The waiting times at this store, to see a "guru" can be incredible - no matter the reason. I was severely interested in seeing that at no point were we offered any better option, whether coming back later or finding another solution. Cleanliness is OK. There have been a couple times that we've been to the store and it was a bit messy.

i have gone to apple store several times in few years never had an issue my latest was today i had an appointment to replace my 6s battery within an hour they told me it wasnt just the battery issue but the whole phone apple replaced with a new iphone at no cost i didnt even have apple care. The staff were friendly and some of them asked if i needed help with something.

Scheduled an appointment to get a battery replacement a week in advance, came into the store, the guy at the genius bar told me that they don't have any batteries in store at the moment and it'll take up to 3 weeks to order one. Very unsatisfying service.

They have free courses for the whole family , this is priceless, my 2 little ones had learn a lot of new stuff, from pictures, photos, videos, coding, etc... Now I realized how.much more you can do with the Apple iPhone or iPad. Go.to apple today to find the courses.

I have been to this store so many times I can't keep count. Yes I have spent an hour in there, maybe even more sometimes but it's not as bad as most of the reviews say. Those are one time bad experiences, which happens with any business. The longest I ever waited for my scheduled-in-advance appointment to start was 20 minutes and when the guy came to help me he was extremely apologetic for the wait. I have never had a problem with any of the staff at this store. They are efficient, extremely helpful, and very kind at this store. I would give a different rating for Apple itself but not for this individual store. Phones, computers, iPads are very difficult products to deal with and the store staff does a great job of fixing any problems you have.

Disappointing service. Son brought his laptop in for repair as my son spilled a small amount a liquid on the trackpad and it stopped working properly. The sales person indicated they were too busy to take walk-ins and suggested he come back the next morning and drop it off for repair. When he arrived the next day, the sales person told him because he didn't have an appointment he could not drop off the laptop and he would have to wait.He told them the situation and couldn't wait but they wouldn't take the system. I made an appointment and went back later in the afternoon and had the system looked at. While the repair person was very nice, he told me it needs a new trackpad but he couldn't replace it unless I agreed to a flat $800 fee to have the system inspected for spills. I looked at him and said, you realize this only needs a new trackpad and he and said, yeah but I cannot replace it without sending it out to have the system checked and spill damage repaired. I also asked about replacing the plastic display clutch cover. The repair person said, it comes with the display and he would have to replace the display. I knew better and I said thanks but no thanks and took the system home and repaired it myself. For $49 bucks I got a new trackpad and another $10 a new display clutch cover. All works great and saved myself ~$740. I don't like the feeling they were trying to take advantage of me. Felt like I needed a shower after the whole experience.. SMH, just a horrible all around experience.

Besides having to wait more then 3 times the amount of time they "estimated" we would wait, there was also no garuntee they could help. Most of the employees were dull or smug, which made the set up of the store very uncomfortable. Save yourself the frustration, just call Apple Support or go ANYWHERE else.

I read many of the reviews for this store and hesitated bringing my computer in for a check-up. It is true the store is always packed and no one seems to know where to go or who to see to get help/questions answered. They redirect you to different people only to find yourself sent back to where you started-at the desk! I did have an appointment and I only felt like a human when Zach came up-introduced himself-put his hand out to shake mine-and then asked me my concerns regarding my computer. He answered all of my questions. I went in with the intention of replacing my battery. Zach checked my computer system and suggested that I really didn't need a new battery at this time and he wouldn't change it quite yet if it was his computer. He ran other system checks and said everything was in good working order. Asked if I had any other questions. Hate the store but was so pleased with Zach's professional manner and presentation. I think I will specifically ask for Zach if I have the need to go into the store again.

I've loved the way apples products run obviously because of how easy and incomparably secure they are. Unfortunately I've had several problems with phones that were not caused by me (they were defects). The latest problem I had was with a phone that was just barely over a month old. I was just simply holding my phone and all of a sudden a single hairline cracked down my screen. To me this wasn't that big of a problem because it didn't spider or affect its function or led. Though being an active person my phone gets bounced around a lot so I figured I'd go to apple sooner rather than later. I went to the Apple Store the very next morning and met with a very pleasant guy who was probably early- mid 20's (sorry pal I forgot your name) who was extremely kind and helpful. He explained that it was simply and imperfection in the glass and that it cracked due to temperature change. He assured me it wasn't my fault, informed me it was covered under warranty, and reserved a spot for me for the next 5 days so I wouldn't have to wait when I came back to have the screen replaced. Trip number one was awesome. Unfortunately we came back Monday morning and were there right when they opened the doors. I was greeted well by a very pretty ginger (sorry forgot your name too) and then met with a girl named either Melanie or melody. This is where my experience went from great to terrible. She mumbled, was not very converstional, and was quite frankly rude. Now I know that absolutely no one wants to deal with normal people who don't necessarily understand Apple (or any) technology at 10am on a Monday but she treated me like I was an idiot which, sorry Mel, I'm not. I love apple products and have learned a lot about them. I asked her if there had been any problems with screen replacements not being secure/popping out of the iPhone 6's (I had previously had this problem with another phone). Her response? *very rude and degrading tone* "Um actually were apple so no. You're going to get the exact same screen." Oh really?? You're apple?? I didn't know that from driving an hour to specifically get here, then walking under the giant apple sign, with my $800 apple phone that is broken because of an apple mistake, and being greeted with "hi welcome to apple how can I help you". I OBVIOUSLY didn't know that I was standing in an Apple Store!! Because what's a multi-billion world dominating company anyway? I'm clueless. I told her that I had previously had an apple phone that had the screen replaced at an Apple Store and they ultimately gave me a new phone because the screen kept popping out and she acted like I was being dumb. Even if my valid and very simple question was dumb, she's in customer service and most definitely should've had a better attitude. She took my phone, said come back in 30 minutes, and didn't say thank you or even you're welcome when I thanked her. She didn't say have a good day. She was extremely rude which in text is not very easy to convay but her body language, facial expressions, tone of voice, and seeming to not care was all very evident while in the store. Often companies will be surprised when a customer complains about a particular worker or whatever but I also work in customer service and know people have bad days- unfortunately, a bad day is no excuse for that kind of attitude. Everyone else was extremely pleasant however, and I have not had any problems with my phone since.

Horrible Experience, the Staff does not have the required skills. Apple support as well also horrible. If you ask more questions, they will hung up the call :-( As per Apple store, The watch was supposed to be fixed 3-5 days but they took more than 3 weeks. Moreover, Apple communicated repair is complete and product is available in day or two but it’s not available for 2 weeks. No one knows what happened to the watch for 2 weeks (both store and Apple support).

The genius bar service reps are not technically qualified at all. I brought a phone in to replace the battery since I knew the battery was the problem. They told me the charging port was bad and the port could not be replaced since it was part of the MB. According to them, all I could do was to buy a new one. Totally BS since the lightning port could be replaced if that was the problem. They are just sales person (not good ones either) instead of tech support. I took the phone to a 3rd party repair shop and it only took 10 mins to replace the battery and the phone worked like new! Shame on Apple!

The Natick store service is horrible. I made an appointment a week ago to have the battery replaced. I get to the store and the person said oh no this appointment is only to test the phone. I said no my appointment says replace the battery. The battery won't last more than a few hours, he said oh ya you'll need a new battery. He laughed and said we don't have any battery's here you need to reverse one. I was so pissed, I said you can't replace this battery today? Nope you'll need to make another appointment to have it replaced. Every time I enter this store I swear I won't be back, the service from Apple is beyond horrible. Its nothing but a scam, I won't be back and will look to purchase a new phone elsewhere. If only the big bosses of Apple new how bad their business is being operated by morons.

A messy place, the employee at the entrance told me the estimated waiting time will be 5 min. After 7 min I asked what's going on... he told me I'm first in line. In the meantime, after another 7 min I found an apple watch on a table and I found my answers by myself. When I decided to go, finally an apple employee came to help me. Better to do your research online or be prepared to wait at apple store in Natick!

The worst experience i have ever had. I got absolutely brand new phone in March from apple store (7plus-the latest model by that time), I paid around 1000 $ and after purchase i realized that nobody could hear me, went to apple store and after diagnostics they found out that the microphone is defective (so i paid 1000 $ for broken phone) instead of being ashamed of selling messed up phone and being sorry, the employees behaved as if they are doing a favor to me, as if they are helping me with some MY problem not theirs and they gave me refurbished phone, so i got refurbished phone for 1000 $. And that is not the end of story. The new phone they gave instead of first one had an issue with camera it wasn’t working. And the very next day i went back saying: “are you guys kidding me giving me another messed up phone” . They checked again and gave me another phone (so third phone) and they behaved like as if it is normal and supposed to be like that. The phone i’ve got eventually was better than previous ones but the touch of the screen started freezing after a month, and i said to myself: “i’ll try to handle with this phone until the warranty is over and then i will buy different product because i don’t want to go to the apple store again and waste my precious time” . Then after some period of time the phone went worse and i just couldn’t text anything, it could just stop working at all at any time and then work properly like there never was an issue, and the touch didn’t work untill i didn’t turn that off and back on. And i said that’s enough, i can’t stand this anymore. I went to the store in natick mall, saying that it was my third iphone, i told the employee my issue and she checked the phone and instead of fixing my issue, she started claiming that i am a liar and they don’t have my history in their system and my phone has never been changed. I said are you kidding me? First i am not a liar (and i had proof, my receipts from apple store that they sent me previously on work they did). And it doen’t matter how many times you changed my phone, i came with your product that has an issue and your company has to fix that, i am just shocked how people are not ashamed of service they provide,on one hand the company is producing very low quality products (apple is not anymore that company it used to be, it is not better than any other cheap chinese company)on the other hand unqualified employees call customers liars instead of being ashamed of product they sold they started blaming me that it is all my fault, yes it is my fault that i got something from you. So after all of this i told i am not a liar and i showed my receipts on what they said they are sorry, and they eventually found my history in the system, they made a diagnostics and it said that the phone seems to be fine, and they just said they can do nothing, because their system shows that everything is fine. So apple guys you really need to work on your systems, because first - your system didn’t show my history and you called me a liar (which wasn’t true and i proved that) second- you are saying that the system is saying screen is fine however it is not fine at all, you should first check all your systems on how they work and only then check other people’s issues). At the end they suggested me to fix the screen, i just don’t understand why you wanna change the screen if your system says the screen is fine, where is sense? And why should i get my screen fixed? Why? Did i pay 1000 for fixed phone? I could buy fixed phone for 400 the most expensive, i paid that amount of money to get that highest quality to have the highest level of service, i paid guys for your service, but unfortunately i wasted my money because you cost none. Very unhappy, my last experience with this company.

I cannot say enough good things about this store and the staff. My 90 y/o Dad lives alone and very close to the store, his aging iMac is his connection to the world and, as happens, he sometimes gets things a little out of sorts. Whenever he has an issue he loads his iMac up in the car, drive to the mall and without excpetion, the techs and staff at this store treat him with kindness and respect. They address his issues and get him on his way. I am 3000 miles away and it makes me feel good knowing that he is taken care of

A mixed bag in here. I can see where customers who've spent dearly on their apple products would be put off by the place. I can't imagine waiting for service on a broken piece on my $2500, 2-month old laptop. I'd be livid and start hammering a manager. Thankfully, I didn't spend a nickel yet. I was looking to get questions answered on if I could install an evaluation copy of Mac OS-X in a virtual machine on my windows laptop and try it out, acclimate myself to it, in preparation for a possible near future purchase of a Mac book. On two occasions, 2 younger guys were decent to talk with about it. But another occasion in particular, I was referred to the store manager and asked her the same question. She looked me in the eye and said that my inquiry would be put in the hands of a local director of store operations. I mean she typed it right there in front of me on her IPAD. She said that I would get a follow-up email or phone call from this person. Never happened. Blown-off. I later came back to the store, told a genius the situation and about my as-yet-unanswered , perfectly legitimate nquiry. I asked if she was in, and if I could speak with her. He came back, after apparently speaking with her. She didn't want to bother. If you're not there ready to pull the card out and be sold, upgraded, or otherwise walked into something expensive on the spot, they'll blow you right off or put you way down the list.

A person other than me went to get her MacBook looked at, and made a Genius appointment. We knew the laptop was probably fried permanently, but wanted the final diagnosis. We went in and saw a line of 4 to 5 people that had appointments. Their idea of how to humor us was to invite us to play on the various devices while we waited for what turned out to be an hour. It took me, an avid fan of Apple a long time to get this person to invest in her laptop, and I found the whole scene and staff insulting. The Natick Collection (the mall its in) is snooty enough without them adding to it. We'll be taking our imminent business to another Apple Store. They need to get their act together.

Called store today - transferred to Apple "care support", in CALIF -asked for info about how to fix broken screen - Apple employee COULD NOT GET THE STORE TO ANSWER HER CALL - was on Hold for 12 minutes - Apple rep apologized because even she could not get the store to answer the phone.

It took 3 days of numerous visits and phone calls to unscramble what the store support told me to do, like Comcast was the only support for the airporter, and to all Comcast to connect the new I phone to the existing wi-fi...I did until I was dizzy. Comcast sent out a technician to my house and he could not understand why Apple Natick Collection store repeatedly told me to contact Comcast for help. Finally on day three, late in the day, called the store again, explained the problem again about not able to connect to wi fi with out the passcode. That person, got me over to a real Technician who immediately knew how to find the password, all there in black and white. With my help in following his direction, we found the password and then I was connected to my Wi-Fi. Amazing, difficult experience dealing with the Apple Store personnel, who act like they know what they are ding. I have bought several computers, i pads and i phones and have had computers for 20 years....I find the Stores very daunting places to need help from the people there.Apple Care is much better. The 100.00 dollars I spent three times is not the same as Apple Care...,also 100.00. Two different things, One on One and Apple Care.With Apple care, you buy the Care for each product, One purchase will not cover I pad, Computer and I Phone.

I own multiple Apple devices b/c of Apple's Customer service. Went to this place with a problem haunting for months. Genius bar is a joke. You wait hours before your turn and then when you are up support tries really hard to send back blaming everything but their product. If you escalate you run into an arrogant manager who will make things worst. Avoid this place. Why is Apple quiet?

I had an iPhone and I went there to get it fixed and they said it was just a faulty camera. So then a few weeks later the same problem occurred and it was also on the apple restart screen and wouldn’t switch off. I went there again and they replaced my phone, however, the phone they replaced it with had a similar issue and we had to go again. They said it was a software issue even though the software they used to check it said it wasn’t either time. They then told me I had to erase all data and I did. Unsurprisingly, they were wrong, and it still was broken.

I tried to get a replacement battery for my iPhone 6. Tried chat twice, waited 10 minutes each time but got no response. I called the support phone number. On hold for 10 minutes, rep Tracy answered and then disconnected me. Even though she had my number, no return call. Called again. Another 7 minutes wait on hold. Rep told me it would be at least a 2 week wait to get a replacement battery. So basically if you have an iPhone 6 and your battery dies, you would be without a phone for 2 weeks. My whole family has owned all the Apple products iPhone, iPad, MacBook since the beginning. Apple used to be a great, leading edge company. I’m very sad to say this is no longer true. Selling all my APPL stock tomorrow.

This place looks amazing after the remodeling. I’ve always felt very comfortable visiting this store. Very friendly staff and great techs. I had an issue with my laptop and they had it fixed in no time. 5 stars for sure!

I went in to the Apple store in the Natick Collection to have them replace the battery on my ipod. They told me that they could not do that without first having me set up a appointment with a "genius" at a future date to diagnose the issue....which I didnt need help diagnosing. After explaining to them it was 1.5 hour round trip for me to get to the store, and showing them the issue, which they agreed was a "battery related issue", and my offer to pay for the repair in advance, they still told me no. I would never go to this store for any service related issues. If 0 stars were an option, I would have used that. They are a waste of time !

APPLE'S customer care is awesome when I visit one they act very friendly and I have visited there so many times that employees knows me by my name. It's an awesome feeling. I really like apple and recently I got the iPad 6th generation with apple pencil and it's awesome thousand times better than my android. By the way Apple is the richest company in the world having $934 billion net worth.

If you can get anything done online do it and do NOT go to the store in Natick, MA. The service is bad and they couldn't order a replacement battery for a week and they lie about it . I think Apple hires freaky looking folks to convince customer that they're geeks and they're not. And i think Apple should really call them anything but "Genius"...

I payed for a replacement phone which was over 300$... The replacement phone they gave me, was defective and did not work. I went back, and they are making me wait several days to have a new phone. So they take my 300 some dollars and I have a broken iPhone. How does that make sense? How does Apple not have any iPhone 6's in inventory, isn't the phone their product? Absolutely poor service.

Terrible customer service. My parents went in to get me and my sister 2 Apple watches. All they wanted to know was the difference in wrist bands. Instead, employees disregarded them, and when they did answer them, they were condescending and rude. Save yourself some time and order your products online. Apple, you should save yourself some money and hire fewer sales associates. 1. You'll save a ton of money. 2. They do nothing.

Great service! My 2012 MBP was having an issue with connecting to my hard drive, and I correctly diagnosed the issue to begin with as a SATA cable failure: prompting a reservation (online) and subsequent trip to the Apple Store. Although it did take a while for this problem to be verified by the Genius Bar, they fixed the issue for free, since Apple had recognized this problem with my laptop model. In short, the technicians were sociable and spoke concisely, and fixed up my computer faster than any alternate repair shop could have, all without having to pay a cent.

The battery on my MacBook Pro was shot, didn't hold a charge for more than two hours, so I took it to the Genius Bar to get replaced. They did the work quickly, I only was without my computer for 1 day, but to my surprise, when I charged up the new battery to 100% and unplugged the chord, it said ONLY 2 hours and 21 minutes remaining of battery life. This was with the screen dimmed and the keyboard lights all the way off. They charged me $99 plus tax for this and it doesn't seem to have done anything. This was originally a 6 hour battery! I would have thought they would have checked this. Now I have to set up another appointment, schlep back over, and basically go through this again with them. Frustrating. Apple store techs should check to make sure repairs actually have repaired what was broken.

I ordered online and used Ship to Store and it went perfectly. My order came in earlier than the original date and the final shipping notice gave the correct date it arrived. The reviews here are ridiculous but DEFINITELY make an appointment. I did and was in and out in 10 minutes. They are always busy. My appointment was at 1:35 on a Tuesday (scheduled the previous evening) and the place was packed when I got there. I was treated very courteously and my issue was addressed without delay. I also watched them accommodate a woman who was 25 minutes late for her training session. If you just wander in there without an appointment you are obviously at the whims of their already packed schedule. Plan ahead and you will be fine.

I was experiencing issues with my laptop charger and battery and made an appointment. They took me right away (it was mobbed too) and the person I met with immediately brought it in the back to do a diagnostic test. After he came back, he said he reset the SMC and everything was running smoothly. I asked them to check the charger and they insisted this wasn't the issue and that resetting the SMC fixed the issue. Unfortunately, when I got home, the charger still was not charging the battery nor was it even functioning as a power adapter, so I made another appointment. Again, they took me right away, and the new person I met with took one look at the charger and told me it was broken. Even thought I was two months passed my warranty, he gave me a new charger for free for the hassle of having to come back, which really impressed me. Both people I met with (along with the greeters) could not have been friendlier and given the madhouse that place is (think lots of kids running around with iPads and iPhones) it was kind of incredible how friendly and sane they all were!

This is not really related to this specific store, but I have feedback for a call to the Natick store that I believe was routed to an offsite call center. I just phone the # listed for the natick store, needing to pick up a replacement I-phone tonight. I spoke to someone who told me they can take care of everything tonight and to come into the Natick location. We are in the middle of heavy snow and I asked specifically twice if the store was open and I was assured they were open. So I drove to the mall (~30 mins one way) to find the store had been closed for several hours already. Would be nice if the call center actually checked if a location is open before telling a customer with no uncertainty that they were.

I brought my iMac desktop computer to the Apple store in Natick MA in order to fix an issue with the computer not showing a display. They took the computer for further diagnostics and said it would take 3-5 business days to get back to me, they called two days later saying that the issue was my graphics card and to replace it would cost me $250 plus labor and if I would be ok with that, I told them to go ahead with the repair and fix the computer. They called me again a few hours later refusing to repair because they noticed the computer had been opened previously, they are refusing to repair and I am unable to purchase the part I need to fix this problem because Apple will not sell me the part that I need. My issue here is that Apple has all the means to fix this problem very easily, and they have refused service only because I had opened the computer and added an extra hard drive, I just would like to pay for a simple repair which consists of exchanging a damaged graphics card in my unit which they are able to do at any repair center, also I will not be able to fix this problem since Apple does not sell their parts to regular customers. I would like them to replace the bad graphics card in my unit and charge me for the part and the service according to what their diagnostic and estimate had previously been established.

Held my phone hostage after doing a repair without discussing the cost. Their solution was to put the broken screen back on to my phone, which was broken in three new places (after it was removed from my phone). I was told by an associate it would be covered. They were very harsh and unbending. I have never in all my years with apple had an experience this bad. They have lost a lifetime customer & very clearly did not care about that fact. I would recommend Solomon Pond Mall or any other local Apple location.

During a visit to the store last week, I asked about making an appointment to fix my cracked screen. An employee and a manager (Julie) told me that they do not make appointments, it is first come first served. "You cannot call ahead, you must walk into the store." Today I made a trip to the mall with my 3 small children to drop off my phone and wait while it is fixed. The check-in woman asked me if I had called ahead to make a reservation?!!! Apparently you CAN call a head and reserve a time with a technician so you can check in the phone and do paperwork. Because I was given wrong information AGAIN it adds another hour to the wait time just to check it in. I can't understand why all the employees can't be update on store policies.

Twice now my fiancee has gone in to this store to buy a new phone and both times the "genius" has royally messed up. The first time they miscounted her money and told her she paid less than what she gave them, and then gave her the run-around until they realized that they were at fault. Then she went in to get a new phone worth 800$+ and the "genius" who to his point was sociable, butalso admitted to never have done an exchange before, exchanged the phones without inserting the Sim card and said that everything was all set. Then as we were leaving the store he pulled.my fiancee aside and asked her for her help because he had forgotten to reset old phone. Well she got home went to activate it, everything was going great so she decided to double check everything by making a call and text, and what pops up?? "No Sim card detected". Opened the slot and what do you know...no Sim card detected. She then called apple support because the store was closed and support said it was her fault for.not reminding the "genius"

Horrible Experience, the Staff does not have the required skills. They said the Phone is Bent or Damaged which was not the issue. The issue was with the Battery which was bad and were very well Handled by the Apple Store ate Solomon Pond Mall. .. My Advise .. Please don't go to this Apple location and look for other Apple stores nearby. Also don't take what they have to say please concern with other apple stores. The people in this store are horrible and have no Knowledge about phones.

Completely unacceptable customer service. I sat at the Genius Bar for about 15 minutes and was never greeted. I walked out disgusted! I will now have to drive to another location since the service here is inferior. I am out raged I own a Iphone 7, I payed over 1000 for and I am on my second one already and still having issues. Now, no service as if I don't matter, because Apple already has the money. I'm sure Greed and margins have been the reason for the poor quality of the new iPhone 7, very sad and I'm sure Steve Jobs is outraged and doubt I would be typing this if he was still here. Management needs to step up big time or Apple might be in big consumer trouble (iPhone 7 sales slumping). I'm done.

I have come to this location for a few separate issues and have always been guided nicely. This is a busy business and if you think you are going to come in- be tended to and get out in ten, think again. They really take time to get to the bottom of things, which means you must make an appointment or set some time aside. Their tech support is super knowledgeable and great.

A plethora of problems with Apple and their stores: - MacBook battery poor performance for months and completely dead (machine will not turn-on) inside of first 2 years. - Appointments at stores booking 3 days out (I use my computer for business this is unacceptable) - I walk into store and state "my computer doesn't work, I suspect a dead batter." Over 90 minutes later a Genius Bar tech announces with surprise in his voice, "it's your battery," before offering several apologies about the amount of time it has taken to diagnose. - Waste of time, poor service, etc. etc. etc. - Favorite part......"thanks for being cool about the long wait time today, Man."

Very disappointing service last night at the Apple Store. Although polite, the technician that worked with me seemed to have zero knowledge of the iPhone 6. I have an iPhone 6 which stopped charging and as a result cannot turn on; from my reading online it seems like that can be due either to the lightening port, or a malfunctioning logic board. The technician plugged in my phone and said since it would not turn on she could not assess what was going on - seems a little ridiculous to me, of course the phone cannot turn on, it can't get charged! I asked her if there was anyway to temporarily plug in another battery so I could at least back up the data on my phone and she said no. When I asked for suggestions on how to proceed she had zero. I then went to Cellaris (in between Gap and Starbucks) and saw Sam who quickly opened up my phone and temporarily plugged in a new battery in order to assess the problem. He was also nice enough to allow me to back up my data while the phone had a power source. Apple really seems to be out to grab customer's money. As far as I can tell the only "repairs" they do is replacing broken screens. I can confidently say this is my last Apple Product. Switching to Android.

Wow! This location has some bad reviews! I've been a regular customer there since I moved to the area in 2002, and while I agree with some of what the bad reviews have to say, they're not justified. I like this location. Staff is knowledgable, courteous, and helpful, and they're usually able to resolve my problems. When they're not, it's not their fault. Most of the complaints in these reviews pertain to Apple corporate policy or to the product line. I have my issues there, too. I am sure I've been unduly harsh on the "Genius" who had to tell me the terms of AppleCare on my current Mac product were not the same as they were on a previous product, and this time I'd have to pay something for a repair. But the guy telling me doesn't write the AppleCare agreements, and he didn't even decide to call himself a genius. The emotes and sales staff at this store are, with very rare exceptions, nice, patient, knowledgeable, and eager to help. Remember, you are rating a store, not Apple Inc! I like this Apple Store. It's big enough to have all the services, but still small enough to be friendly. Do note, it is VERY busy, much more so than 10 years ago, and more so every year. You should make an appointment if you need help with something. They do their best to make sure everyone gets helped in turn, and an appointment is the best way you can you can ensure you are.

This store ALWAYS smells like a barn. It's awful. After a few minutes, you will adjust and then get annoyed at the service. A lot of the folks are friendly but their rules and regulations are ridiculous. Last night, we arrived to get a cracked iphone 5 screen fixed and were told no more appointments were available. We made one ON THE GENIUS DUDE'S OWN iPAD for the next day at 11:30. We logged in to change it and it wasn't there. As of now, I have been letting the store ring for 11:55 -no answer and only 2 appts available at 3:20 and 3:40. After 5 attempts to call, and waiting on hold for nearly 30 minutes total, i was told that even though my 11:30 appt wasnt showing up it was there and if only 2 appts are available now online at 3:20 and 3:40 that that's all they have but i can surely keep checking as they'll update the appointments on the web page. really? I can spend all day Saturday (my son is home for the weekend) checking the apple site? Super. And, what level of confidence do I have that the site will be accurately updated? The Apple GENIUS entered our info - we saw him - and THAT never made it into the appointment schedule. And, I can't even drop my phone off before 3:20 and have it to get fixed because others have appointments. The service is ridiculous and lacking - it would be comical if it wasn't so dang frustrating. But, the products are great.

This place is way to crowded. I visited three times and I never got my appointment on time. The average waiting time is 25 minutes until someone come to ask your concerns. You should plan for at least 1 hour there.

This store is in the heart of a major shopping mall and is almost always very crowded. However, I have always been able to find someone to answer questions on new products and by planning ahead have never had to wait very long to see a genius or attend classes.
