I had troubles with install. I called my nearest location number and I get "Enter the 4 digit extension number". The listed support phone number is a Fax. I was switching from my favorite security software and was not able to install. Used the tool to check for viruses, nothing found. I was very excited to try this company. I hope they can fix the customer support problems.

Garbage product, technical suppport are all in the fuc...... philipines good luck dealing with them, you have to manualy and daily scan your PC otherwise it won'y work. Customer service in the philipines too, some of them they barly speak English. This is the worst product I have ever had.

Horrible,I pay $69 per Karspesky Total Security two days ago and didn't update, when I tald with tecnician(Harry Prat) said me that I need pay $190 for resolver the problem, but if I pay for a licence why I need pay for remove malware???

They will not make it easy to cancel your service. DO NOT AUTO RENEW or you will never get out of their agreement. They are a very bad vendor to do business with and I love their software and hate their business practices.

My subscription is almost over and I can't wait. I've had nothing but problems with it. I update all the time and run scans twice a day and I'm still getting viruses and malware. I've called customer service so many times I'm exhausted. I pay good money to purchase what I believe to be great protection for my computer and internet safety but Tech Support tells me that I can get their Premium engineers to help me and they can remotely access my computer for $100 to fix the problem. They said $100 was a minimal fee. I told them that I'm paying for Kaspersky to keep out these problems and now I have to pay for someone else "from Kaspersky" to fix it. That's insane. I once believed in Kaspersky but no more. The service is the most horrible I've every received.

Hi everyone, i have had Kaspersky for many years and have never had a problem. Be very careful what phone number you call for them. I think i called a bogus number and got horrible service and they told me some guy hacked me from Florida - James Thonas. Then they wanted to charge me extra to get him off my acct!! I hung up on them because i felt there was something very wrong. I then called the correct number on my account, not the one i saw first on the internet. They were able to help me and all is well again.

This company renewed my subscription 10 days early and when I complained and demanded my money back they cut my account off even though my year subscription wasn't up for another week. Customer service threatened me if I didn't uninstall their software. I tried to uninstall the software so I could install something new. I finally had to call tech support to uninstall. In the mean time a pop up window continuously showed up reading "You have been blacklisted"

It is impossible - read impossible- to cancel this POS service. Not only is the product overly complex it is weak on protection the call center service is bad. Go ahead just try to cancel it. Their Indian help center will read you some long policy statement. A terrible product from a terrible company.

Well, I had trend micro for years. One virus slipped by which I eliminated with hitman pro. Changed to kaspersky and in 90 days had malware slip through. That malware shows ads then mimics kaspersky support which when called connects you to some Indians guys who want to charge you for removing the malware they just installed. I sensed the scam hung up and called kaspersky USA main support number. That was experiencing heavy volumes of course so I got no where. I will have my local PC support guy reinstall Windows after cleaning my drive. Kaspersky is OUT. Not good for me.

One of our home computers, used for email only, contains the above software. We have had it for approximately 5 years. Recently Kaspersky sent us an email, concerning the auto-renewal of the virus protection charge. The amount was $31 for a year. The actual charge on the credit cared was $58. I immediately called customer service and could not get thru for days. I decided to dispute, with the credit card company, the $27 overcharge. Kaspersky ,in turn, turned off the virus protection. I called customer service again and finally got thru to a rep. The rep claimed it was my doing that the price increased because I significantly increased the amount of service. I responded by saying that's ridiculous, we only need basic protection, no practical reason for a change. I wanted to talk to a different rep. The second rep responded by saying we actually need their $100 package. Ridiculous, it's time to talk to a 3rd rep. I said leave the service cancelled and send me a $31 refund. He said would send the refund but I would have to authorize the credit card company to release back to Kaspersky the $27 that was disputed. My response: just how stupid do you think I am. I need to send you more money , to do nothing, so you can process a refund. I proceeded to tell the rep refund the $31 immediately or I will make it a priority to create as much negative PR about Kaspersky as possibly including social media, BBB, and a small claims lawsuit concerning their illegal/unethical business practices. The response from the rep remained unchanged.
