You have all the opinions of real people like you who buy the services of Apple Boylston Street (Computer Repair) in the area close to the state of Massachusetts.
Currently the firm gets a score of 4.2 stars over 5 and the score has been based on 1680 reviews.
As you can read, it has an average rating is quite positive, and it's based on a large number of reviews, so we may conclude that the score is very faithful. If there are many people who bothered to value when they've done well with the service, is that it works.
As you know, we do not usually stop to set reviews when they are good and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or issue...
This Computer Repair belongs to the category of Electronics store.
These people are absurdly nice. I'm not sure what kind of torturous abusive training apple puts these people through but they are constantly calm collected and friendly. I heard some of the conversations and customers these people had to deal with and let me tell you it's nothing short of a miracle that they're smiling through all this nonsense. Anyway Paul fixed my my laptop with a smile and I'm very grateful. Also these are some of the best dressed nerds you've ever seen in your life so there's that too.
Great store, helpful staff, done everything pretty fast.
I walked all the way over here only to get an appointment for a week later. Wait times at the appointment were nothing special, had to sit there for 20 minutes after my scheduled time. Otherwise, they were very helpful, had good attitude, fixed my issue the same day I came in.
Very helpful to me, a Microsoft/Android person.
Great products with even better service.
Nice staff and nice place!
Amazing place. Nice coffee shops, pubs.. lovley place
I fix my watch.
This place is amazing! Very nice, friendly, energetic, knowledgeable team. They are always ready to help you for any concerns you have with their products even your phone/computer is not new and way beyond the service coverage terms. If you are a student or teacher, they offer additional discounts for the computer purchases but not the phones. However, if you are shopping on the tax-free weekends, you cannot double the discounts. The glass building makes you to feel everything is clean, pure and transparent. Non-Apple accessory products are very expensive but convenient to buy after getting your Apple products. I am addictive to buy Apple products and go this store to learn more about new technology.
Some staff there definitely need more training, knows little when ask her questions, only care about selling the products.
Had an appointment to get my phone looked at. Waited 30 min past my scheduled appointment time after checking in 10 min before it. Service here is terrible it’s worth finding somewhere else
Honestly hands down one of the. Eat experiences I've had at an apple site. Natasha was beyond the best at my Genius Bar apt. Everyone there was crazy friendly, peppy and helpful. Three floors of the usually minimalist modern design and central to Boston and the Pru. If you have a problem or need help this location is magic!
Andre, Nia and the other lovely Lady ( sorry I cant remember your name!) thank you all for the fantastic, thorough, highly knowledgeable and personable service! Walked out with a fantastic iPhone 7 after only planning to get my very old iPhone 5 battery changed! A fab phone and a great experience at Boylston! A high 5 from a very happy English girl! Amanda.
Got chased by an employee on the street saying that I didn't pay for my air buds. But I had done through the link provided on the very same bill. They didn't know that they offered that option so I got embarrassed by them for their mistake in the middle of the street. I had to text the store my receipt so they wouldn't doubt me. Shame!
Bought iPad 2018 !
The is a great location with knowledgeable and helpful employees. The space is modern and trendy. The one problem is that it has more space than it needs for the products it sells which places products on three levels with central staircase.
Best Apple Store in Boston. Can get crowded during holiday seasons.
I usually like coming to the Apple Store and looking at the products, but this time that I was actually going to buy a new iPhone I ended up waiting more than 30 mn and was made go to each floor before Mickaela on the second floor tells me I need to wait an additional 15 mn. Really bad customer experience
I didn't have a great experience here, but maybe that was because I was in a hurry. I popped in on my lunch break to check something on the new iPad. I walked up to someone in an apple shirt who didn't look busy and was told that the person at the top of the stairs would get me an iPad specialist. It took a couple of minutes for them to get free, talk to me and request an iPad specialist. I was told they would be right with me. After literally 5 minutes no one had approached me and I decided to leave. What was frustrating was the large number of staff in the store not helping customers but apparently unable to help with IPad's either standing around our talking to each other. Additionally while 5 minutes (timed , on a watch) might not sound too long, it is longer than I expect when told someone would be right with me. Would have much preferred to be told there would be a wait.
Hassan helped me greatly.good Guy..thanks
Last night I took a Mac class with Galen Ellis — he was a SUPER GENIUS ! Answered so many questions clearly & succinctly. Totally focused. And re-inspired my LOVE of Apple products. He was the smartest Genius I have met at in all my years of visiting Apple stores from New York to Boston.
This apple store is super huge. It has three floors so everyone can enjoys lots of spaces. Each floor is more or less the same. You can try Apple Watch Apple Pencil 2 directly without the permission from worker which is really nice and convenient. Just hope all the cables can be fast charge so I can charge my iPhone faster
Had my iphone screen crack and went in to get it replace, but it took forever. Like why get apple care when I could go somewhere else and get this screened replaced and not have to wait for hours to get my phone back
Awesome Apple store! Rocky gave us a great tour of the place and was very knowledgeable about the store’s history. She was very helpful. Would visit again for sure.
Came in to buy a MacBook Pro and they made everyone wait for such a long time. They form a line on one side of the store and take like half an hour to help each person in line, awful organization
Beautiful store with impecable service. Very very attentious and nice people. As common to Apple Stores, it is very vibrant because of the great amount of people there everytime every single day. There are three floors for various different activities. It's in general excellent but if you need technical service, book before you go. It's hard to find an empty space in the agenda without a reservation.
Great helpful service. My wife had an issue with her phone and they did not hesitate to make her happy.
A great shopping experience and the staff were extremely helpful
Jessica was amazing and friendly
Bought my current macbook online and picked it up here. It was a fast and pleasant process.
This place doesn’t care for human beings. They literally swindled me out of 101 dollars and then blamed me!!!!!!! Smh.
Over priced, but very high tech.
How do you run out of AirPods on a Saturday afternoon?! Prime time shopping hours.
I just walked in off the st and got seen by the Genius Bar in 5 min! I am over joyed with excitement I thought I was going to be quoted hours!
Purchased a new Macbook Pro $3,000 + InCase $55 .... shopping experience like buying a $20 bucks item - employees not caring and feeling like you owe them something / entitled. Staff not even asked whether I want to take it out of the case, install it .... really disappointing.
Nice place to get your Apple product fixed
NIce staff, but nowhere on website did it indicate that phones clearly listed as available for pickup and in stock during the day would not be available at 8:30 p.m. I was told the issue was not a stock-out, but rather that by policy they won't sell phones after a certain time of day, and that time changes from day to do. Would prefer clearer signage on the website, something like "Don't come to the store without an appointment an expect to get a phone"
Staff service can be improved!
Royce at the Genius Bar was so great and super helpful. He took the time to try everything he could to fix my iPhone and explain all my options. He even made sure i understood what he was talking about when he was explaining the more technical details. He wasn’t pushy or dismissive and provided great customer service. Thanks Royce!
Bought my iPhone X here, the service is top notch.
The best customer service ever.
Beautiful store, employees were very helpful and friendly. They helped me set a new appointment on another store since I was traveling out of the city.
This is the place to go when shopping for your Apple Products. The Staff is Amazing and ready to serve you. If you have ever been to an Apple Store you already know what to expect? I believe this one goes above what you would expect in my opinion. The purpose of my visit was to get my Mac fixed. I brought my daughters for the visit also. I was greeted as soon as I entered the store and welcomed too. The first associate was able to help me on the spot. My Daughters ran off to play with the products. As you can see they were not disappointed by far. It doesn’t matter who helps you, they all are knowledgeable about the Apple Products Offered! Thank You Apple for a Great Experience and Outstanding Service you offer at this location.
The people here are so nice. I met a lady from MN and she helped me the whole time or found someone who could help. They walked me over the different cases. It's busy here but I always get really good service. My phone was acting up and they were able to resolve the issue.
I wish the staff was more problem solving to recommend the best product rather than relying on "apple products" to sell itself. I came in to buy a iPad Pro and talked to 3 different associates with three wildly different recommendations. One even said "I'll buy it because why not" and didn't even care about my needs to solve. Only good thing about here is that they have stock of all products. The staff can use a re training or people skills management.
I have both bought a phone at this location and gotten my Macbook repaired, and both experiences were great. I would recommend calling ahead or booking an appointment online first if you're looking to do more than just browse, because it can get very busy and they don't always have time for walk ins. All employees I've interacted with have been amazingly helpful and friendly, and are very knowledgeable about the products.
I remember going into this store 5 years ago. It was alive. The employees cared, I felt important. Since then, it has been a steady decline into a store that I just walked out of. I went in to buy a brand new watch and was passed around like a hot potato from one employee to the other. "Not my department", "See over there, she can help you" etc etc. The employees I spoke to also knew I was there to purchase a watch. Alas, no one cared. Now, the question is how stubborn will I be. I don't technically need the watch, maybe I'll just stick with old faithful. Get it together guys, you are the only store in the area!
Great service
This apple store is super huge. It has three floors so everyone can enjoys lots of spaces. Each floor is more or less the same. You can try Apple Watch Apple Pencil 2 directly without the permission from worker which is really nice and convenient. Just hope all the cables can be fast charge so I can charge my iPhone faster
Ask 3 people the same question, get 3 different answers. I sure miss the Seattle UVillage Apple store... ok. Just changed review because Suf (an awesomely helpful guy here) and Malik, the manager, fixed my experience and made this long, challenging day work...
Unbolible helpful place great experience
Apple is amazing but the staff is not efficient for some products in this store!
Friendly staff, great products, always busy
Always have what I need in stock, store is beautiful and staff is nice and efficient!
Extremely rude service. Got directed by Apple support in CA to ask the people and the cs representative was rude from start to finish. She shouldn’t be working there or anywhere in the cs industry.
So many staff members on the floors, you'll most likely find at least one that is available to help you. Amazing customer service. It's clean, and most appliances organized neatly. Some old appliances may be replaced with newer versions, and would be placed in the staff's storage rooms in the back.
So kind enough to explain every deals and friendly!
Rude girl didn't even understand Apple's own deals and discounts. I got the Apple offer from a non-Apple store?! Waste of time very young unexpierenced associates but I still bought a Mb Air!
I’ve used Apple products for 15 years and I’ve never come closer to switching away from Apple products after this experience. I came to ask about the trade in program and get a new MacBook Pro. It took a long time for anyone to even notice me, and then once they did, the staff carried on with their other conversations. Then once I asked for help, the woman helping me kept saying “If it was me...” but not giving me advice based on my needs. She was also rude about the state of my old computer, though that’s why I came in! She was also unable to answer any of my questions about backing up my information using iCloud... When I realized I’d be better off doing the trade in (which can only be done online), she rolled her eyes at me and turned around without seeing if I had any other questions. They had already brought out my laptop and both the woman helping me and the delivery person acted like they were so inconvenienced by my change in plans and presence, even after I apologized. This is the second negative experience I’ve had in a Boston area Apple store (the first was at chestnut hill). It’s a bummer because I love their products but why spend so much money to be treated like I’m doing them a favor by coming in...
If you're an Apple fan, then this store is a can't miss. If you're not, then it's still interesting to browse the products and see how they compare to other options. At three stories, this is an impressive Apple location and there are many employees to help you find the perfect phone, laptop, watch, or tablet. Even though I don't own any Apple products, I still found it an interesting experience.
Nice staff, very welcoming, good and fast service.
Fast service, no hassle at all and really helpful in fixing my iPhone X issue. Glass stairs are a little scary but only because I’m prone to falling down.. ;)
Employees love their job and it shows. They greet you at all levels and are exceptionally helpful.
Not sure where do they get some of their product advisors! Spoke with two of them in separate occasions asking for some features of iPhone X; both ladies started reading loud from the pamphlet sitting on the desk beside the product! When I asked some challenging questions, they had to go get their manager for a decent response! Very disappointing experience!
The customer service experience was excellent. However the Genius Bar, which advertises itself as the only place to get repairs "done the right way" neglected to replace the waterproofing inside of my phone. I brought my iPhone 7 to Apple to pay $149 to change a cracked home button as it is not possible to program any new button I might install myself, despite the button being relatively easy to change. 30 minutes after pickup I opened up the phone myself with the intention of replacing the battery, rather than pay Apple the $49 more to do the battery in-store. This is when I realized Apple never installed new display adhesive. Were this a Samsung or OnePlus phone I could have bought a $12 replacement home button/fingerprint and installed it myself. For the $149 I paid to have Apple do the job, they still managed to do a poorer job than I could have done at home. FYI, if you were to repair an iPhone at home and neglect the waterproofing, the Genius Bar is likely to tell you "your phone is missing parts" and possible refuse to service it in the future, making this situation even more painfully ironic.
Very good customer service , my screen phone it’s broken they give me new phone
Tech good customer sevice but they need to focus on what there doing
One hour and ten minute wait.
To be fair, this store is very nice and the employees are always friendly, polite, and helpful. This review is more for Apple in general, who have apparently lost their minds over pricing. I went to get a charger for my laptop, and they ranged from $50-80 dollars. Keyboards cost $120 at the lowest. That is absurd. I went online and got a keyboard for $20 and a charger for $15, and they work just as good. Apple needs to step off their golden pedestal and stop overcharging for simple appliances.
Gave my laptop for repair, they called me it was ready to pickup, when I went to the store for pickup they have asked me to wait so that a technician will come to help me. They made me to wait for 50mins then the technician came & took my name for getting me the laptop & then another 20mins for the pickup.
Great apple store. Very spacious — there are three floors! I was able to quickly find what I was looking for. Not very crowded even at peak hours. The staff was friendly. This location is easy to spot from the street.
As I am currently in the store. So far I have spoken to 3 people in the store stood and waited for a period of time and still have not what I came into the store for. I come to this store because it is the closest to me. But I absolutely hate it! Usually there is a wait just to wait!
It’s a nice store but annoying what this business model has turned into. I wanted to get a new phone so now need to check in to see someone about it?! So it’s a 25 min wait to begin the process. Of course there are currently 5 Apple employees in eyesight chitchatting with each other and not helping customers which is mildly irritating...
Went to the Apple store this morning. The Apple genius expert Shelida helped me with an issue of my phone and gave me great advices. She was very patient and friendly. Highly recommend this location.
Quick service and very nice staff!
Just picked up my iwatch and man Im loving this thing. Wished I got it a lot sooner. It makes things so much easier. Glad I got it!
It's a great store. Loads of employees to help you out. The staff is quite friendly. Ended up getting a Macbook Pro. Quite exciting.
Quick and efficient. Prompt with honoring my appointment time and assisted me with my problem. Problem fixed and on my way in no time flat.
I had great customer. Only thing is I think when they fixed my lens, they messed up my speaker. On a positive note, the appointments were very helpful.
Good service, i went for a pickup and they were quick and helpful.
There could be be some waiting time. But the staffs are ver helpful and kind
I generally don’t post reviews, but the terrible service at this store made me change my mind. I have a company-bought mac book pro, apple care inclusive, less than half a year old. My charger broke down during a business trip. Of course I don’t have the receipt, as the computer was bought by my company. However, the store refused any exchange without a receipt even after careful explanation of the problem. Makes one wonder where else people would buy mac book chargers... Luckily, staff at Apple CambridgeSide were so much more helpful and were happy to exchange the charger.
Quick and friendly service. I strongly recommend ordering g online for pickup if you know what you would like. Service is quick and painless less. I was in and out in less than five minutes (after having ordered online).
Spectacular knowledgeable staff, friendly, which is a rare occasion in Boston. Very well trained management and teams here. It was a truly pleasant experience.
Been here for over 30 minutes, have been passed around by staff with nobody saying what’s going on. Just here for a simple fix.
This store is so neat and has the appropriate amount of attentive staff members!
Cool place
Friendly staff. Quick and prompt service.
Nice place. Wasn’t too crowded when I lined up for the new iPhone. Nice apple workers.
Very inexperienced workers.... even middle schoolers can do the same job. They know nothing about the products, low quality customer service... coming from a world renowned brand like apple... such disappointment. Lazy, rude workers who look like they all don’t want to be here ... seriously apple find someone who actually is passionate about tech not these workers... apple stores in other countries are way way better than in this Boston store... shaking my head I still can’t belive what I experienced
okay service... prefer Natick collection over this location
One of the better apple stores (and that’s saying something). It’s multistory and has great technical advisors. Regular apple service but it does get busy.
Great place it’s apple!
As always great service
Bought my last phone here. Good service from what I can tell. The building itself is pretty cool. nothing to really complain. Its an apple store.
Very nice
I was told by a couple associates in this store that I could take advantage of student discount on two iPads that I wanted to buy for my sister and niece by presenting my student ID only. Next time I went in to purchase them, towards the end of the process, they said I couldn’t do that by one ID only. When I said I was told otherwise, one of the managers instead of being professional and polite by expressing apologies for the misinformation given to me, kept repeating himself and didn’t seem to be helpful at all. I passed. Because first, I can get another student ID and still get the deal, second, I don’t want to buy from them but the Cambridge store maybe.
Tipicial apple store.
The vibe here is kinda counter to my very core values... everyone looks like they are too cool to be interacted with. As for the actual service here, I found I couldn't get the attention of the greeter on the second floor who instead preferred to talk to another worker. However, the person I worked with was courteous, efficient and very knowledgeable. As for the prices, the $1475 flat cost to repair my 2015 laptop means I won't be back. Fairly outrageous by any standard when some of their new laptops dont cost that much... I guess we all have to eat, eh?
Great store. Great service.
Unable to reach by phone to check on a repair.
Like almost every other Apple retail store, full of friendly individuals that greet you as you enter and answer your questions or direct you to the appropriate floor/resource. Building has three floors where the first focuses mainly on watches and cell phones, second on computers, and third on services such as the Genius bar and product support.
I went to this store today to get my extremely cracked phone screen fixed. The wait was short, and I returned in the quoted time to find they replaced my phone with a new one because they were unable to fix it. Everyone was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, even after I had to return after spending 3 hours in two different Sprint stores to get my phone activated. The employees at Apple set me up with someone right away (the greeter even remembered my name!) who fixed the problem Sprint couldn’t within the hour. I can’t thank every employee who helped me today enough, you made a very frustrating day much better.
Told 50-60 minute wait time, came an hour later and they extended it by an extra 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, I was told it would be an additional 30 minutes on top of that. 3 people on every floor with iPads that can’t do anything besides check people in making horrible experiences for customers waiting. I suggest firing those idiots and hiring more Genius Bar employees so more customers can be seen at once.
Genius Bar reservations are a MUST, you can make them online through Apple. Everyone is super knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Third floor is the Genius Bar and chargers, scone floor is iPads, phones, and some accessories like cases, and first floor has all devices and watches!
Repaired my 4 year old iMac for 191 i am very pleased.
Good service and good atmosphare. Huge store they has three floors. I was company my friend that has problem with her phone, staff help her. The staff very knowlegable and helpful
Helpful staff.
As it is an apple store there is no way we have to observe the store because we are going to get best product for ourselves. I bought my headphones from there. 5 star because I found the structure of the building very cool. Also, friendly service and comparison between the product specification was there. I also saw people going there to spend quality time in that building.
I bought a MacBook here yesterday, but I didn't know I bought apple care before. I didn't know it until I received the receipt. The salesman bought it for the customer without permission and told me I could cancel it. What is your service attitude?
The service was quick and quite helpful!
Always lucky to get apple products from here
Excellent customer service provided by the techs here. Well trained and they know what's inside their books.
It’s Apple. This was an experience very typical of most Apple stores, which is why it gets 2-stars from me.
Great with biz customers!
Huge store where you can look at all the products, decent service. But as usual, hard to get appointments here. Located right in the heart of Boylston street
Busy clean nice and professional. I picked up a $1000 worth of equipment for a delivery app. No tip
Brought in my iphone to replace the cracked screen. I had apple care so pretty much I didn't have to pay for anything. Yet man that wait not having a phone is crazy.
I was excited about buying the new phone (IPhone 8) to replace my current SE. But the lady who was helping me was so impatient... she always get annoys and sound mad whenever I have questions or concerns. I get it... it’s 8pm, everyone is tired. But can’t she be a bit more professional? I noticed that other employees are providing much better customer service to others compared to how I was treated. Oh ya, I asked for a paper receipt, and it never came. Overall I had a BAD experience with customer service, but I am satisfied with the price for iPhone 8 and the product.
Though this place gets bombarded with customers I've always felt well treated at this location. This must be one of the busiest Apple stores in the country because it's always jam packed. I think at one point is was the largest Apple store in the country. It's in a great location with great staff.
Got my phone replaced and Ryan was so helpful. The service was fast!
The best place to be if you need an iPhone
Glass structure make its look fancy. Watch out for glass stairs as it can throw you off balance
I was here to get bottom of my Mac repaired, the young man with curly hair helped me a lot to reduce my cost. Today I just get Mac back and really surprised that I get a new screen! !!!
If you plan to visit here, you should set aside at least 5 days of your life. The staff won’t tell you what the exact issue with your device is and the solution to everything is ‘leave your laptop here, it needs to be sent out, will take 3-5 business days’. I gave them my MacBook under the pretext of getting its motherboard ‘repaired’ this January, got a bill stating repairs but I’m facing the exact same issue (black screen, display issues) again now. I doubt if you even shipped it out to your service center, wherever that is.
takes a little while for walk in appointment but its okay. i love apple products
Friendly apple store as usual. (Nice stairs in the centre)
Nice people. Good phone's
Quick repair for my iPhone. Appointments get faster service.
One of the biggest Apple stores in America and surprisingly it has an amazing and fast costumer service
I normally don't write reviews, but I wanted to share my recent experience here. I was on a trip to Boston and needed to have my computer looked at because it had been erased and I was having trouble importing my backup back onto my device. Since I was on vacation, I had plenty of time to dedicate to this matter. I showed up when the store opened and was able to meet with someone quickly. They assisted me with downloading a new OS onto my computer and I waited until it was finished to then try to restore my backup. During that process I was waiting patiently and was checked in with several times by staff members. Once the first step was finished I was then directed with how to handle the next step up and was allowed to wait there until it was finished. It was during this step in the process that I waited a very long time for this to finish. I was at this store for approximately 4 and half hours. While waiting, one of the staff members, DJ, noticed my patience yet hidden frustration and came to help. DJ was the most kind and caring staff member I have ever worked with at Apple. He listened to my problem patiently and with earnest. He quickly gave me ideas of problems and solutions and had a new game plan deployed quickly. Before he was working with me, I had listened to him helping another patron with the same amount of care and support, he even recalled a conversation he had had with the man weeks before. I can't thank DJ enough for his time and energy. I hope this message gets back to him.
Long wait. Don’t even expect to get a good service. Your average Joe.
Great experience
Picked up the new iphone 11 and they were so helpful inside the store. They broke everything down for me. Loved the service I got from them.
Got there just before opening. It was busy, but they were very well organized. Just wish they could’ve figured out what was wrong with my phone. But at least the salesman told me that spending more money to buy a new battery would be a waste of money and wouldn’t fix the problem.
Big store
Conveniently located, but confusing layout. Took longer to get served than usual for an Apple store.
Well organized, flagship store. Staff is almost too friendly and approaching. Had phone fixed within two hours for a reasonable cost.
Naomi L helped me trade in my old iPhone for a new one and she was extremely nice and helpful! She made it a very easy and great experience.
Easily the worst Apple store I have visited. Wanted to buy a case and glass screen protector for my iPhone X. They had neither available at the store.... nor could they tell me when the new inventory was going to come in, nor did they offer to call us when the new inventory had arrived.
Good knowledgeable staff. Explained the product and features well. And store is too good, all other part of the Boston are easily accessible.
Not the top service you’d expect at an Apple store, lots of attitude and long wait time
All of the staff members that helped me during my visit were all very friendly and helpful.
I was on vacation in Boston for a few days and decided I want to finally purchase an Apple Watch Series 4. I called ahead for information and spoke to Timmy the manager. I was very politely greeted by Timmy and his staff there. I purchased my watch and I am very satisfied with the customer service I received at this store. Keep it up!!
Very bad service. One person per device section, long cues at apple watch section with stressed staff (1) and bored staff at other sections. Bad shopping experience for spending 500 USD! Great Apple devices don’t deserve this bad store experience!
Very spacious and all the staffs are so helpful and willing to help you out.
Great store, "welcome to Apple"
Long wait, staff looked really unkept...
Friendly, fast, and had what I was looking for.
Great place, the employees are knowledgeable, and are eager to help! They greet you at the door, and send you to the right person to help you. Products are usually in stock. There is an elevator in the back of the store to help you. The store is very modern, and sleek. I'd say 60% of the store is glass. My only problems are: the store can get packed, there is little to no parking, and the Genius Bar is on the third floor.
The experience at the store was cool however, finding the store using google maps was a terrifying nightmare. The directions weren't straight forward.
Cool store, really nice staff.
Very helpful. I needed some repair and they were very patient and spent the time to required (about three hours’ over two visits) to work through the problem and effect a solution. Particularly Timmy on the third floor who was very detailed with continued steps, should they be necessary. Very professional. Thanks.
Beautiful store. Very helpful staff
Just trying to get in, buy an iPhone 11 and get out. Sadly, I was made to wait in a queue for an hour and a half while the staff processed sales at a glacial pace. I understand that Apple may believe that the appearance of queues adds to the allure of the brand but guys - get a grip. Just let me buy the phone and get on with the rest of my day
To busy..wasn't even said hello to.
Very quick and extremely friendly service. I had a repair done on my macbook and they were very efficient, making sure to get my laptop back to me asap. Initial appointment and consultation was free of charge which was great!
