Very honest man. Which I appreciate a lot. When I came with my laptop, most likely it needed motherboard replacement, because the laptop was completely dead. But instead of screwing me for money, he advised me to call ASUS as it was under the warranty yet. I did so and got my laptop fixed by ASUS for free. The story is actually about the personality and honesty. Thank you!

My experience with WangPC could not have been better. I will be back any and every time I need computer help! Martin figured out what the issue was (my screen had lost brightness) and was able to replace the needed part THAT DAY! I called at 3:30pm and before 9pm my computer was fixed ON A SUNDAY! I didn't have to wait for anyone to order parts and come back for it to be fixed, which is a HUGE plus for me. Martin is kind, clearly knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly efficient. Not that I'm an expert on computer parts and cost, but as far as I can tell the price was reasonable. I recommend Martin and WangPC for any of your computer needs! So impressed!

My laptop space bar suddenly stopped working. I was in the middle of a project and had to quickly get it fixed. I Googled "computer repair" and saw that WangPC had so many 5-star ratings/reviews. I immediately called and Mr. Wang invited me to bring my laptop to his home office later that day. He quickly fixed it and didn't want to charge me! I've had great results with upgrades on 2 MacBook Pros, RAM and SSD. Full marks for quality of work and service. They take the time to discuss options and explain what they will do. Follow-up and phone messages have been prompt and considerate. Anything they can't do (for a Mac) probably isn't with doing.

I have personally been to most of the PC service stores around Boston and nobody but Martin seems to understand my complex issue. Other than that, most laptop service stores charge you 30-50 for a diagnostic without even telling you what the problem might be, but Martin is way better then that - he gets jobs done with very reasonable price. He only charged me $180 for replacing my SSD hard drive, installing a new system, and transferring my data I can tell you that if you don't want your PC/Laptop fixed or examined by some amateurs and get overcharged, Martin is the only person you can go to in the area. He is very professional, and you will be amazed by just how fast he gets things done, as well as the stellar quality of those jobs.

My son moved all his desktop computer's hardware to a new and much larger box. In the process, the graphics card stopped working, much to his delight, as he had wanted to upgrade his graphics card. Throughout the process, I figured the graphics card is fine, except I could not figure out where the problem occurred. Took the junk to Mr. Wang's, and literally within 40 seconds of bringing the junk to his scrutiny, he was able to retrieve a dangling cable from the back of the motherboard. Save me big bucks. Thanks Mr. Wang for the excellent examination and diagnose.

I highly recommend WangPC! Martin (the owner) is a total professional and customer-focused throughout the diagnosis and repair process. I brought my PC to him to get a power supply problem and and overheating problem fixed. He not only fixed those problems in a timely manner, but he also diagnosed problems with the system's wifi card and charger and replaced those items for free! Plus, he fixed the trackpad, which I'd long since given up on, and upgraded my antivirus software - also both at no charge!

So after a small headache I was pleased to see the guys at WangPC make it right. New parts were ordered, repair was done correctly. - my desktop looks and functions like it did before the damage. So now I have proof that WangPC can either do your repair right, or if for some reason they don't they will do everything they can to rectify it. My old laptop crashed. I brought it to WangPC and he was quick to figure out it was the motherboard. Luckily I was already planning to get a new PC this month, so i went and picked it up and brought it to him, and overnight he put everything from my old laptop on to the new one! I was very worried when it crashed, but now its like nothing has changed- except I have a nicer laptop. This whole ordeal was way easier and less stressful than I thought it would be thanks to WangPC. Plus Mr. Wang is very nice and explains what he will do in a way I (Someone who is not very techno-savvy) can understand. Fast, great service. I absolutely reccomend WangPC!

These guys are amazing. My 5yo laptop refused to load after boot up, and I spent a week researching fixes and attempting command prompts on my own before I gave up and figured I needed to have someone recover my data and get a new computer. I brought it in at noon today, and now it's 2:30 and my computer is fixed, plus they installed new antivirus software and updated everything else. I was thinking I'd be lucky to just be able to get my files back sometime next week, and instead my old clunker is running like new today. I wish I'd done this a week ago instead of trying to fix it myself!
