I went to CPR Brockton for a screen repair and they fixed it in 30 minutes while I waited. I went to another cell phone repair place and they messed my phone up, leaving out screws and other stuff, but CPR Brockton fixed.

The workers there are very nice and fixed my iPad up well. It had a led problem but they went beyond that. They repaired my cracked screen and gave me a screen protecter. My slightly jammed home button was unjammed. Overall I recommend this store.

I've been here about 2-3 times and my service was amazing every time. Took about 10-15 min to fix my broken iPhone 6 and was offered refreshments and snacks. Definitely recommend this over any other repair store.

Excellent service! used them twice; 1st time they repaired my iPhone that was almost ruined by my son's friend. He had tried to replace the battery and ended up screwing up the operating system. They fixed in no time -even when it looked hopeless they didn't give up! After my first experience with them, I brought my son's iPad to replace a broken screen which came out perfect...They even put on a free screen protector. Both of these are working great 6 months later!

These guys are honest and quick. My iPhone 6 wasn't charging so I thought I needed to repair the charge port which costs $70. But the reason it wasn't charging was because it had a lot of gunk/lint inside. So a $70 repair ended up being a free repair and I was in and out in 5 minutes. Thanks Darius!

My wife and I came here to get a replacement battery installed in her Motorola G4 plus. It's three years old now and she constantly had it plugged in. These new smart phones are a lot more difficult to change the battery then the older ones. And the technician took care of it in about 30 minutes while we waited and with him answering service questions from other customers the counter person couldn't answer. He showed me the new Motorola battery he was going to install before he started the job. I called the store a week prior and he told me that the battery would need to be ordered (we didn't need to make a payment for the ordered battery) and to call the store back in five days to make sure the battery was received before we head to the store to have the work completed. Very professional, polite and knowledgeable staff. Hopefully we will not need their services again, but if we do, we will not hesitate to come here to have service completed. Whether it's to have another battery replaced, a cracked case replaced, or to have a cracked glass replaced. We'll come here again!

Smashed my iphone on a tile floor. I use it for business so not having it wasn't an option. Dropped it off at CPR went next door to grab a taco. 20 min later it was good as new. New screen looks and makes it feel like a brand new phone. HIGHLY recommend!

Encountered a major issue with my PS4 a while back. Debated getting it fixed, after already purchasing another but I've decided to do so after looking into CPR. They looked reasonable and served as a better alternative to sending it to Sony. The staff wasn't very helpful at first but the owner quickly rectified the situation. I'm highly satisfied with the results but the customer service could have been better.

Stopped in yesterday to inquire about a screen repair on my phone. Chris advised me that he could do it in 15min. When he removed my screen cover he noticed that my screen cover was cracked not my actual phone screen. He cleaned my phone, installed new screen cover and saved me from the cost of a new screen. It is integrity like this that makes a business stand out. He did not have to inform me and could have sold me a new screen.....but he didn't. Cudos to CPR. Thank you for your outstanding service. Excellent customer service!!! I went in with an IPhone 5 that stopped working 2 years ago and I thought stopped working for good; It wasn't charging and I replaced it 2 years ago with a new phone. I recently stumbled on the DOA phone again, and brought it to CPR as a last resort before I was going to recycle it. Abdi (The owner) diagnosed the problem, repaired it, charged it, and gave me the phone back within 15 minutes working as good as new. The phone is now working again and I now have a backup phone. I asked him what the charge is, and he didn't charge me anything- Just a handshake. Nice guy! I'll be going to CPR cell phone repair from now on!

Gave excellent customer care & for those who question whether the warrant is reliable; I got my phone fixed there and after a while my screen was flickering , I wanted to bring it there but I didn’t know if they would live up to their warranty. My friend was like bring it they’re reliable with warranty I brought it there the other day and they fixed it & just cause they’re nice after already giving me a free screen protector they gave me another one , for being a good customer. Avoid losing your phone for weeks and overpaying your carrier for a repair or new phone!!! Over the weekend I accidently splashed some salt water on my Samsung Note 5 while maneuvering out of a boat, shortly after my screen began to flicker and turn black. A soft reboot (holding themail volume down and power button for 3 seconds) did nothing to permanently resolve the issue. My options were to try a factory reset and lose all my apps and data or send my phone into Verizon for repair where it wouldn't be returned to me for several weeks. Enter CPR Cell Phone Repair! The staff was polite and professional, and the technician was able to resolve my issue within 30 minutes. He even invited me into the back room to show me what had happened to my phone (some salt water had seeped it's way into my phone and left some corrosion on the LCD connector). He was able to clean the area with a cleaning solution and my phone is working like new! I highly recommend CPR Cell Phone Repair to anyone that is thinking about sending their phone into their carrier for repair (maybe only do it if you have some kind of coverage, but even then you will be without your device for an extended period of time). These guys were able to repair my device at no cost and did it in the timely manner. I will definitely be returning to them for future repairs and maintenance on all of my devices. Great job guys!
