Came to Hartford to visit my sister-in-law who was in ICU and later passed away. I needed an Ethernet cable. The young man at Tech To Us gave me one at no charge. He expressed his condolences and refused to let me pay for the cable. If I ever move to this area, I will definitely use their services.

I have to say that this company provides the best support that I have ever received. When it comes to computers, I am pretty inept. I have used many computer support companies in the past and have had very poor experiences. Tech to us has provided exemplary service in every way. I recently moved and have had no luck getting anyone to set up my laptop or printer. Actually, I have been unable to use my printer for 2 years because no company could set it up including the company that I purchased it from. In just a few minutes on the phone with Tech to us, all of my former problems were resolved. I highly recommend them to anyone. Christine

I had an issue with failed windows updates and a restart loop. I paid for support with Techtous and then called for help. Sage started working on my issue right away and while it took a day and a half he and Kevin worked diligently to get me back up and running. They kept me informed and were easy to work with. I’ll use them again because I know with me, there’ll always be a next time!

Ripped by two non "american" speaking cos. (What, "once burned . . ." did you say?) Searching for help I found tech to us. Its home page and benefits sold me. They speak american! They are in the U.S. They help with anything and all devices. Etc. Etc., Etc.! Since signing up with them I have had to holler "HELP!" 4 different times. I have spoken to 3 different techs more than once each. Nice to hear a voice who is already familiar with all of my particular screw ups. This time I had my CP so close to the verge of total collapse that it took 3 days of 2 techs switching off. (*did I mention I totally, irretriveably crashed 2 other CPs? They had to be TOTALLY wiped and windows reinstalled from scratch.) Tech to us saved me this time! They kept me informed as to what they were doing (darned that Greek language!). Then abra kadabra, I had my computer back in top shape! I can not recommend these guys enough!They are personable and professional and do not make one think they are as dumb as they may feel! GO FOR IT! They are teriffic!

Don't believe the first bullet on their website: "Tech Support for Unlimited Devices & Issues" . It is totally bogus. They dropped me for asking for support too many times. Can you believe it? Their definition of "unlimited" must mean something different from the dictionary's definition. They were also unable to fix several of my problems even suggesting I buy a new laptop which I did and then suggested I return the new one because they still were unable to fix the proble. Several of their techs also have horrible customer relationship skills. I asked to speak with the Owner but was told he is too busy. Perhaps this Post will get his attention and will want to discuss this situation personally vs having one of his underlings do his dirty work. This post could have been avoided if his underling simply asked the owner if he is willing to speak with me vs telling me "it's not going to happen". Let's see if the Owner cares about customer relationship management. Bottom line: Buyer beware.

No whining, these guys! You tell them where it hurts, and they treat it. They talk American English, but you won't hear that much of it, because you click on their quirky icon, and write what you want fixed, and they do it while you're doing something else nearby. (I work on my other computer.) You won't hear THEM whine 'We're not trained in Open Office,' a litany iYogi and Dell Premium support say like a rosary. They go through the symptoms from top to bottom, research it, don't just slap a band-aid on it. You probably won't be calling with the same problem. The money you pay isn't going overseas; it's going to Connecticut. They don't work all night, they go home, but they will be back in the morning bright-eyed and bushytailed. The price is less expensive than the others, and there's no contract. And you can get their security (which isn't a goofy-looking genie that does next to nothing; it's superior), and you can buy very cheaply their cloud storage which I set up for every eight hours. WHAT'S NOT TO LIKE? And what's to lose, since you're just living together at 29 bucks a month, not married for a year at 300 or so. Do it!

Each and every time we have called Tech to Us, we have been very pleased with the professionalism and the expertise. The most recent call had to do with the Netgear range extender malfunction. All is working well after 1/2 hour on the phone this morning. Got through to the tech in less than one minute which really makes one feel special. All techs working out of Hartford, CT right now and so they all speak English. Some probably speak spanish, but that doesn't apply to me; i feel reassured that they are in the USA. If There were a six star rating, that would be for Tech to Us. Seriously people we want the best physicians, so why not the best technicians. The tech's have taken care of small problems and lately very big issues. I need a better laptop for my business. Once I find what I think is good, the tech's are going to make sure it is the right one for what my needs are before I make a purchase. They listen repair, they NEVER, EVER, try to sell programs, protection etc. Their rates all depend on your individual needs. I pay by the month and couldn't be happier. Oh!! I'm did I mention, they are in the USA ONLY. Got it USA - ENGLISH I am 67 yrs. very young and love TECH TO US KUDOS

THERE IS NO WAY I COULD BEGIN TO TELL YOU WHAT AN EXCELLENT COMPANY "TECH TO US" IS, EVERYTIME I HAVE NEEDED THEIR SERVICES THE PROBLEM WAS SOLVED, THEIR STAFF WAS PATIENT, KIND, THEY EXPLANED EVERYTHING TO ME AND STAYED WITH ME UNTIL ALL MY QUESTIONS WERE ANSWERED. THE TECHS WERE PROFESSIONAL, EASY TO UNDERSTAND MOST IMPORTANT KIND AND PATIENT!!! THIS SERVICE IS WELL WORTH THE FEE WHICH IS FEEL IS VERY REASONABLE, THEY CAN BE REACHED JUST ABOUT ANY TIME AND GET BACK TO YOU IMMEDIATELY, IN MY OPINION "THE BEST"
