They people who answered the phone didn't seem super knowledgable about the questions I was asking such as when will I possibly know what's wrong with my computer. They told me they would order the piece then two days later they still hadn't ordered the piece and called to tell me the price had come up and it would either be a month or I would pay 2x the price to get it there. They were not very clear about the pieces I needed (they told me to buy the hinge but didn't think to specify that they sell the hinge and hinge cover and what to look for).
