I was introduced to Experimac by my neighbor last year. My wife loves her new iPhone. I got a perfect previously owned phone that was a big upgrade for her. We had a minor charging problem which Experimac very expeditiously remedied. She was so happy. My MacBook Pro began misbehaving. A quick analysis indicated a failed mouse pad. 24 hours later I had the equivalent of a new computer. When I walk in the door, I am greeted by name!! When I ask a question, they answer and advise me. Experimac is my first stop when I have phone or computer issues, problems or questions. AND the store is clean and comfortable when I have to wait.

Would give 10 STARS!!! Henry was awesome in every way. I was concerned at the unknown price however I literally paid $80 to have my repairs which included diagnostics as well as done that day. You cannot beat their pricing or service. I have a MacBook Pro which needed a new airport card and they didn't try to upsell or take advantage of me. My Macbook wouldn't turn on and I was in panic mode as I use it for work. Apple couldn't get me in and I called several different places who told me they couldn't help me. One company asked for my serial number and told me that the computer was too old and nothing could be done. I posted in Facebook looking for recommendations and ExperiMac was one of the places. I contacted them and spoke to Drew who told me the bring the computer in. He made me feel much better and even called before the end of the day to give me some peace of mind so I could sleep through the night! I called these guys after I had yet another horrible experience with apple customer service and the apple store. I was desperate. my macbook pro wouldn’t boot up anymore and I had nothing backed up because I had never had any issue with it before. Apple claimed nothing they could do because it was vintage. Imagine bringing your car to the dealer and they tell you they don’t work on 6 year old cars. lol. Also the shops apple referred me to also said there was nothing they could do because they have a deal with apple and apple they can’t do any work apple can’t do. What a bunch of bs. Luckily before I Frisbee my mac out the window I pulled up google maps and found this place. When I called they answered right away. Amazing! They actually seemed to understand what I was talking about. Weird! Long story short my motherboard was fried. They gave me a great deal on a similar refurbished macbook and had all my data onto it within a day. Henry was great. I can’t recommend these guys enough. Hopefully I will never have to go back to the dreaded apple store again.

Had a great exeprience here. I had a MacBook Air that had damaged keys. I was nervous about the cost, as the Apple store quoted me over the phone. I found Experimac on Facebook, and called them. I spoke with Henry, he was very knowledgeable over the phone and felt confident bringing my MacBook to them. When I arrived I presented my laptop to Henry and He quoted me a fair price to replace the damaged keys. Turnaround time was within an hour. They also had a wide range of MacBook accessories. After my repair was done Henry walked me through my laptop and cleaned the entire unit for me, with great detail. I also met with Andrew, another worker there and they were both very friendly. I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for repairs on their Apple products. I even got a free battery test on my iPhone. I am a new customer for life.

Why did I ever go to those repair counters in the malls when I should have been going to Experimac?! Live and learn. This place is awesome, the people are very knowledgable and the price is right! I had my iphone screen replaced here and the experience was great! I felt 100% better trusting my phone with all of my stored data with these guys than I did with some guy at the mall with a paper towel surface to work on and a little screwdriver. Plus, you'd think that you would pay way more for this great service but NO! It cost me less! If you need your phone fixed, go here. Since you are going out anyway and not going to the guy with the paper towel and little screwdriver, bring your slow laptop with you. They'll fix that too! I'd say "good luck" but you won't need it!

I had the best experience in this store. I took my mac to an apple store because I could not turn it on. They said they checked it in the back and told me that they couldn't turn it on and have to sent it out for diagnosis for which I had to pay around $300. So I went to a data recovery place to get all the data recovered and heard about this place for them. I am impressed by how professional and at the same time personable Drew was in explaining what's wrong with my computer. To my surprise he was able to turn my computer on unlike what the Apple store said. He fixed my mac for much cheaper of what would have cost me to get the diagnosis at the Apple store. Also the turn around was very quick. I am very satisfied with the result and all the additional information he gave me on how to take care of my MAC to maximize its life. Thanks Drew.

My iPhone 5 screen stopped working so I went to Apple Store for help. The only help and advise I was offered was to buy a new $800.00 iPhone. That wasn’t happening. I went to Experimac in Middleton and Henry the owner was very helpful. He opened up my phone and did a number of tests and determined that the screen would have to be replaced. He suggested I that I should buy a used iPhone 6 with 64 mg. I agreed, so a refurbished phone was totally set up for me and the total cost was $300.00. I was very impressed with the service and will continue to use this company in the future.

These guys are great. I had dropped my iPhone and it landed hard. Nothing would come up on the screen. I brought it there. They diagnosed the problem almost immediately. They replaced the screen and battery in an hour for $129. I thought I had lost everything, they restored back to exactly how it was. My only issue is that the battery loses its juice much quicker now. I will be going back to get that fixed and I’m definitely going back to get a refurbished Mac Book pro as mine is a 2008 model.

I spilled coke on my Macbook pro that I only got a year ago and apple wanted to charge me $755 to fix it. I called up Experimac and told them my situation. They told me to bring my laptop in right away because the coke that was still inside is damaging my laptop. My screen wasn't turning on and some of the lights were out on my keyboard. Experimac saved my computer and myself $600. They were fast, nice, and knowledgeable. They sell refurbished ones in store too so if they couldn't fix my laptop, I was going to buy one from them. Experimac earned a customer for life today. After going to the Apple Store for a battery replacement, I was told that the battery was irreplaceable and was given a new phone. Unfortunately, however my photos which are precious and irreplaceable were not backed up. After explaining the situation to Apple I was told that the phone won't turn and there's nothing they can do. These guys are great. I had dropped my iPhone and it landed hard. Nothing would come up on the screen. I brought it there. They diagnosed the problem almost immediately. They replaced the screen and battery in an hour for $129. I thought I had lost everything, they restored back to exactly how it was. My only issue is that the battery loses its juice much quicker now. I will be going back to get that fixed and I’m definitely going back to get a refurbished Mac Book pro as mine is a 2008 model.

They put me into a nicer macbook pro and made sure that everything was fine before i left the store. They apologized for the inconvenience and made sure that i was satisfied.
