I’ve been meaning to get my screen fixed for about a month and everybody’s prices were outrageous but when I went here the man was really nice and got me a hefty discount since it was my first time there! They also got it done in fifteen minutes and I was out the door faster than it took to get there. I only give four stars instead of five because they could clean the carpets some more and have a little music playing to liven the atmosphere.

The worst company ever!!!!!!!! They didn't fix everything on the phone they were supposed to, stated it would take a few days, it took two weeks to fix, every other day it was an excuse i.e. waiting on a part, technician not here. Stated their was warranty but after a week the phone stopped working! Of course they blamed customer and did not honor the "so called" warranty. Stay away!!!!

Same like other claim as before 2 weeks ago I paid this guys $140 to replace my screen same day u had to come back becoause the charging port was loose the did somthing that hold for couple days 10 days later there is lines inside the screen came back the told me it must be dropped there is no damage to the phone the phone didn't drop but it was easy just to nlam it on me will never use again

Big liar phony fakes! They sold me a charger for $15. They said, "its not from china, its a real one, it works". Im like ok... let me get a quality charger for once. Two weeks later its charging my phone slower than any charger i have ever bought! AND I PAID $15 FOR IT!!!! They suck! They are liars!!!!

This place is a joke. I went in for a screen protector. They didn't have what I needed but said they could have it shipped from their warehouse. I put a deposit down and was told it would be in the next day. Four days and many excuses later, I still did not have my screen protector. I went back and asked for my deposit back. They gave it to me and told me that when it came in, they would call me and give me the screen protector at no charge. Needless to say I have not heard from them since. But I'm not surprised. I couldn't even get the product when I was paying for it. No way were they going to call me and hand it over at no charge.

I came to get my phone repaired on a Saturday and returned on a Tuesday because my phone screen wasn’t working. A simple fix. The sign and lights were on but the door was locked. There was a sign on the door that said they close at 7 with a phone number I called the number only to be rushed off the phone. After about 20 mins of no call back I call them back just for the phone to ring twice and sent to voice mail. I call again no answer. They then call me back, I answer and then they hang up. So I call them back and no answer. What business does this?

Customer service was very terrible. I took my Samsung tv here for repair because if wasn’t showing any picture. It took them up to a week to run a diagnostic. The technician on duty to me that they were going to call me by the end of the day with the results but they never called. I had to drive there basically every day to ask if they have ran the diagnostic. Their answer was always, oh well the technician was working on your tv not too long but he stepped out, he will give you a call when he gets back, which ofcouse never happened. They did that to me for like a week. I got very upset and took my tv to a different technician.

I have been here twice in the past 9 months. The first time, my Galaxy 7 cracked (back of phone). They replaced it with a Samsung backing. It looked brand new and I was so happy with their work. This week, my LCD died (purple smudge that overtook the entire screen) on the same Galaxy. I wasn't sure if this could even be fixed. I also had gotten another crack on the back of my phone (dropped phone and case fell off). He told me he would replace both the screen and the back. Again, my phone looks brand new! Very nice staff and easy location to get it and out of. I highly recommend and the price is fair. Nice waiting room if you decide to hang out. I have told all my friends to go here if they need a phone repair.

SCAMMERS!. I gave them a fully working iPad with only a cracked screen to fix. When I received the iPad back, the screen was replaced with a cheap low quality screen from China; and then the button didnt work. “I was told to take it up to apple to get the button fix”. however, the button was fully working before I gave them the iPad to only fix the screen. So In-return I was left with a broken button and a low density screen. Do not do business with them. They run their business like those rinky dink automotive shops on the corner. They’ll fix one thing then secretly break another thing without you being fully aware of it, just so they can have you coming back.

Best experience - Finally i was able to find a store that can fix my damage iphone 8 Plus - Apple told me it is a dead phone and i would need to buy another one - Technicans at US Wireless Repair was able to fix my phone in 20 minutes. This will be my new repair spot! I was so worried that i gotta pay another $600 to apple to get another phone - They fixed my phone for $65 and i was walking out happy! This place is a rip-off I took my iPhone 6 Plus there to get the screen cracked after I left the store the phone was a on but I couldn't charge it and it died I took it back the next day and he tried to tell me it was my battery which I replace the battery a month before and i didnt have a real iphone charger which I do i took it to the Apple Store the man tolled me when they changed my screen at us Wireless they screw down the screw to tight and cracked the motherboard after I told him this they refused to give me my money back at us Wirelessamd try to sell me a iphine 7 for 300..they act like it was all my fault... this place is a scam and I definitely do not recommend it

All I needed was battery replacement, they told me 3 days at most, now when I call them after 3 days they are saying like 2-3 days more for battery to arrive...totally unreliable people and unprofessional. And just because I left bad review about them, now they are saying they will not do my repair and will not refund my money back either. I kindly request any of you not to trust them and do any repairs with them.

The owner appears to be very friendly and resourceful at first, but in the end is a liar. I took my iMac 27 " to have the display and hard drive repaired. He told me it would probably be around $150. After having my computer for a month he finally tells me that it will be $350 because it needed a bulb for the display, new ram and to replace the hard drive. I told him that there was nothing wrong with my ram before I took it to him, but okay. Once I got my computer and began to use it I noticed that the fan was coming on and really loud when only on the internet. I decided to check the specs of the computer and to my surprise they weren't the same from when I took it. I now had half the size hard drive that I originally took in and a much older processor. I was never told that my processor was being replaced, nor downgraded. I was also assured that my hard drive was the same size. When I called the owner he told me that he used what he had in his warehouse. I told him that this was unacceptable and that I expected to have what was equivalent to what I took in and to have been informed that my processor/motherboard needed to be changed. I would have never agreed to a downgrade. He told me that he could sale me a computer with my same specs of what I took in for an additional $350 as a solution. Are you kidding me?! BUYER BEWARE

I should've known not to come here . I took my ps4 here for the HDMI port to be fixed , worked for a month then the ps4 completely stopped working . Then I took my iPhone here to get the screen fixed the phone worked for 2 months then the touch stopped working . Took it back they changed the screen then it started doing it again . Was told that if it continued messing up I could get a free screen repair . Well that never happened o was told to take it to Apple to get fixed after they messed up . I'll never go here again & I do not recommend it at all .
