If you buy one of their products they will take care of you and if they don't have what you need they will find something else to take its place.. In my case my glass shield was discontinued and I would have to order old stock.. They were able to find another piece that would fit and I was on my way... Lifetime warranted( Lifetime warranty)

I have the s9 two days after getting my screen protector the edges started to crack. I brought it in to ask for a refund since I didnt drop my phone to cause this, and they said no. Well days after I start getting more and more cracks on the edges that is spreading... very disappointed in them not taking cRe of their customer , and not admitting that the s9 protectors still have default in their design. Poor sales. I'd give less than 1 star.

tl;dr Rep took off my glass screen protector, put on a plastic screen protector, lied and said the plastic was glass as if I couldn't tell the difference. Very disappointed by my experience with this kiosk. I brought my galaxy S6 with a cracked Zagg glass screen protector. I asked the rep to swap it out for a new one, which he said he would for $10. I can't say who it was because he didn't give me a receipt. As he pulled the old screen protector off, it continued to crack more. About 10 minutes later, he handed my phone back to me. However, he put a plastic screen protector on. It was thinner than glass and had a more sticky, plastic feel than glass. So I asked him if it was a glass screen protector. He said "yes, we only carry glass screen protectors for the iphone." I said to him that I had a glass screen protector and that he shouldn't have taken off my glass screen protector if he couldn't replace it with the same. Instead of responding, he called someone who he later said was his boss. He then said that they only carry glass protectors, not plastic. I then realized that he realized he was caught doing something bad, but was not really in any position to do anything about it. I will not be returning to this kiosk. I'll mention that when I contacted official Zagg customer support and explained my problem, that they were exceedingly helpful and sent me a replacement glass screen protector for free.

Went to this location two days in a row. Monday 6/10/19 at 9:30am and Tuesday 6/11/19 at 11:00. Despite Google saying the kiosk opens at 9:00am, both days there was no one to be found.. I was in the area to purchase a vehicle and seeing how there is no Zagg in western Mass I thought I would take advantage of being in the area and have my phone serviced here. Another kiosk worker informed me that the person who works for this Zagg kiosk is always late and never really consistent with what time they come in. Just overall an unprofessional way to go about running a business.

I am writing this review regarding the Zagg at Solomon Pond Mall. I purchased a screen protector for my apple phone replacing a previous one... The vendor recommended the full coverage one but neglected to inform me that it would be compromised by using my phone case... the large bubble prevented me from being able to use the keyboard, no texting due to keyboard not working due to bubble from screen saver with case. After talking to someone at verizon, I was informed that that particular full coverage screen saver could not allow a case to be used and would result in the problem that I had. Since I had purchased the screen saver just 3 days before I expected good business practice and fair customer service. I did not receive either... I was told that I had to pay again for another screen protector even though he saw that I had a case and should have known there would be a problem... He was rude and unreasonable.. I will not be buying from this vendor in the future...

Do NOT get your iPhone screen repaired here. Get it replaced at the Apple store for the same price. I had a couple issues with the repair at Zagg: 1. The worker misinformed me of the price to repair my cellphone at the Apple store. It is $130 to repair a screen at the Apple store. (I was told Zagg would replace it for much less) 2. The worker informed me the phone would look "brand new". This is a lie, the screen was raised an eight of an inch from the body of your cell phone and the home button button was raised additionally.

I was looking for a screen protector for my Galaxy S6 Edge +, the kiosk had one. The price was great and the man installed it for me. OMG! It came out flawlessly! So darn good! No bubbles, and its scratch resistant. I am very happy with the whole thing and will be buying future screen protectors here again.

I approached "Santosh S" (as it appears on the receipt) today at this ZAGG kiosk, and asked him to exchange my Glass+ screen protector which was unused (with all the original tags and original ZAGG box) but got cracked in my suitcase when I was traveling. He told me it would cost me $10. I explained to him that I just wanted an exchange, rather than him installing it - as I did not have the phone I wanted to install on with me at that time. He told me the owner of that kiosk charges a $10 "shipping and storage fee" for any warranty claim. When I arrived home, I noticed the receipt stated that the $10 charge was for "installation" and NOT for "shipping and storage fee" as he had stated. Hence I am giving 1 star for deceiving customers. BEWARE!

Don’t buy the Apple Watch protector - piece of junk. And the ZAGG at Solomon mall has a very unusual return policy despite Zagg’s 30 day no questions asked guarantee. Took me two visits to get a refund and the guy refused to refund the tax, and could only give me cash, which is fine with me but very fishy.
