Avoid at all costs. Poor customer service, rude employees, will not honor their previously extended offers.
-I registered to take an ITIL 2011 course here, and within the first twenty four hours, I received thirteen (13) voice mails from one of their Career Consultants.
-When the course was canceled, I was asked to provide my credit card number over the phone to sign up for the next iteration of that course, which is against Better Business Bureau policy.
-The day after I refused, someone in Egypt (an private investigator later told me the person responsible was formerly employed with New Horizons Dubai) used my credit card number to purchase video games. I have not had my credit card number stolen in the twelve years since I began using one.
-The same Career Consultant then shipped my educational material to the wrong address (their website asked for my shipping address and they shipped it elsewhere anyway).
-The silver lining was that my course would include the relevant exam, pre-exam, a re-take, and a free Microsoft course. When I finished the course and mentioned this, I was told the same employee was no longer employed with New Horizons and that both the exam and Microsoft course were not included at all and that that offer would not be honored.
-The trainer herself (located in New Horizons Chicago in my case) was very knowledgeable and empathized with my woes. Apparently they receive complaints about NH Great Lakes frequently.
