The name of the place should be called overmonth pc repair. Actually I don't even know if I had not pulled my laptopback after 20 days maybe would be even more than that. First I left my laptop and the guy said it would be a couple of days. Then he said his supplier would send the parts soon. After stopping by like 10 times or so I just started calling to see if the parts arrived. Soon, he started not answering my calls. I got my computer back and ordered parts online and watching videos on how to fix it. Will do it sooner that this place could do it. There is a non-refundable diagnostics cost of $45 even though the paper he brings up says $35. I am getting that back from my credit card company stating that I did not receive this service because I was refused to be refunded. I am giving 1 star because I cannot give zero. If you need your computer, your time is valuable, then go somewhere else.

This place had my laptop for over a month. Charged me for parts that DID NOT fix my laptop without refund. After they said they did not know what the problem was after having it for that long I took it back. It was then fixed by a friend 3 days later. Overnight PC was no help, even though they were very nice to me.

My computer died while I was working on a grad paper. When he took it in and told me the hard drive was the problem I thought I had lost everything. Luckily for me he said he could just replace the hard drive and he was able to get all my stuff off of the old one. It only took a few days, I was so happy I didn't have to start over!
