CPR is excellent. I would choose CPR for any cell phone problem you may be having. Avoid going to your carrier store, Apple or Mall Kiosk repair shops and make CPR your go to repair shop. They replaced 2 batteries in both my iPhones and also installed a tempered glass screen protector. Work quality was excellent and pricing was very fair. Mike, the owner of the shop, was there when I was there and was friendly and very helpful. All of the staff was also very professional. I will definitely be returning in the future, Thanks CPR!!!!

On February 29th, i stopped by CPR to get my cracked Iphone 5s screen repaired that I had dropped on the sidewalk. I randomly saw the place on my way to class an decided to stop by. At first encounter the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They gave me a quick explanation on how they would fix my phone and I left to get a coffee. I came back in 30 minutes (he told me 45 minutes but I didn't feel like waiting in Starbucks anymore). When I got there the screen was already fixed and I was ready to go. I paid a very reasonable price and was out the door. It was so much more bearable and professional then when I got my screen fixed at one of those crappy mall Kiosks. My screen looks great and has been working fine. I would highly recommend this place if you shatter your smartphone screen. Very clean professional environment, and great service.

I got my screen replaced and it was $130 which is more expensive then getting it fixed at the apple store. The screen was put on so that it moved the camera. Now the camera is half black because of the way the screen was put on. I hate this place DO NOT GO THERE

I 100 % recommend this place for any phone, tablet or computer needs. Amazing customer service and quality work. I dropped my galaxy S7 on gravel and broke the LED and shattered the screen. And of course I hadn't backed up any contacts or photos. I called and first spoke with the owner Mike who was super friendly and very knowledgeable. He asked me a bunch of specific details about my phone and its condition. When I brought the phone in to drop it off I met with John who is the technician that actually fixed my phone and again reassured me that it was in fact fixable and would be ready later that same day. I was shocked! I returned later that day fully expecting to be met with the unfortunate news that my phone wasn't savable, but was pleasantly surprised when Ariel handed me my phone in mint condition! He was super knowledgeable and able to assist me in getting a sturdier case and protective screen cover. Thanks for saving the day!

Last week I brought my laptop into the store. I had bought a replacement screen and installed it myself, but it didn't turn on. Mike and his technicians took it apart and discovered that the screen was not the correct one for my laptop. They found the appropriate screen for me at the best price. I smashed my phone about two months ago and I have put off fixing it because it was still fully functional. I finally decided to get it fixed because I was sick of looking at it. I chose to bring it to CPR because they could fix it fast which is important considering I have no other phone. So I bring my phone in and the guy tells me “no problem” and to come back in an hour and a half. So when I went back there was another guy there who brought my phone out and processed my payment. When I got in the car and turned my phone on I discovered the home button was no longer working, so I ran back into the store and told the guy. He said he had to go out back and ask the guy who fixed my phone about it. He came back out and told me that guy said the button was broken when I brought it in and that it didn’t work at all. I told him I had never had an issue with it and even used it in front of the guy who fixed it when I was dropping off. I asked if I could speak to that guy but I was told that he was in the middle of fixing a phone and could not come out. So this guy tells me that he will try looking at it and seeing if he can fix it. After 20 minutes he comes back out and tells me that they are going to put a new screen on it and come back in a half an hour. A half-hour later it was not fixed and they needed to wait for the manager to come in. At this point I had to go to work. My boyfriend ended up having to pick up the phone for me. They did not fix the home button and they did not take responsibility for it. It cost $131 and took all day. I would have preferred a functioning home button and a smashed screen. What I found most frustrating was the fact that the guy who was claiming my phone was already broken when I brought it in there would not come back out and speak to me... that’s just bad customer service. If you bring your phone here I would suggest checking it before you let them process your payment.

Stopped in here to see if it was possible to fix my PS4. They said they'd take a look at it and if it's fixable, that they would order the part and it would take a few days. Within 45 minutes they gave me a call and said they found the problem and they actually had the part in stock so I got my ps4 back in less than an hour. Also included a limited lifetime warranty with the service so if that part acts up again they will fix it for free. Good pricing. Super clean and nice place, very helpful. Highly recommend.

My iPhone charge port would not hold the charging cable all of a sudden. I brought it in to CPR and Josh took it in the back to take a look. A couple minutes later he told me it had just been pocket lint in the charge port and he removed it with tiny tweezers. No Charge!! I feel like a mall kiosk shop might have handled the situation differently...

Who wants to replace an expensive cell phone that was just paid off after two years? My son and I knew cell phone screen repair/replacement service exists but did not know finding the right talent would be the hard part. We scoured several areas and finally determined CPR cell phone repair in Saugus and Westford MA would be our best bet. Upon arriving we were immediately assured by the pristine appearance inside and out. We caught the excellent store front design. The screen as well was replaced within 90 minutes!! This company is great! As well certification in iPhone repair is a requirement. Clearly these folk have it all! I highly recommend them.

I smashed my phone this morning for breakfast. I have about 48 hours of work planned in the next 3 days and losing my phone was the last thing I needed. I went to my service provider and they threw their hands up and said its a mail out issue they didn't have my screen in stock. They saved my phone and got it to work again after some water damage. However when they were reassembling the phone, there was some trouble with the home button, and now it sticks and is pushed down below the screen, which wasn't the case when i brought it in. Employees seemed great and really nice, but its a bit annoying that there was trouble reassembling it and home button is stuck now. The phone works again though, so pretty good overall i guess :)

They fixed my 1.5 year old HTC One M9! ........... 1yr update: phone still works great! Definitely recommend .............. I had dropped it on a tile floor and the screen completely shattered. Luckily, I was still able to use it (after covering the spiderweb screen with packing tape) but it was hard to use since the cracks distorted the screen view. My phone didn't qualify for the HTC Uh Oh Protection plan, and it seemed really difficult to replace the screen myself, so I decided to try CPR. I called the Brockton location first (it was closer to me), but they said they didn't fix HTCs so I decided on Saugus. The Saugus location was a much further drive away but so worth it! They ordered the screen part and when it arrived, they fixed it in 2 hours. It cost $139.99 including tax, half of which was paid in advance since they had to order the screen. Now, my phone screen is like brand new!! I'm definitely getting a strong screen protector and case after this.

This is the second time I have used CPR for issues with my cell phone. The first time they helped fix something simple and never even charged me and yesterday I showed up at 315 pm with a broken screen and no appointment and walked out less than an hour later with a replacement and everything running as good as new. . At 1st everything was good very nice guy but they put a cheap screen on my s6 and assured me it was the right one but when he knew that I knew it was wrong he said i can come back and chg it once he ordered the "original"... S6 only come in 3 colors and believe me the one he put was not original.... Mind you he says theres warranty esp. For what i paid... Ok. Well not even 5 days later my phone falls from my couch on my floor and sure enough because of the cheap screen a good chunk cracks. I call owner which then says warranty doesn't cover that mind you only was no more than 5 days later and says he still would have to charge me $240 again to refix..... Really!!!!! Then says he can do it for $200... Seriously i just paid you. $240 5 days before and now you're charging me again... Ridiciulous..... Should of put the orginal screen to begin with not a cheap $16 dollar screen and yes i researched the screen he put on my s6....not to mention it took then a week to get my bootleg screen and another 3 more day to get my phone back....

They're great here! I had to get my S5's charging port replaced, as the pins were screwed up and the phone decided it wouldn't charge the other day. To do this, they need to take off the screen, an arguably risky procedure because the screen is prone to cracking if not taken off ever-so-delicately. I'm sitting here, 6 hours after dropping it off, with an intact screen and a charging port that actually works, and I couldn't be more thrilled as they saved me at least a couple hundred compared to buying a new phone; I work for an EMS service, Not having a phone is Not an option, so I would've been screwed if it weren't for their professionalism and aptitude.

This place is incredible. I know that sometimes you see a place with 100% 5 stars and you can't help but wonder if they're false reviews. However, I came in to CPR and gave the team a shot. To say that Mike, John, and Tom are incredible is such an understatement. The screen on my new Samsung S7 Edge was utterly destroyed but they ordered the parts, told me it would take about 3-7 days for the part to come in so I paid half of the cost as deposit. I just got my phone back and all I can say is PHENOMENAL. If you're reading this and wondering if you should go in to see them, stop scrolling and start driving. They are truly lifesavers and deserve every golden review they've received!

I am extremely disappointed with service provided by this place. It's actually my first time posting and complaining about any business. I understand in business things may happen, but as long the business is showing professionalism and respect to the client I can work with. Few weeks ago I bring one of the phones I had the screen replaced 2 months ago. For some reason screen started go black, and when I dropped the phone everything was working properly except screen was turning black. I informed that I was in a process to get new phones and most important was not loose the information on the phone and if possible, have the phone fixed to get credit for new phones that I ordered. I dropped the phone on Thursday and because my phone was gold version and they only have black in stock, they told me 2 to 4 business days just to order and receive the new screen, and an extra day to have the work done. Important to remember that the issue was the screen, not the phone, the actually was functioning well. This is why I feel they never fixed the phone. I had they replaced the screen 2 months prior this date, means was under warranty, and I did not have to pay for the service. 8 days later no one gave me a call, so I called the place to see the progress, they asked my name and put me on hold. Couple minutes later they said they had receive the new screen but couldn't do the job because the new piece was broke, like I said, things can happen, but I told then I couldn't wait for another 2 to 4 business days, because of important informations that I couldn't saved. The guy said they would place another order to be delivery overnight. Five days later, no phone calls again, so I called, the another person said someone was working on it, but the person was not available at the time, I started to get little upset with the situation, but the employee said they would get back to me, but never did. The next day I got a message asking me to call they back and I did. Someone told me they was having a problem to have the phone work again, then I got very upset because my first concern was the information on the phone. To make this short, 18 days later I came to the store and the phone have the same screen, and was cracked between main glass and the parts inside. They said they did not replaced the screen because was not going to make any sense if phone was not working. I asked: "What you mean not working if phone was working when I dropped and you guys said that sometimes replaced screen may have problem that requires to replace again?". I also asked why was the cracks on the back of the screen, they said they need to brake in order to put a new one. Even the phone was not working, the would have to put another screen as they had brake the one I had before. They put the pieces together and gave my phone back with screen cracked and not completely glued. I left the place very disappointed and frustrated, I could do more than just walk away and look for a better solution, but I believe that "what goes around, really comes around", I left with this feeling that they took my time and money. Horrible customer service!!! Definitely no honesty and no respect for the client. I do not recommend this business to anyone, I managed business for over 10 years to say that, what takes to a business to fell, is lack of customer service and quality, this place shows that this is the road they had take to this business.

The guys, Mike especially, at CPR cell phone repair are great. They went above and beyond to help with my son's phone. Unfortunately for me ( multiple cracked screens ) I have been in a few times and every time was very satisfied with repairs and customer service. Would recommend them highly.

I damaged my screen when I removed it to replace my charging port. So I brought it to CPR to replace the screen. With in probley 6 weeks I cracked the screen while it was in my pocket. Where i alqays keep it. They told me it was a factery oem screen. When I went back they wanted another $135.00. There is no way the new screen they replaced was oem. It cracked way to easy. The screen that came with the phone never cracked while in my pocket. They used crappy parts to fix the phone

This is a great store. I met with Mike and his staff on Monday at 10:00am to fix my nephew's PS4 that he dropped. They fixed it in less than 16hrs and it was less than originally quoted. I recently dropped my iPhone 6S about 4 times in one night and the screen cracked in a million places, however it was still functioning. I was going to use my insurance through Verizon (which ive always done) when I was told about another cheaper option - having the screen fixed. Duh! Long story short, I drove right over to CPR, met two extremely helpful and knowledgeable men, and my phone is now being fixed and will be done in 45 minutes. They were very fair with price and it was actually a huge breath of fresh air considering how stressful phones/phone issues can be. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone looking to fix their phone, computer, and much more. The owner Mike even came out and joined the conversation and made my experience that much more comfortable and worth the trip! CPR are wizards!! These guys rescued my sons iPhone 6 after it had been submerged underwater in a river for twenty minutes!! I didn't even think that was possible!! I thought the phone was a lost cause but I got the suggestion to bring the iPhone there thinking what's the worst they're going to say? But, much to my surprise, they called me about three hours after I dropped off the phone to tell me they had saved the phone and for a very low cost. Five stars all the way. Do yourselves a favor and head to CPR in Saugus for all your cell phone repairs.

John McGunagle, the Store Manager, is the most incredible IT person I have EVER met in my life. When I first started going in as a customer, I was so distraught about my broken phone because I was VERY sick and had been in the hospital for months. John literally rescued me and fixed ALL of my devices. He even came in on his day off for me. He won my loyalty that weekend, and I have been back to the Saugus location several times since. Today, I brought my Mum's IPad in and once again he succeeded in exceeding all my expectations! And I had the pleasure of meeting the owner today as well, Mike Levine. The two of them built this business together, apparently. Well, it definitely works like a well-oiled machine! And the prices are so reasonable. And John doesn't mind the fact that I talk too much, ask way too many questions, and generally speaking am a difficult customer, lol! He takes it all in stride, never losing his patience. Definitely take ALL of your tech devices to CPR SAUGUS!

I recently got my iPhone fixed at CPR. The screen was shattered and it wouldn't turn on, so I brought it in to have it looked at. I was immediately greeted by the nicest employees I have ever met and they fixed it in less than an hour. I had an amazing experience with Mike and staff. This was my first time in the store and I was very impressed with the storefront. I brought in an IPad Air with a broken screen, and my sons very old, very mangled iPhone 4. Mike was able to fix the screens on both devices, but was concerned about a flicker happening in the iPhone 4. He offered to swap the phone out with an iPhone 4s for the same price as it would be to fix the phone...and at a very reasonable cost and in record time! The customer service I received was TOP NOTCH. They communicated what they were doing along the way, they were very concerned about my data and making sure it was preserved, and they were completely transparent and honest with the diagnosis and repairs they would be doing. Professional, Honest, and a very positive experience. I would recommend this place to anyone who has been in the unfortunate situation of breaking their device.
