The staff here is so great and helpful. There was an issue with my transaction when I was trying to upgrade my phone, and over the course of a week the staff did everything in their power to help me and sort out the issue, and were extremely friendly. A big thank you to Matt, Jesse, Emely, RJ, Arley, Sam, and everybody else who worked with me this week! I appreciate all your hard work and hours on the phone with AT&T, and I’m very excited to finally have my new iPhone 11 Pro Max :-)

Worst costomer service experience, you have to wait 1-2 hours just to buy something. They have more employees hanging around just to make appointment and only 2 employees to help people buy. I bet you will have a better costomer service experience in a dollar store then in an apple store.

Awful service. Made an appointment for a repair that should have only taken 30 minutes. I got there ON TIME and still waited almost a half an hour to even speak to someone about my phone. After being told by numerous employees that I would be next they told me that this minor repair would still take 3+ hours because they over booked themselves. If you have an appointment for a repair booked that is going to take over an hour, the next available appointment shouldn’t be for the hour following that appointment. Not five minutes after that booking. They also told me that they “Wouldn’t call or text me when my phone was finished” and to just show up three hours later. And when I did show up those three hours later, my phone was still not completed and I had to wait an additional 30 minutes to recieve my phone and pay. I will not return to this store, tell all of my friends not to come to this store for anything, and if all other apple stores are the same way, I’ll be switching to Samsung

If you come here, clear your day. I don’t understand the business model of the this retail store at all. If the long wait is because of technical issues with customers getting their products fixed or what, then it seem like Apple should maybe open a few more stores and stop remodeling them. I came in last night to see how much I could get to trade-in my old Apple Watch. I was told only certain employees were able to do that and the wait would be about 40 min. The guy (no name tags) took my name and put me in queue. He told me to come back in 25 min. to check my wait time status. I did exactly as I was told and when I came back, that 40 minute wait (which should have been 15-20 min. at this point) stretched to 90+ minutes. Because Apple has so few stores, I had to drive 40 minutes to get here just to be told to just come back the next morning. When I asked if I could just make an appointment to inquire about the trade-in, I was told that I cannot make an appointment for that type of service. Then he said with the fakest smile, “Sorry but, uh, have a great day!” Then he gave me a thumbs up. This was not sincere, this was a total blow-off. I was also here last month getting my phone checked and was seen about a half an hour after my appointment. My iPhone X was having a lot of WiFi and cellular connection issues. The genius asked what the problem was and proceeded to interact with another employee as I spoke. Then he began the process of giving me a new phone (thank goodness I did a backup before leaving the house!). He didn’t ask if I backed it up recently or not and started wiping the old phone. At that point he asked with stars in his eyes how much I loved my iPhone X and looked pretty peeved when I said it was the buggiest iPhone I’ve ever owned and I had buyers remorse, perhaps I got a bad phone? After saying that, he said we were done and to finish setting it up at home. If you come here, make an appointment and be prepared for them to see you about 30+ minutes after the scheduled time. Do not make plans for after the appointment; you may be here longer than you think. Back-up your device before leaving home. Coming into the Apple store is an excercise in patience. Geniuses do not have any customer service skills, they do not know how to interact with customers, which is a shame as they are the face of the company when you walk through the door. They really need two types of stores: retail and service. Combining the two is ridiculous.

I went to apple store to figure out a problem with my iPad (bought on 2012), iPad charging adapter or charging cable. It was pretty busy store at 6 PM in the evening. A Manager came to me and asked about the problem. I had explained him about the problem. He told me about Apple Policy that Apple do not repair, they just replaces the devices meaning if there is a problem in my iPad, I will have to pay $299 and I will get a new but old generation iPad (which I am currently using) and he also suggested that its better to buy a new one as it is just $30 more meaning in $330 I will get a new one. I said lets try to see if there is a problem with charging adapter or cable then it would be even easy to just replace adapter or cable and he plugged in the iPad. As my iPad was discharged completely, he told me that it will take 15-20 minutes to get it is charged. I said I will wait and he plugged in the charger adapter. After around 15 mins he came back to me and said it is not taking enough current for charring and it seems like your iPad is dead and we can't do anything about it. I said it was working absolutely fine just before few months and nothing unusual happened to my iPad so what could have happened. He again told me about Apple policy of not repairing but replacing iPad and give my stuffs back saying we can not do anything with this except you buy new one or go for replacement. Then I went to BestBuy near Solomon Pond and meet the Geek Squad and a gentleman very nicely addressed my concern and kept my iPad back on charging spot again. After around 20 mins, he told me that your iPad is fine and only adapter is a problem. You can buy a new adapter and you will be fine. He actually charged my iPad for around 10%. Thanks to the Geek Squad. I did not like the thing about Apple is they did not attempted to change the different adapter to see it may be a problem with their adapter too because of that my iPad did not charge correctly but their emphasis was more towards help me getting new or replacement product.

Visited the store twice this week and unlike previous visits I experienced a lack of appreciation for the value of a customer's time and a lack of common sense. I should only have had to visit the store once, but it never occurred to the check-in agent to submit my iPhone that needed a new battery to the Service Dept for the replacement to be done while I waited the 1hr and 20 minutes for the technical person to appear and solve the problem with my second iPhone not recognizing my Bluetooth devices. Unable to stay, I had to return a second day for a 1 hr and 30 wait for the battery to be replaced. The solution to the Bluetooth connection problem was simply that I had to re-pair all my devices after moving everything from an older phone to this new phone; the Bluetooth connection info did not move to the new phone. You would think that such basic information would have surfaced with an on-line search and a 20 minute conversation with the on-line technical person. Sigh!!

This store Intentionally destroyed my phone in an attempt to sell me a new one- My phone screen was heavily damaged, so much so to the point where it was becoming disconnected. Only the home button worked in order to access Siri. All I needed was a new screen. After waiting an hour, this store returned the phone to me with the same screen citing water damage to the phone, however, now the home button was not functional as well rendering the entire phone obsolete. When I took the phone to the kiosk outside they opened it and saw that the home button had literally been ripped off and was being held in place by the screen. I spoke with the manager of the apple store numerous time and all he said is that my only option was to pay $300 for a new phone. I got this problem fixed in 15mins for $75 at that kiosk and the phone works like brand new. Deceitful behavior by this apple store. If only Steve Jobs could see what his company is doing now...

Hi, I visited Apple Store in Solomon pond mall, MA today - 06/27/2017 to exchange my iPad USB cable, customer representative asked me to wait for 20 mins, I stayed for 30 mins, but no one came to help me. Then I approached one of the representative, they told can't help me right now and come after 1 hour. It's shows that, if anyone visit for product repair or issues, not getting proper response from representative than people come to buy new products. Its horrible experience I faced today with this Apple Store. My rating is 1 out of 5.

Had a great customer service experience at the Apple Store last night (Solomon Pond Mall). The moment I walked in a rep approached me, asked how he could help and directed me to another rep who entered my info into the system in order to log an appointment which at that time would have a 45 minute wait time. He did suggest that I hang out for about 10 mins to see if something opens up. A couple of minutes later a young lady came over to see if she could quickly look at the issue in order to see if she could fix it so that I didn't have to wait (couldn't get the charger into the charging port - looked like a piece of metal was causing a blockage). She took it in the back to work on it. During that time the original rep talked with me, as well as, with a couple of other customers he was helping. Ten minutes later the young lady came back with a fixed phone. She said she wasn't sure what the blockage was because it sort of disintegrated when she dislodged it. She thought it might have been some sort of food.I was embarrassed

I came into the store with my friend earlier today. He was having issues with his new iPhone 7, it kept crashing and was having problem with the audio (insert lack of aux port joke here). After just a 10 minute wait, we got to meet up with one of the friendliest Genius techs ever. I mean seriously, the guy was one of the friendliest, most down to Earth, and professional individuals I've ever had the privilege to meet. It was the best customer service I have ever received and I wasn't even the customer. It made me, a long time and staunch android supporter, literally consider getting an iPhone just because of how excellent the technician was. 10/10 recommend this place and would definitely recommend asking for Bryan if he's still around by the time you read this. Bryan if you're reading this, keeping being awesome.

After a series of automated voice stuff, I sat on hold for 15 minutes. Today i was able to work with a polite professional employee /college student named Jon Super.I had lost some info and was locked out of my iPhone. Jon spent over an hour with me helping me to find the info i needed to get my phone working again.The info was available on my ipad at home which Jon help me to get . Apple is a far cry from the level of quality that made it famous. the check-in process was a mess. The employee we talked with about the check-in messed things up and after half an hour of waiting, upon asking why people who came after us received service whole we waited, we learned that our appointment was canceled for not showing up, despite arriving on time and never leaving the place where we were told to wait. Despite the phone showing defects (the screen becoming unglued from its base) we were not offered any kind of remedy. The service we got (battery replacement) was relatively cheap, but warranties were weak compared to what they used to be.

Don’t bother paying to keep your devices under warranty, because they will still charge you a crazy amount to get devices fixed. It’s cheaper to buy a new product then to repair your current one. Absolutely crazy .

Although this place has always fixed any of my NUMEROUS problems with Apple products for free or a somewhat low price, they are chronically slow. Like as in Grandfather-aged snail on heroin slow....... Today we have been waiting in the store for over 2 hours and these red shirted turds have not even looked at my phone yet. The way it works here is they have one person with an iPad at the front of the store to check you in or 90% of the time direct you to the 2nd person with an iPad at the back who is always the most busy. There will ALWAYS be a line for this 2nd iPad person and the obviously moronic managers of Apple can’t figure out how bad this system sucks. The technicians are great, there just AREN’T enough of them.... who wants to spend several days of your life, I mean hours upon hours waiting for your devices to be repaired in an Apple store? No one has time for this.

Like all apple stores, streamline and neat. Took my daughter to get a new iphone 10 in blue. Very helpful with the whole process of upgrading and transferring everything over. Had to do a new firmware update while there, but that went fine. Cost of new phones are out of control but that's what happens when everyone has to buy one instead of holding off, maybe then you will see a price drop.

I have a small question to the people who are reading this (I really want apple to read it). When you carry 2 or 3 or etc gadgets of this multi billion company, and wish to talk abt all the 3 gadgets, do you think we have to make that many appointments ???? Ok let's assume we do it. It's not mandatory to get all the three appointments right after the other. So then do we need to wait there for all those three appointment times to get your work done. YES ! you heard it right. These sober people working inside can't fix all your problems at once. They keep you wait for your next device repair appointment. When Apple was out in 2007 I was so amazed to be a part of its family but now I'm being bullied by the staff and being hopeless and they give no-care answers when you request to do all that work at one time I also said I have kids waiting at home but still they stand by their nasty policy Disappointed so badly and I'm feeling sad why did I buy all these Apple products when I don't get good support

Listen fools, I was playing a deep game with one of your iMessage games called, Cup Pong. When my friend hit the pong in the last cup, I had the opportunity for a redemption. I hit the pong into the cup. Then suddenly it didn’t count it and said YOU LOSE, with that losing sound it makes when you lose an iMessage game. So Apple I’m saying this to you. You better fix your game cuz im not boutta be taking Ł’s like that left and right. It’s not only on Cup Pong. I’ll be playing pool when I hit the Ball into one of the holes, it’ll just comes right back outta the hole. I had to get a new battery for my iPhone. I got an appointment when I walked in, and it was done in an hour. The staff was very friendly and I asked a lot of questions. I also talked to them about trading in an old iPhone but did not. And even though I kept my old phone and bought nothing new, they never tried to up sell me or make me feel bad about not buying anything. I will definitely recommend this store to my friends. And the next apple purchase I make will definitively be there. Very great customer service. And the people who work there are awesome!

I have been here twice in the last couple of months with my friend due to phone issues. Although the wait stinks sometimes, all the people who have taken care of us have been phenomenal. Really bad experience. They refused to replace a broken screen even after we agreed to pay the full price of repair. They cited water damage and quoted a new price 300$.. This is a phone that is just over an year old and we have never had any water entering. I phone sensors are known to turn colors due to moisture condensation and basically at the end of the day, we were turned back helpless.

I went to the Apple store to get my iPhone 8 repaired after I accidentally broke the screen in the lower left corner. Was super stressed about it, seeing that I was only in the area for a few more days! Went to the Apple store, where they helped me immediately! They set up an appointment for me at which I waited only a few minutes! The woman who helped me was so kind and helpful, she told me to come back in an hour and a half, took the phone to the back and that was that. I came back when they told me to, and a few minutes after I returned, they brought back the completely fixed phone! It was such a pleasant experience, major thank you to everyone at the store!!!

They have hella cool stuff and man the sales team is top notch. They know how to sell apple. Whenever I go into the store I am greeted by almost everyone just to see if they can help me with anything. This is my apple store and I will always come to this location. My favorite rep is Nico go see him if you need anything done.

I called Apple headquarters re: policies on battery replacement for iPhone 6. They were pleasant and gave me a case number. However, when i tried to schedule an appointment because I work, I was placed in a loop with zero human contact after three attempts and holding for quite some time. EXTRAORDINARILY inefficient and frustrating service. Who's the manager of this store?

I went to this store to buy the apple care product. They wanted the serial number, so they kept it on the wooden table. So far so good. The support tech. asked for additional help , from the one standing on the other side of the table. That person rotated the MacBook Pro (he should have thought of hard surface on which MacBook was kept)and gave a nice finishing scratch to the Apple logo.

I went there couple times for my phone repairing. I had iphone 6S plus. My battery was not working very well, but they repaired very even my phone was broken. The associate was eager to help me very much. And it impressed me so much actually.

So I came in after Apple spent 4 days of calls on it. My AirPods aren't working, no big deal. I Had to suggest a Apple store visit because they kept having me just do the same thing from 8 different technicians. So I had a appointment at 12:55, this place is half empty. It's 1:40... still no one to help me? The 6 people who checked in after me got someone already but they can't find me somebody? Selective service I guess. Surprised my first time to the Apple store closest to my house was so poorly handled. Also in the 4 days of calls they sent emails claiming to have tried to call me but no calls in the log. I reached out and they just kept bringing me back to day 1 step 1, rather than move forward to other solutions.

These geniuses are like 5 years old kids, telling me due to aftermarket screen all my cameras stopped working, are you serious? Since I did the latest IOS update it ruined my phone, and now they are asking $600 to replace my iPhone X, while I can buy the same phone on Amazon for $500. A total rip off.

Horrible customer service experience. I own an iPhone 7. There is a known and admitted firmware issue with this phone and Apple wants $150 to fix it..when its firmware... When I was told the cost of repair I mentioned to the rep that Verizon Online Chat told me it’d be free to fix so I pulled up my email with a copy of the chat and showed him, his response to this was that it would normally be free but because I have a 3rd party’s replacement screen on my phone they won’t fix their firmware for free because they “can’t guarantee that the display will work with another vendors glass.” To me it seems like Apples excuses and BS to ensure they become a trillion dollar company without standing by their product. Personally I think a good and proper customer service experience would tell me that the glass is unrelated or that they’ll put Apples glass on at no charge or any one of the possible ways of showing customers that they are valued and wanted. I was obviously very upset and told my rep I’d be buying an Android, there was no apologies from him, no fighting to keep the customer happy, nothing at all. It’s no wonder I go to a third party for a screen replacement, they’re more cost worthy and provide you with a wonderful customer service experience.

This apple store tried to help but I always find the service in Chestnut Hill or Natick to be superior! Marlborough was not able to fix my problem on the spot and will require me to return in two weeks for two hours for the battery repair! Other Stores are usually more efficient.

I don’t recommend this place to anyone that needs help . Let me tell you a little bit about my situation I have an iPhone XR that overheating and powering off and sometimes freezing . So I drive an hour and 30 minutes to apple store . To just have to sit for five hours to get Help they asked me what my problem was I told them and they said let’s just restart it completely that process took 5 min so then I said I would like a replacement and he said well first go home and see if The Device overheats agin my phone got so hot to the point we’re I dropped it hot Now what if my phone caught on fire in my sleep all bc you Refuse To give me a replacement so then he said well bc the screen is cracked you have to pay 200 dollars smh nope didn’t go back went some went somewhere Else to a different apple store and got a new phone with no problems

Awful customer service. If you want to be insulted and treated like an incompetent idiot come here, otherwise stay away. Young man attempting to help me get a battery replacement asked me to sign in to my Apple ID. Before I even got a chance to type in my password he helpfully said “Remember! It’s at least 8 characters and has a capital and a number!” Young man repeated this multiple times as I struggled to remember a complicated password I haven’t used in weeks. I repair PC’s for a living and know what a password is and contains! My experience with this store went downhill further the longer I stayed and they didn’t even get my battery replaced. After waiting over an hour for my appointment I was then told it would take at least 2 more hours to accomplish. Not happy or impressed. Wish I could give NO STARS.

Wouldn't even give this a star. The service was terrible. the wait time was outrageous considering how many employees were there. The guy I went to try and check in with was gossiping with a friend knowing I was waiting behind her for help. Then the same guy ended being the tech support employee who was suppose to help fix my phone and instead sent me home saying there is not anything he can do until my phone is completely not working, fails the test while attached to his own computer and basically useless. Thank you for nothing.

Completely useless staff. Went in and waited over two hours for a 9 PM appointment. I asked two people for a status update of when I would be seen, both told me should still be on time...waited in store from 8 onward. 9 came and went..asked another guy to check at 9:30 and he said they didn't know I was there. ????????....ridiculous. I was one of two customers left in the store.They couldn't help me because I don't know my password and I have to wait to reset it. They couldn't have told me this three hours prior.

They treat non apple care customers better than people who have apple care, place does not make me feel like a valued customer. Cannot count the number of wasted times driving back and fourth from this store and all they say is "sorry". Time to move away from Apple anyways, their hardware in their 2015/16 models are from 2012 and they mark it up double.
