Well, I run a store in Rehoboth, MA and I called At Home Computer Repair because my point of sale computer was not running, I also had printing issues... needless to say I was in bad shape... The technician's name was Joe he showed up ontime and replaced my power supply and fixed all my printing issues I had... I was impressed with his honesty, professionalism and knowledge to address the problems fast. I would definitely recommend At Home Computer Repair to anyone. We were having trouble getting multiple monitors hooked up to my wife's work computer. Joe was able to take care of that for us, as well as hook her computer to our main printer among other things. I had trouble with my printer. I called "at home computer" explained my problem to Joe. He first tried to get me going over the phone, when that did not work we set up a visit to resolve the issue. He arrived on time, immediately analyzed the issue and 30 minutes later I was up and running (My laptop, computer and two IPads). He did not try to sell me any "fancy" programs. This is the first time I used At home computer what a difference from the company I used for the past 4 years. I highly recommend him. Thank you

Joe cleaned up my computer, which was booting very sluggishly, explained what he was doing and why, downloaded a program (with my permission) that he recommended to keep it in good shape, and showed me some things I didn't know (and I am moderately computer-literate). The owner Joe, just came to my house to help me connect to the wireless network. This guy KNOWS his stuff. I was so afraid I would get ripped off, being a senior citizen, but he was so honest, straight forward and even helped me with a couple of other issues I was not aware of, within the hour he was here. He said what time he would be here and showed up exactly within the time frame. HE IS WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!!
