for the appointment! If he would have just helped me it would have taken about 5-7 minutes and there were a few groups of 3 at a time just visiting. Great store. It is big enough now to make room for the big crowds that usually make their way through. The staff are pretty helpful and very outgoing! When the staff have fun, I have fun! Also, people who post reviews on here about bad customer service: it is technology, a single employee can't possibly know all the answers to your questions. Two, it is a business! They aren't just going to replace and give you free things unless it is warranted. Good products, good store, and even better staff!

Apple products/employees/stores make me cringe #Android but I was trying to help out my dying grandmother reaccess her phone and even after providing all the required information apple needed to do so, they refused. Bought an Apple Watch at Christmas, the charger quit working, went to get it exchanged and they said it would be 2 1/2 hours for a technician to look at it. Seems to be an extremely painful experience for a two dollar piece of plastic. Additionally, the staff generally could care less about my predicament, to the point that I was pushed aside when I tried to respectfully express my displeasure with such an inconvenience. Really sad, have to pay a premium for products and put up with less than premium service. Shameful

Spent 1/2 hour simply trying to find out if they had a power cord in stock. Was rerouted to call center. Call center tried calling the store and someone kept picking up and hanging up immediately. Call center agent was very nice and was apologetic about the rudeness....finally got through.....yes cord in stock. C'mon Apple I pay $2000 for one of your laptops and this is the customer service I get.

I went there for an issue, they fixed it. Took my screen protector off. They refused to replace it. When they fixed my issue, it caused another issue. I finally got fed up and called my phone carrier to see what they can do. Replaced my phone on the spot for free and they knew what the problem was. It is sad that Verizon knows apples products better than this apple store.

I got to the Apple Store and was immediately greated at the door and helped by a genius. The genius helped me not only set up apple care, but also helped assist me with getting a new phone, as mine had quit working. The genius I met with knew exactly what he was doing and was WAY more helpful than the people I had talked to at Verizon. I live 10 minutes away from a Verizon and am 45 minutes from the Apple Store, but I will for sure just be taking the phone to apple from now on. If I could give this crew more than five stars I would!

I had an above-average experience after visiting this store today. I walked into the store with the latest iPhone to return because I had gotten it somewhere else faster. As soon as I walked in a gentlemen approached me, asked what he could help me with, and walked me to where I needed to be. What’s interesting is they don’t have a ‘Customer Service’ counter or desk, so we ended up finding a little open counter space by like some apple watches where I could set my box down. The woman greeted me with a smile and pulled an iPhone out of her pocket to start the return process - cool! She didn’t need an ID or card, I think because the box was sealed? She scanned the serial number, tapped a few things, and within a minute I got an email saying the refund was going back to my original card. While she was tapping away I told her this was my first experience at an Apple store. She offered to give me the rundown. The front is where they keep the ‘latest and greatest’, the middle section is their free trainings, and at the very back is the Genius Bar. One thing I noted was how it wasn’t ‘pods’ like you would expect, but rather, a few long tables with groups of people. Not sure if I like that or not. While the rep was talking she maintained contact and smiled although some of the phrases she used sounded a little scripted... I suppose that’s how they deliver consistent customer service, though. I don’t believe either of the reps that helped me had a name tag on, maybe they had badges? Either way, both associates did an awesome job and might’ve actually convinced me to start shopping in stores again rather than online.

I hate that I have to talk to someone, to talk to someone, to talk to someone someone else??? Seems kinda silly. Sprint sent me there. Got there at 7:15pm. After the endless line of employees you have to talk to, the 4th person told me they are to busy to see me. Gave me the options of walking in a different day, or they has an appointment available in 12 days??? Really?? Had to come back the next afternoon and go through the obnoxious dumb line of employees... finally got a nice man who helped us. There has to be a better way?? No wonder everything so expensive!!! Their labor costs have to be outrageous!!!

My 80-year-old father purchased a new iPhone 6Plus from this store, he loved the larger screen and how snappy the apps were. Unfortunately we didn't test the phone before we left the store and there was a problem with the cellular components causing the speaker to cut out during phone calls. The next day we returned to the store, the support staff was wonderful helping us find the receipt, get the phone exchanged and fully tested. it does take a bit to get a phone setup, restored from backup, etc. but they were very nice and patient during the transaction. I'll definitely go there again!

I had a terrible experience with their representative Grace. She wouldn’t answer a simple question because “her computer needed to reboot”. Then hung up after 5 minutes. I would expect this at a call center but at the Roseville store is pretty bad. Really surprised they allow that, one of the worst experiences ever.

Well, I am not a person who harsh to give a service feedback, but I came forward with this one in case if it helps another Apple costumers. Because I denied a warranty right I hove by Apple. #Don't bother to talk to the supervisor or manager at this store, because he already made his mind as the tech (who may miss understood you or didn't like you) by the time he came to you!! So you will get not much different explanation or plan for your problem. #What is the solution? Media is the weapon consumer have, go to online and give feedback of what you experienced. Call Apple and explain. I will write more details about my experience with exact informations later.

Had to leave without service and be at home with young kids and no access to a phone for emergencies for a few days as a result. Rep at this apple store told me that since my Ipod is over 5 yrs old, they may not service it anymore. It is right around 3 yrs old. I later find they no longer sell Ipods. They could not fix the face, not the end of the world. The attitude though. I will try another Apple store for my Mac Book, when time comes but may be moving my purchase power elsewhere if the trend continues. Not the business platform Apple started out with, that's for sure.

I had been recently experiencing issues with my iPhone 5 display so I set up an appointment with the genius bar, walked in, checked in, and within 5 minutes they were helping me with my phone. They were very knowledgeable and replaced my phone without hesitation. Each employee was very helpful and even though it was pretty busy they got to me on time. Over all fabulous experience.

Had to wait past appointment time, however, once I did get to speak with someone from the Genius Bar, I received concise and helpful advice. For what it's worth, I would advise using their site for support, rather than the store.They have tutorials and troubleshooting steps on almost everything. Also, use their site's chat and phone support. If you feel that, after using their site, you still need help, make appointment time when you aren't limited in the time you are available, for example lunch or times when you have to be somewhere after estimated time at the Genius Bar. It appears to that the wait time is not due to lack of techs but the increasing number of users. Use the site's support or chat/phone.

Waited 20minutes for someone to answer questions about a $1500 purchase. When I asked the most basic question, “what’s the advantage of the $1499 product over the $1299 product?” Her response was, “let me go find someone to answer that for you.” This is the second time I received such poor service here and walked out without purchasing because they couldn’t provide a sales person who could answer the most basic questions. Also, half the sales people were chewing gum, and not softly. That’s very poor presentation. I will not come back to this Apple store.

Terrible customer service. I had an appointment & then I had to wait for half an hour for someone to help me. Then they tell 1 hour wait time for the repair & then almost 2 hours later keep telling you 10 more minutes & then it takes another half hour. Extremely poor customer service. Arrived early for an appointment, waited 20 min past the appointment time only to be told that they had given away the last service slot. I was told to come back even though I had an appointment to have a battery changed. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Would have given 0 stars, but apparently you have to select at least 1.

The thing I love about Apple is that the Ecosystem is easy for a younger and older audience to adapt to compared to Windows and Android. But that Easy to Use nature is kind of a Double Edge Sword. I hate waiting forever to get any kind of service at the Apple Store. You would think they would have figured out that by splitting the customers into Buying and Service wait lines their sales would increase because I ended up walking out and instead picked a Galaxy S10 instead of iPhone XS because Tmobile employees were willing and ready to take my money.

I don't need 13 people to approach me when I walk in. How about 1 person who can do what I need in a reasonable amount of time and/or when you say it will be finished? I had an appointment and was told it would take 1 hour to replace a battery (from the 2016 scheduled to slow down batteries by Apple), it then took 2 1/2 hours! Don't be condescending and say you "understand how I feel" and proceed to charge me full price! I wouldn't be as angry if you gave me a discount for my time. The clerk compared my wait to being in a Doctors office- REALLY? Plus, I guarantee not one of the employees sit quietly and wait 2.5 hours for their scheduled flu shot. The kid who thoroughly inspected my phone pre repair documented that it had multiple scratches and scuffs, as if to prepare a defense for the future should the repair be faulty. The phone is immaculate and could be mistaken for NEW/out of the box. I will go back to Android next phone. I wouldn't even give 1 star except that I am forced to in order to post my review.

She if offered up sale as she should. They almost lost a sale because I knew what I want and just wanted to make a purchase. Do plan on making a training appointment for my wife.

Was going to buy a computer - but went to Best Buy to buy a computer instead where they actually pay attention to their customer rather than their conversations with their employees.

The staff are friendly and try to be helpful. The process for getting help seems to be the area with the most opportunity for change. If you plan to visit the store WITHOUT an appointment, block off your schedule because the average wait time is 3 hours, per my experience. If you have an appointment, be prepared to repeat your story/concern to a minimum of 3 people, even if it is a simple yes or no question. You'll be directed to go see someone holding an iPad, and from there, go see the other person holding an iPad, and then wait at the headphone table for another person with an iPad. My only guess is Apple has a policy stating that 20% of employees are allowed to speak with customers, as there's usually several employees standing on the sides of the store, not interacting with anyone. I'm sure there's an algorithm or something for the staffing/customer flow model, but it is mighty frustrating. Visiting this location flares up my ulcer.

This place is a joke. Customer service is awful. Wasn’t greeted by anyone even with 3 workers standing right next to me talking to each other. Put myself on the list, told me it was 5 minute wait. Waited for over a half hour. Went to check my name on the list and it was gone. I came in to open a credit card and buy a new phone, and the guy working laughed at me when I said they lost a sale. Get better staff and you probably wouldn’t lose credit apps and sales.

Exceptional service at the genius bar. I came in on 1/26 for an issue with my 2017 Macbook Pro keyboard that had sticking keys. I have never spilled anything on my computer and explained that to the tech. He ran some tests and within 15 minutes he told me they would fix my computer and could mail it back to me since I don't live in Minnesota. It's now 1/30 and i'm typing this with a perfectly usable keyboard!

Don't go!! They broke my macbook and denied to take the responsibility to fix it. Trust me. Don't go to this store to fix your macbook or phone. There are few other apple stores around that area but don't go to this one or you will experience the worst customers service you have seen and they will make your devices wrose and deny to repair what they have done to your devices! I sent my macbook pro in and after I took my laptop back home I found out that they stripped and broke my screws! There is no way to take the screws out! I went back to them next day. I was hoping that they could get the broken screws out because they broke them. They denied what they did and I was kicked out from the store becase she said the seats we were siting is for other valued customers. I said: "I am so disappointed as you don't admit what you have done to my macbook and you denied your responsibility to take the screws out." She said (apple staff): "Our technician is experienced and will not make mistake. You can either pay $1480 to fix it or go home." What a discrimination! I will never pay a dime to Apple after this happened.

Went in to buy an iPad keyboard. No one talked to me even to say in passing that someone would be with me as soon as possible. They were busy, but I stood in front of the accessories in the same spot for almost ten minutes. Selection was great...if you have an iPad Pro, otherwise there were no keyboards in evidence for my iPad 5th Gen. I left w/out ever being talked to. This has generally been my experience at the Rosedale store in the past as well.
