I couldn’t be happier with the experience I had last week. My wife’s computer needed repair. Walter and Bradley took one look at it and said it would cost to much to repair. (One of hinges had snapped). They assisted me in locating a new computer and then I returned with the new computer, they transferred all the data from the old to the new computer. My wife was back up and running within 24 hours. Highly recommend PC Quick Help. Thanks again Walter and Bradley!

Disability Issues

My old MacBook Pro finally died and PC QuickHelp quickly became my trusted advisor on which Mac to buy and where to buy it. When I brought them my new Mac they transferred my data, answered all my questions, and got me up to speed with the new operating system. I'm grateful for their excellent service and vast knowledge. The staff love what they do and their customers.

Would have given 0 stars. I brought my mac because my keyboard and mousepad stopped working. I got it back after 1 MONTH, AND they did not fix any of the issues and destroyed the functionality of one of the mac's usb port. THEN, they had the audacity to try and charge ME! I had to show evidence, and then they backed off! Do not try to contact me unless you are willing to give me an all new macbook >:(. This case was a while ago.
