My daughter was having problems with her laptop, so I called ProTech. I talked with the owner, John & he said that we could bring it in. He also gave me an idea of what it would cost. After he looked at it for maybe 5 minutes, he knew exactly what the problem was. He knows what he's doing, he's professional & told us everything in layman terms instead of hi-tech language. He also gave us a few options/prices of fixing the problems. His prices are very fair & I definitely recommend this business.
