I have a great laptop with a bad HDMI port. I suspected bad soldering since the port was intermittent for weeks before dying completely, so I brought it into Dynamic Computers to have it checked out. When I walked in to inquire about it's status (over a week later), I was told it was ready, but I had never gotten a call back. I was told that they did not notice any HDMI problems (soldering looked fine), but they did format my computer without asking me and tried to charge me $45 for it. When I disputed the charge, it was dropped to $35 as a diagnostic fee, but lo and behold, the HDMI port still doesn't work, and I feel like I shouldn't have to pay for an inconclusive diagnostic. What's to stop these guys from charging $35 without even looking for the problem?

Dynamic Computers is amazing. Other stores told me over the phone that it could cost up to $450 to replace my Macbook Pro laptop screen, which appeared to be dying. I called Dynamic Computers, and they gave me a quote for nearly half that amount, so I decided to give them a shot. When I walked into their store, one of the computer techs fixed my screen in less than four seconds, and didn't charge me a single cent! You better believe I'll be going back there anytime I need help with any of my tech gadgets! I highly recommend them.

I brought my pre-built Cyberpower PC to get fixed at this location on a Friday late afternoon. for the price of $35 I was able to get phenomenal service. They diagnosed my PC (it ended up being a hard drive issue it was shot and needed a new one) and the gentleman who helped me not only showed me how to insert a new hard drive, he also cleaned my PC, and was able to retrieve the files from my old hard drive to put on my spare one. I will definitely be a repeat customer if I have any future problems with my PC. I would recommend. p.s. this was all done in one day and I was able to pick it up the next day.

I went here to get my iPad fixed after I dropped it. I dropped it off and legit 1 week later he says it is ready. I take it home and I find out that the screen is peeling off and the Touch ID doesn’t work either. TOTAL SCAM: it cost me 130$ for a non-working product. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I went in today and had an issue with the bios of the computer. Basically it couldn't boot/start up correctly. So they asked me for permission if they needed to wipe it completely, could they? I said yes, only if necessary but to save anything if possible. Two hours later after dropping it off, its ready for pickup and its completely wiped with a charge of $120. I take it to a computer friend for a second opinion, who basically says that wiping it wasn't necessary and now because they did, there is no chance of recovering graduate homework, employement files, files for work and any music or anything. Although these guys "fixed" the problem, They should have known better that the computer didn't need to be wiped. Also $120 for two hours is a ripoff. Computer friend said that basically they probably never looked at any other option besides wiping it completely for a quick fix. Will never go here again. Do not recommend.

I brought in a Chromebook that had a flaky keyboard and trackpad to see whether it was worth fixing. They thought it might be a ~$100 fix, which I was willing to do rather than buy a new one for twice that. He determined after all that it wasn't worth fixing, but cleaned up the connections inside and gave it back to me working, with the warning that it wouldn't last. He charged me nothing! It's a month later, and it's still working fine. I got at least a month more out of that computer for nothing. Would go here again without hesitation! Update: 8 months later, and computer is still working fine! Amazing!

In a day and age when we're reliant on technology to make our lives a little easier, the staff at dynamic computer understand how devastating it can be for a customer to have a broken computer. They put your mind at ease and have never failed to get me back-up and running... and at an extremely affordable price. I said it before, I'll say it again, a one of a kind computer repair shop for both a Mac and PC. I wouldn't trust the repair of such a valuable commodity to just anyone but have never had an issue letting Dynamic do their magic!

Singh has been fixing my computer and my kids laptops for years, and I would like to share a review about his skills. In this day and age having your technology malfunction is a terrible feeling, but having a reliable and knowledgable firm in Dynamic Computers can alleviate all worries..!!! He has written code, built websites, repaired iphones, retrieved data on crashed computers, and has on many occasions, saved the day !! ..I am certain if you go to his shop once, you will have comfort knowing he can save you a lot of aggravation and Money !!!!!!!!

If you're old like me (72) and don't know squat about computers - don't be afraid to call Dynamic Computers. They will not make you feel stupid! Singh connected a very old printer that I got free to my old laptop and it works! I can now print stuff! He is very polite, knowledgeable, and very quick. I asked him several (really dumb) questions and he answered all of them very politely and I didn't feel like an idiot for asking. It isn't often one finds highly knowledgeable people sharing their hard-earned wisdom with obvious good-will. I am so glad he's in Medford and will highly recommend him to anyone I know who needs computer work done.
