I had them to replace my iphone 6s ear speaker. I dropped of the phone and next day my wife picked it up..but when i looked at it the metal screen net on the speaker was broken(had a hole in it).I came back to them and they told me that they will fix it..took my phone # (they told that they need to get a part)...and told that they will call me back! But i never received a cal from them....I don't understand one thing...how the person who was replacing ear speaker didn't see that metal screen net was broken?? And second point here: person , who told that will call me back was not responsible. If you chose this shop to fix your gadget please be careful and check how job was done!!!

We had our batteries replaced on our cell phones here and it was a great experience. The cell phone as rated by ifixit is difficult to disassemble. To send to the factory would have taken weeks and they were able to fix it in a matter of hours.

This place is awesome! I️ brought my iPhone there about 6-8 months ago to get a cracked screen replaced, and it was done in less than an hour (while I got to shop at next-door Marshall’s). Today my touch screen completely stopped working and when I️ brought the phone to CPR, they replaced the screen free of charge since it was under warranty. I️ was shocked! Very friendly customer service. And I️ got to shop st Marshall’s again. Win win!

I needed to have my phone looked at after dropping it and busted just the camera lens. John McGunagle was on duty at the time. He helped me open the phone and removed the rest of the broken glass. I will be ordering a new case. John was very professional, kind, and considerate. I also needed a small piece of double side tape to hold down a part of my phone. I'm glad CPR is in Westford, where I live. It's very convenient and never leave town for my phone issues. I highly recommend CPR. If you need a repair, or need another phone at a reduced price (they have several on display). The stand by their work, and will bend over backward to give you the best customer service possible. Please note: For those who think everything works 100% all the time, in your favor, without some glitches. Step back a moment, and put yourself on the other side of the counter. I had my cracked iPhone 6 screen repaired here a few months ago, and the experience was flawless. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff who assured my device was in good hands. I’ve heard all of the terrible stories about the cheap repair kiosks in the mall, and was fully impressed by this store! The repair was finished extremely quickly while I shopped next door, and the phone looked brand new! I’ve recommended this store to all of my kids, and can definitely rely on them for all future repairs!

This one's a complicated rating. 1) Couldn't fix my phone: The fact that they couldn't fix my phone is neither here nor there. If it was just that, I probably wouldn't even have left a review. 2) Misplaced microSD card: I was in a rush, and forgot to remove my microSD card which was in the SIM tray. When they returned my phone, they said they didn't have the SIM tray and that I had probably removed it before giving them the phone. I was 95% sure I hadn't removed it, but since they insisted, I said I'd go home & check. When I got home, everything else (the SIM card removal tool, the SIM card from the backup phone etc.) was in my work tray, but not the SIM tray nor the microSD card. Is it possible that I was the careless one? Yes. But I'm convinced that the SIM tray and the microSD card was lost due to careless handling by CPR. At this point, I was inclined to give them a 0 or 1 star rating. 3) Effort to find microSD card: The first time I called them, I got a flat "No card here" response When I called the next day, Mike picked up and promised to look into it. He called back that evening, and explained the painstaking efforts he had taken - looked under the work mats, swept the floors again, even looked in the trash bin etc. They still didn't find it, but they at least seemed to have made a sincere effort. So I can at least give them 2/2.5 stars for effort. Couple notes of caution: 1) If you are turning in your phone for repair, be sure to remove any SD cards and perhaps also the SIM card and SIM tray. 2) A colleague later suggested taking my S8 to a Samsung authorized repair store. But they wouldn't take a look at the phone, because the phone had been looked at by a different repair store. Honestly, that's nothing to do with CPR, and more a dumb Samsung policy. But if I had known about it earlier, I would've taken it to the Samsung authorized repair store first.

Paul the employee who has helped me both times is an amazing employee who gives me suggestions as well as always working with me on prices for the expensive phone fixes. Screen replacement for a Samsung Galaxy S9 went as I hoped. Called up, they ordered the part, called me when it arrived. I dropped my phone off and in 2 hours, it had a new screen! Looks great, you'd never know it's been replaced. Great work!

Update: The battery put in by CPR Westford failed in 3 months and when I took my phone to a certified repair shop, they indicated that the replacement battery was of low quality.

I visited CPR for the first time today and was very pleased with the entire experience. I was able to request a quote online, and someone responded right away. At the shop, the techs were very professional and competent. They were able to tell me up front what the repair would involve and how long it might take. No other phone repair shops in the area were even able to handle the repair I needed (a broken volume button on my Note 5). When the repair process seemed like it might exacerbate some cosmetic damage on my phone, a tech called me to make sure I was ok risking it. My phone was ready to pick up within a few hours and the final cost came in at the exact quoted price. They've earned my trust and I'll be back for any future phone repair needs.

Brought in my 2-month-old Moto G5 Plus because the headphone jack, which would no longer allow the insertion of my headphone plug. The tech said that he'd see if he could do a quick fix. Several minutes later my phone was back like new after he cleaned some dirt of out the jack. No charge! Who wouldn't be impressed?

Brought my cell phone in after it got salt water damage at the beach. The phone was dead and the rice trick did nothing. I called several local places and after speaking to Paul I decided to bring in the phone and let him try to bring it back to life. The service fee was worth the effort because the alternative of purchasing a new or used device was way more plus I wasn't sure if I had backed up recent pictures or contacts. Four hours after dropping it off, the phone was fully functional. There was a slight glitch with the cell heating up and they told to to bring it back so they could try a few things to correct it. Great customer service.

I have also used their services to fix my IPad screens and have purchased a refurbished an iPhone of exceptional quality. These days it is nearly impossible to go a day without your phone so if you are like me and are clumsy with your phone, trust me when I say, CPR is the place to go!

It is worth spreading the word that they charge just to do a diagnostic, while there are other places that will do that for free, in case your device cannot be fixed. I used ubreakifix in Hudson and was much happier with the experience there than at cpr, where they charged me $35 just to tell me they couldn't fix it. It doesn't make sense.

They did not want to return my old screen because they want to take care of it disposing themself but if the customer wants to take it they should give it back as it not their property once I paid for the new screen. Moreover it’s no where written that they won’t rerun the old parts after they are been replaced with new parts. Not sure I trust them.

First off let me say that they do good work. I have had several items repaired here. I would have given them 5 stars but when I brought my phone to be repaired I was told that they would order the part and will have the phone repaired in 3 to 5 days. After checking in with them on day 3, 4 and 5 they were still waiting for the part. On day 6, I was told the part came in but it was defective and they will have to get a new part. The new part will take 3 to 5 days to come in. On day 4 I call and I am told the part came in that day but it's the wrong part and they need to send it back and get the correct part.....and yes, another 3 to 5 days. While I understand this was all out of their control, when I asked if the part can be overnighted, I was told they don't do that but their supplier is really good. Well they aren't.
