I found myself in the unfortunate situation of having my iPhone 7+ fall out of my pocket and crack the screen while I was in Easton on business. I found Lifeline Repairs on Google and, after a quick call, drove over. The staff at Lifeline immediately started work on my phone and 20 minutes later had a new screen. Repair cost was lower than I expected, much lower than what the Apple Store would have charged, so I am pleased with the service I received.

I took my iPhone X here three separate times and each time he failed to replace my broken screen because of "defective replacement screens". However, when I took my phone to another repair shop I found out that Jordan from Lifeline had not only lost most of the screws inside of my phone he had also damaged my battery and bent the brackets that hold the screen in place so badly that now my phone screen can never be fixed and I am in need of a new phone because the screen on mine is loose.

In the process of helping an elderly couple load some heavy items into their mini-van, i was bumped by the gentleman thus knocking my cellphone from what i thought was the safety of a deeeep pocket and it did a perfect bellyflop. I knew by the sound it was severely injured. Upon looking .. It was. I contacted LifeLine at the suggestion of xfinity in raynham and drove to Easton to set the process in motion. My screen was not in stock but the gentleman behind the counter or showed me that he would have it by Tuesday and it was in by Monday. The gentleman called me while I was having my hair cut and I couldn't respond. Upon leaving I went straight to Easton and got there by 3:30 p.m. and it was finished before 5:30 p.m.. I couldn't possibly complain because all went well. The service was great and the price was fair. I would strongly recommend Lifeline

Make sure to NEVER go to LifeLine Repairs in Easton, MA unless you want them to damage your phone like this. I went to them July 2017 to replace my battery. Fast forward to Aug 2018, I have to change my battery after only 13 months. I go this place called CPR Cell Phone Repair in Brockton, where it was discovered that the guy at LifeLine put the adhesive ON TOP ACROSS MY BATTERY instead of along the sides, severely damaging it. Even someone who doesn't know much about cellphones know that you shouldn't do this. This was laziness at it's finest. The guy at CPR was able to carefully remove the cover without ripping too much of the battery off thankfully. I've tried contacting them numerous times via Facebook message and phone, to no avail. I'm at my wits end. Please, do not use LifeLine Repairs.

A very nice man named Tapit helped me today! I called and told him about how my phone screen was shattered and the LCD was broken, he took me right away and NOT ONLY did he fix all that, but he fixed my sensor that had been broken from a previous repair elsewhere for half what he usually charges for it. And to top it all off it only took 30 minutes! The last place i went to had my phone for 2 days before i got it back!! Love this place and i will never go anywhere else for my phone repairs .

I took my phone here after the screen stopped working following a drop. I made an appointment online and was helped quickly. It took about an hour to replace my screen and camera - very happy with the service and price. The staff was helpful and polite.

Proximity sensor does NOT work!!! (see paragraph 2). When they gave me back my iPhone, I felt that my home button was not clicking in properly but the guy said it "seemed fine to him". I had them open it back up anyways and sure enough a different guy there said the home button not properly installed by the other guy there so they apologized and I just let it go. A few days later, I noticed my phone screen does not turn off when I put it up to my ear so I called and they said it sounds like the proximity sensor was not put on correctly when they installed the replacement screen. So now I have to drive another 30 minutes, sit and wait for 1hr+ for them to fix their own mistake (second mistake). In the past, I went to a kiosk in the mall and paid $30 more. However, afterwards, I never had issues with the screen. I would much rather pay the little extra than to have to deal with issues afterwards.

This place is the real deal and they offer their services cheaper than many other repair shops. I brought my wife's phone in and they were able to diagnose it to the digitizer within about 5 minutes. They then replaced the screen and walked through with me all the diagnostic testing to ensure the repair worked properly. They also have a 4 month warranty on any repairs they make. I can't recommend this place enough to anyone looking to have a repair done without breaking the bank along with getting real honest answers about what is wrong.

Two weeks ago my cell phone randomly fell screen first and cracked after hitting the pavement. I was not interested in paying to upgrade. Within a few minutes I Googled cell repair and this place was the first that came up near where I live so I called them. Nick was super helpful & professional & quoted me a low price. I have an LG G4 so it took a few days to order the screen. Nick called me when it came in and I went last weekend. The phone screen was replaced and functional within half an hour. I had to return an hour later after noticing the proximity sensor was not working properly following screen replacement and Nick took it right away and fixed it with apologies. He even offered me $20 if I had to return again, for the inconvenience. Phone works great. Would definitely go to them again and tell my friends.

225$ for a screen replacement on my old S6 phone and it broke in 2 places within 24 hours. Jordan was of no help. Shoddy work and overpriced. Stay away, there are plenty of other options in Harbison. To his reply, honest and hard working have nothing to do with poor work. I've touched my screen in two places and it's cracked on the top and bottom. Worthless waste of 225$. If you've got that kind of money to gamble with, give them a try, if not I heard that the place in the Mall (Cellaxs) is phenomenal.

These guys here rock! I had broken my phone, thought it had extensive water damage and I assumed I needed a new one. My iphone stopped working and I had brought to at&t which their solution was to pay my 200$ deductible. An employee there told me to check these guys out here and see what they could do. I gave them my phone and in less than 30 mins they had run a diagnostic on my phone and figured out it was just my screen. Got that replaced, my front camera and speaker all for 165$ in less than one hour!!
