By the following Monday, Trevor was who I talked with further. He was super helpful and I made my purchase! Love all the support that comes with Apple Products!

ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS STORE!!!! Saturday I went and walked in, I was told it’s a 2 hour wait, so I waited and then I was told another hour and half, didn’t get my phone fixed. I called Apple and was told to just use the Genius Bar to fix my phone myself. I went there again and was told they don’t have one. Really Mall of America doesn’t have one? Asked if I could get in earlier than my scheduled appointment, no the earliest is 10 minutes before my schedule. The employees are completely rude and I will never in my life buy another Apple product again.

Bad customer service. We walked in and wasn’t greeted, even waited for someone to approach us but no one did even though there were many employees just standing around. We assumed it was because of how young we look because an older customer walked in and was greeted and helped right away.

Worse apple service I have had! They made me wait 30 minutes just to look at my phone. I had already made a appointment. Not only that, they looked at my phone for two minutes and took me it's okay. I’m very disappointed in the service of this store. The employees are far more concerned with quoting policy than being empathetic to customers. When you have a malfunctioning device, they will find a way to charge you for it. It is a far cry from the customer service that should be behind these products. Technology will sometimes fail, but having a apathetic attitude and quoting policy time and time again is not the way to support your customers through technology fails.

Poor security service. I came here with my family to check out the Air Pods; turns out we weren't the only ones interested. As my dad was looking at them, a young man(looked like he was around 18) came up and snatched a pair. He looked really sketchy so I kept an close eye on him. Turns out, that young man stole the Air Pods because he quickly put them in his pocket and speed walked out of the store. I informed one of the employees and unfortunately they couldn't do anything about it. This shows that people can easily steal without worrying due to lack of security. This also means that Apple is losing money because of theft. I understand that there's nothing much to do but at least consider on censoring your products or have a security system.

I stopped in on a Tuesday to get a new battery for my iphone. I was told that they may or may not have my battery, but first I would have to wait in line for at least half an hour to do a diagnostic on my phone before they could even tell me if they had the battery in stock. My phone is two years old and the battery typically lasts less than a day before needing to be charged. I don’t need a diagnostic to know I need a battery. I wouldn’t mind waiting if I knew if they had the battery to start with-my problem is they say they claim they don’t know what batteries they have. Huh?! Poor service. We messed up so we are discounting the batteries, but you have to jump through hoops to get one. One of the store reps was great, the other two I had contact with were borderline rude and rude. I realize they probably very well know what batteries are available but are not allowed to disclose that information until you have the diagnostic. My main gripe is with their “system”. Once I got to the diagnostic person she told me my battery was on back order until March-they can’t inform other staff members of this simple information so a customer can decide up front if they want to wait for a diagnostic? Apple does not respect their customers time.

Best customer service I've received hands down. Went to two Verizon stores both stores were more concerned with upping my data plan than fixing my phone. Went in tried to fix the problem, no success swapped out my phone for a new one, free of charge. Great staff, very welcoming.

I went to the apple store couple weeks ago because my iCloud was not working and the “technician” reset my phone and after spending 2 hours there he said that he had to go on break and that somebody else was coming to help me. So I waited for that “somebody else” for another 45 minutes and no one came to help me. There were other technicians bypassing me and helping other people. Really bad service and they make you wait for hours. I’m very dissatisfied with the service. I ended up calling the 1800 # and they were not able to help me either. So I have my phone still the same or worse

Apple products are some of the best electronics out there, but their service is horrible they send you an email one day to come to their store to (lets just say hypothetically) replace your battery. When you go to the store they "oops sorry we are out of battery's, come one month later)!!!

BEWARE OF THIS STORE. Their genius makes false statements regarding to the repair cost and procedure, and they trick their customer to sign on documents without explaining what the document is about. Later they catch them off-guarded. This is precisely what happened to me. If there is a 0 star rating I would have given 0 star. I went to have my MacBook Pro 2017 checked on. Accidentally spilled some soda on the keyboard and some keys got sticky. The genius quoted very high number - 500 or 600 - which I did not agree on because in my perception the damage was not that extensive. Not to mention that the keyboard was working, even if it wasn't, it wouldn't hurt for me to live on an external keyboard. He refused to give me more details on the breakdown of the quote saying that he was not the repair technician. (When I think back, he was getting impatient because I was asking a lot of questions; and that I kept questioning him why replacing a single key is impossible). Then, I asked him if it was possible to send it out to repair center for a more precise quote. He said yes. He put up a document, described the situation of my laptop, acquired my signature. Upon signing, I double checked with him that this was to acquire a precise quote from repair center, and he said yes. After he sent me out, I received an email from Apple. Thinking it was just another acknowledgement email, I did not pay attention to it. If I saw the email I would have returned to the store immediately to save myself out of a $635 trouble. 2 days later I received an email saying my laptop was ready to be picked up. I was confused so I called the store. It turns out the document that I signed was a work authorization form, stating that I will pay $635 to fix my laptop. I was truly astonished, because I was not aware of this AT ALL. I did not see this precise number. Nor was I aware that by signing, I actually authorized them to proceed with the repair. I was still waiting for a re-quote! This is totally a scam in nature. But I might end up biting the bullet because my signature is indeed on the document although it is not what I signed up for.

Went in a few days ago to buy an Apple Watch for my wife’s birthday. Worked with Tim on the sales floor. He is fantastic! A great personality and made it very easy. He answered all our questions about the watch, and made it a very enjoyable experience. Needless to say my wife loves her new watch. Thanks Tim!

As a shareholder, I will quit buying Apple services after how me and my families are treated. Very disappointed that even I walk in to BUY the latest iPhone, I was put on a wait list. Waited for more than 30 mins in the store, and still not being serviced. All the IOS updates have problem too, we literally waited 4 hrs to get the IOS 11 problems fixed. I think it’s time to move away from being fooled by the amount of people in the store, away from this stock

I dislike shopping in malls of any size. I give MOA 3-stars based on the trusted hearsay of many friends and family members whose opinions I respect. They all tell me it's a terrific mall no matter how much I personally loath going there (or any other mall). I guess you should trust them, too, if you enjoy malls. Kids love it. There's a fun indoor amusement park for them. The Legos store is fantastic for everyone of any age. There's ample free parking. It's very easy to get to MOA via public transportation. There's even still a Sears store, as of 11/25/18 anyway. There's an IKEA one block north.

Went here cause my 1/2 year old iPhone7 has a defective ear piece (sounds are muffled). My team member Kiera told me it would be covered under warranty and the whole display would be replaced. Then she seen a scratch on the display and told me since they were replacing the display due to the defective ear piece and my current display has a scratch on it that I would have to pay full price for the new display.

I was there around noon on 08/21/19 and talked with the young man at thee front door with tattoos on his arms after I waited for him to finish up with his personal conversation and asked him to check on a key board I ordered for my Mac Book Pro and I was told it will take 5 hours for me to find that out (i was miffed). This is one of for Mac Book Pros I own and have had to replace all of the keyboards and Apple knows there is a problem but they do not fix it. His poor attitude would not normally bother me but the Mac i needed fixed is my main unit I use for business that has the Quick Books on it so I turned around and walked across thee hall and bought a new Dell XPS 15 , thank you Jordi for all your help. I know that Apple does not care about loosing one little sale, but maybe this will help make it 2 sales they loose out on. I hope Trump does not give you any grace on the tariffs that you are begging for!!!!!!

Just spent 1.5 hours in the Apple store tonight and was frustrated four different ways. 1) Wanted to fix my kid’s broken iPhone but got the run around. The iPhone X is a terrible product that is designed so poorly that the glass breaks unless you buy an ugly case, a screen protector, and then buy expensive Apple Care insurance. In less than two years we already paid $279 to replace the glass once. And it’s broken multiple time (again) since the repair. My kid doesn’t want to replace the glass again until it’s time to trade/exchange this one. Too afraid that it’ll break again! Apple won’t do anything about it! Hassle. 2) Wanted to buy a laptop for my kid who’se going to college, but they cancelled the model we saw online three days ago and didn’t make it available for the student back to school special offer that came out yesterday. Had to buy the “new” model of laptop for $150 more to get the expensive free headphones back to school special offer. 3). Decided to buy the more expensive laptop anyway, maybe we can sell the unneeded headphones. Waited 20 more minutes, only to find out that the free headphones were sold out in every color except red. (How about telling us that’s the only color, rather than how cool some of the other colors are). Instead we waited.... Apple store won’t order the color we want online, unless we buy the computer online too. Hassle. 4) Ever notice how when you’re waiting and waiting and waiting at the Apple store to get helped by someone, that two or three of their employees are loitering around with nothing to do!? Me too. I walked over and asked one if he could answer a question, and he said he would just tell someone that he’d check in and come help. After checking in, he informed me that he got assigned to someone else who was already waiting. Rude. Hassle. I wish Apple still cared about their customers. They used to be amazing. Boy has this company gone down hill since Steve Jobs died. They just don’t get it any more. It’s an American business tragedy how far this once great company has fallen. It’s not that they are that bad now when compared to their competition. The tragedy is how great and how special they used to be. And now, they’re so mediocre. Every time I deal with Apple, I think to myself, why don’t I switch to Android???? Tonight, I think will put me over the top. So sad. I used to love this brand. Now, they just frustrate me.

I woke up today with a non mistakeable craving for apples it was 5:17 am in the morning and the wind was blowing gently through my curtains crating dancing apple shapes on my walls, I went to the kitchen looking for apple but all I found were oranges unfortunately the oranges did not satisfy my growing hunger for apples. So I looked online for he nearest apple store and found one near me! As I entered the store all I saw were small metallic squares, I asked the workers were all the apples when and they told me the metallic squares were apples! At this point my cravings for apples were swimming in my head blocking out my vision so i figured I should eat the apple now nd pay while eating it so i took the weird apple and bit into it, and all of the sudden sirens started going off then instead of getting the theif they accidentally got me. I got put in a car with flash lights and told me i was arrested for “destruction of property” now I’m writing this in the back of the car. 2/5 the apples tasted good

I went there on a tuseday at 1pm. I was there once and I asked how long of a wait would be they said 30 min. I said I would be back then to check if the line gets shorter. It got LONNNGGGGER I am now waiting 45 min. So I decided to wait this time. One I feel like they need more seating in there there was like maybe the most of 10 chairs. But they were packed so I think they need more chairs. So I am here to get my air pods checked out, because the sound quailty has gone down. So the guy finally come to me and told me to just clean my airpods even though I clean them like once or twice a week! This was just a bad experince from the start for me.

Yes, this store is always busy (every time I go, even on a random Tuesday morning ... it's busy). I converted to Mac products from p/c in 2013, and my only regret is not making the switch two decades ago. Applecare has always been very decent to work with, and they are very knowledgeable about resolving issues when they surface. I have been in the store when they ask if I have an appointment, which I don't. I've made many attempts to phone the store, but then I'm transferred to Apple care. It's very difficult to actually get someone from the store on the phone to make an appointment. 5 stars because all of my Apple products (desktop, laptop, iPad, phone) all perform beyond my expectations.

Hands down the best customer service I have ever received. While the store is very busy on a Saturday, booking appointments was easy to do online prior to taking the computer in. Everyone was so friendly and the team worked to get my computer's RAM fixed in a few hours, so I didn't have to drive 2 hours back the next day. Although my Macbook Pro is 7 years old and probably on its last leg, Apple's team was very helpful in answering questions about new computers and telling me how to extend the life of my current one without trying to sell me a computer (and honestly, if someone said "yes, your computer is 7 years old, you need a new one" I wouldn't doubt it and would buy one in a heartbeat), so that was refreshing. I wish I remembered the names of everyone who helped me, but each person I encountered at the store today was helpful and friendly. I am beyond impressed with the service, and it is encounters like these that keep me coming back to Apple products.

Went in to get a phone replacement as promised by Apple support supervisor. First associate that helped us didn’t want to do anything with replacing the phone. We had two issues: one phone’s silent/ringer switch was gouged, the other’s power button was not functioning. Both phones were promised to be replaced, free of charge. The first associate said he found the transcript to be able to replace one phone. The second phone, he said there was nothing he could do, even though the warranty was still active. We got a hold of the supervisor that promised us new phones and she spoke to the associate, who after the conversation, exchanged one phone and left promptly. Another associate came and exchanged the second phone with a much nicer manner as well as being very knowledgeable on the products and services. The second associate helped with any questions as well as making sure everything was accounted for and that we were satisfied. I’d give the first associate one star and the second a five.

One of the most appalling experiences I have ever had at any apple store. The woman who "helped" me buy a new iPhone was extremely rude, condescending, and aggressive. The entire time she was rolling her eyes, looked extremely annoyed, and made aggressive remarks. I'm sorry, but if I'm spending $1000 on a new iPhone I certainly expect to be treated better than that. I could go to Walmart and get better customer service.

My mom's phone screen was cracked so I went in to get it fixed for her. I was helped by Daniel and Frank who were very informative, friendly and made things very easy for me to understand. The process was also really quick, despite it being holiday season. I've never had bad customer service here, their employees are impeccable and it's pretty awesome. If you wanna get your phone fixed, come to Apple MOA. If the store reads these, tell Frank and Daniel that they are amazing! Keep em close.

After being a loyal fan and customer for 12 years and my family having spent more than $10,000 on Apple products I can assuredly state that my most recent Apple store visit will be my last time giving Apple any of my time or money for. When my family's iPhones' contracts are up in November it's Android from here on out. I bought an Apple watch a little over a year ago, due to moving a few times it sat in my desk unused other than maybe 4 or 5 times of wearing it. It's essentially brand new. Now that all the moving is done I wanted to get into exercising again, went to wear the watch and found it wouldn't power on - I figured the battery died. After trying to charge it, nothing beyond the Apple logo ever came on. I brought it into the Apple store, waited for THREE HOURS for them to take a look at it and tell me that it will cost me what I paid for it in order to get a new battery. That's annoying and greedy, sure, but Apple's known for that. But my biggest issue? ...while attempting to charge the watch, it becomes too hot to touch after about 15 minutes. Apple didn't about the safety concerns of that in the slightest. Money is one thing but I'm no longer going to give a company money and support who has no regard for the safety of me and my family. You've lost 10 customers, we'll see what other phones, watches, and laptops other vendors have to offer.

Terrible service brought to you by a terrible company that has terrible products that does not acknowledge the problems with their products and generally tries to blame the customer. Everything they deal in is either inferior, overpriced or destined to be troublesome in some way shape or form to the consumer. So, in short this particular store sucks because the service sucks because they are there to sell you a new product to replace your faulty product with another one of their lousy products so that one can fail and you will have to replace it. They will also not take responsibility for thus product even though it was a known problem before it left the manufacturer. Good luck!

Where is the “zero” star section? Not even worth one. Worst customer service, waited over a hour for a return. I can’t believe that there is only 1 person out of all the staff walking around who can make a return. When I walked up to ask the guy at the front again he gave me a attitude!

Bought a pair of Air Pods on the premise that if they were lost or stolen I could track them down. They get stolen and Apple refuses to do anything even though they can see that the serial number that belongs to me is tied to someone else's phone and now I cannot track them.. excellent customer service. I've spent tens of thousands of dollars here and will never buy Apple again.

Went in to repair a phone that broke due to bad parts and was told our brand new phone was out of warranty because we didn't buy it from the store we payed for it as a replacement for the last broken device. Payed full price for the phone but didn't get full warranty. We ended up switching to Google pixel and never switching back best phones we've owned started to build our smart home.

Went there to fix my phone microphone issue. Not even they helped me, the inexperienced employee ruined my screen protector and didn’t accept what he did. They offered me go to Zagg and pay installation fee by myself to replace the screen protector.

It was busy when I was there, which was probably a peak time, however the visit was worth the wait. I happened to get my Mac Book when I was not expecting it, especially with the free pair of Beats with that purchase. Tim with the Mac Books is my favorite tech person I have ever had the pleasure of working with! I recommend going here for a Mac Book, it's worth the drive if you're farther away!

Had a genius bar appointment. Was 30 minutes late. I had called on the phone and talked to someone explaining this. They said come on in its fine. Get there and was told I would have to make a new appointment 2 hours later. To make it worse I had gone to their old location because they still hadn't updated their Google maps location. Edit: Scheduled a new appointment a few days later. Showed up 5 minutes early and still waited over 30 minutes. So if I'm 30 minutes late I'm out of luck but if Apple is 30 minutes behind its ok.

I'll agree with others that it sometimes takes a long time to have them fix something for you and sitting at a table for an hour playing with a tablet isn't ideal, but where else can you just walk in with an issue and get it resolved in such a timely manner with such customer service? You can't. And sometimes fixing things takes time.

We noticed that prior to opening of the stores at 10 a.m. there were dozens of people strolling inside out of the Minnesota cold weather getting their exercise in the mall - this is a ideal setting to see how retail is being put in incubators to determine the success of bricks-and-mortar locations - you can find virtually every retailer with a presence at this venue - the property is immaculate and well taken care of after several decades -- we felt secure in our time here

When I entered the store on the 7th of July, I was approached by a lady that said she could set me an appointment. While booking the appointment, she went off on me about how she needed an email and a phone number that can text which i declined to give due to privacy reasons and the restrictions my workplace has on my email. I kept telling her that I don't have any of that information and she kept insisting she needed it. She then proceeded to embarrass me in front of the whole store and started yelling that I was being rude when she was the one that kept insisting me to give her what I don't have. When I finally told her I would get my lawyer involved, then she quickly booked my appointment. After this encounter, I am never going back to the Apple Store in Mall of America because shortly after, I went to the Apple Store in Southdale Mall which I was kindly greeted and they booked the appointment swiftly. If you are in need of Apple services in the metro area, I would most likely recommend Southdale Mall over Mall of America any day.

I had a good experience given how busy the mall can be. I screwed up my online appointment and Apple's way of doing customer service is pretty strange, but it was admittedly well streamlined. Pro tip: talk to the representatives closer to the doors first if you know what you need and aren't just browsing

The apple store here at MOA isnt anything super special. It has a high volume of people rolling through, but the store isnt very large. They should try getting more space and a larger accessories area in the back.

Lost one of my AirPods at the mall at Abercrombie and Fitch I believe. Tried to track it and couldn’t figure it out and ran to apple store. Was told 20 min wait and was checked in sat in store for nearly an hour and the lady said I didn’t check in. Then she looked and said “Oh, I didn’t refresh the list”. Just to be told to go look around where I was and trace my steps and it would be $70 for a new one. I just bought these and a series 4 watch 3 weeks ago! In which I had to wait a half hour for a salesperson. Plenty of employees just standing around and no consideration for customers whatsoever. I’m tired of this, Apple’s answer to everything is more money or upgrade. I am beyond hurt and angry.

Terrible Experience on 7/18/18 beginning at 7:15pm. We ended up walking out at 9pm very disgusted and we never even got to speak to a tech. The store texted us that a tech was ready at 8:08pm, we checked in at 8:09 and they sat us at a table and said the tech would retrieve us. We sat there patiently at first, listening to techs around us move at a snails pace. At 8:30 I approached a manager that said we were first on the list for the next tech. A tech finally wrapped up and came our way, just to help another customer. I approached the manager a 2nd time and she claims she said we were towards the top of the list, that is not what she said. We waited another 20 minutes and nothing, It was painful listening to some of the techs that were moving soooo slowly, talking about personal stories, taking 30 minutes to explain to a family that a cracked screen was no original equipment, explaining all their options, then once the family agreed for the repair, he looked at the bottom and said, Ohh there is water damage, you must buy a new phone. That was a waste of 30 minutes of time, when he could have easily seen the water damage. I approached the manager again at 9pm and AGAIN she tells me we were top of the list. I asked her what other options we had, could we mail the apple watch in for repair,. she answered like a robot, "You are next on the list." That is not what I asked, I was asking for alternatives to wasting our entire night watching techs lolligag around at a snails pace. We stormed out at 9pm and all the manager said was "you are top of the list." That means NOTHING, we were supposedly top of the list for over 40 minutes.... Secondly, we wanted to purchase a new watch for my son, we had to wait in line for 1 specific salesperson while 10+ employees milled around helping nobody, Are you telling me that nobody is crossed trained? I could only buy a watch from 1 guy that had a line of people while everyone else milled around uselessly. Same question for the "Techs" the store was not busy and salespeople were all over and not one could explain to me how to get our watch repaired. Terrible Experience, I am very upset with Apple, Shame

This place is a nightmare. Went in to replace battery and it took them 2.5 hours. When I got home I realized they broke the Fingerprint sensor on my home button in the process (store was closed by then). I don’t even want to go back there to get it fixed. God knows what else they will break if it gets back in their hands again. I’m done with Apple, will be looking at other brands for my next phone.

If i can rate this place a (00000 star) that's what this place is... NIGHTMARE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you don't have an appointment, DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!!!!!! otherwise you will end up waiting 2-3 hours and if you're lucky you might get help. Like others has said the same. I checked in with the staff and was told the wait time will be 15-20 minutes. I ended up waiting over 2 hours and no help, I ended up walking out. Trying to schedule an appointment over the phone is HELL as well... AUTOMATED ROBOT SYSTEM, be ready to be on the phone 10-15 minutes to just try to book an appointment on the automated robot system. IF only if their customer service was a friendly user as their phone..APPLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS!!! Managements sucks here at MOA location!

I try to judge by the truth a lady checked me in and told me it would be a while. About n hour later they texted me as promised. I got there and waited about ten minutes. A young pleasant man with an unusual name I think he said he was from Brazil helped me. They did a diagnostic on it and said it was the external speaker. They could not replace it for free because I had had the screen replaced by an unauthorized dealer. I figured I would just wait and get a new phone. But even though they didn’t make an exception they where pleasant. I was bummed but I learned not to get it fixed by an unauthorized dealer again.

Came in and asked for help and was asked to wait 10 minutes for the proper technition, Waited around for another 45 minutes for someone to help, and literally watch 6 employees stand around and laugh and talk with each other instead of helping out whoever they can. I will never go here again.

Way too crowded with not enough staff. The whole layout of the store is not user friendly. After waiting around for 15 minutes a gentleman stopped by and asked if I had checked in. Unbeknownst to me I was supposed to check in when I entered the store but never knew that since I wasn't greeted. I was told my device will be repaired and ready to pick up at 1:55PM. I arrived at 1:55PM and didn't leave the store with my device until 2:25PM. Also, the store smelled like urine. Nasty.

When I walked in no one approached me. I then sat down up front for 30 minuets with no service. Then they finally told me everything is appointment based so they scheduled me and said it will be about an hour and 50 minuets. My phone dies so i pulled out my phone charger, and by the time it turns on it said my appointment arrived and it has been canceled. Only about an hour after my appointment was scheduled. I arrived 10 minuets later and they said we can reschedule you but we don’t know when you will be scene because these are for people who didn’t cancel appointments....still waiting to be helped.

And he seriously went above and beyond to try to figure out what was wrong with the phone were as I feel like most people would have given up. Horrendous customer service. Made an appointment and was told I'd receive a text telling me when to come back down to the store for the appointment; when no text came, I went to the store and asked an associate if there was an issue and she said that the "system had cancelled my appointment somehow.." and added me to the list, saying that I'd be up within a few minutes. After 20 more minutes without being helped, I spoke with another associate who told me that the associate they'd scheduled my appointment with wasn't even working at the time. He then added me to someone else's list and said I'd be helped within minutes. 10 minutes later, I had still not been helped and went to cancel my appointment (after waiting for 30 minutes in the store, after having made an appointment 3 hours earlier) and the associate had no concern for the fact that I had been waiting for over half an hour and was told more than once that I was next in line.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have talked with 5 different managers and no one is willing to help or make things right. My phone malfunctioned and is part of a recall. I continue to be told that it will be fixed and back but then I am never contacted. When I call, I am told something different every time (It is taking longer than we thought, we just started a repair on it, we cannot find you in the system) Very frustrating experience and no one is willing to make it right.

After years of owning smartphones and being a power user I finally had a cracked screen. Decided to go to Apple to get the screen replaced. I was able to schedule an appointment with two days and when I got there I was helped pretty much right away. They quoted me for the screen and said give them 90 minutes. When I came back they said there had a problem with the reassembly and they were going to replace my phone for the same price they quoted me earlier. Luckily they had one there so there was no waiting or mess at all. Luckily I had a full backup on my Mac at home. Only thing is the employee said it's a brand new model but my research suggests it could possibly, based on the model identifier, be a refurbish. I did ask him that specifically and he said "No," so I don't know. In the end I'm pretty happy.

Went there to get some help after calling Apple Support. Was told I did not need an appointment. Was given a case number. Showed up, the place was a mad house, way too few employees. Those that I did talk to were not helpful. Then I was told that I'd have to make an appointment and come back in two hours and fifteen minutes. Drove 30 minutes for that. Thanks for nothing Apple.
