The number row on my keyboard stopped working on my MacBook Air. I was quoted like $250 at the apple store for them to fix it. Plus they would need to replace the entire top case and keep my laptop for 5-7 days to complete the repair. John was able to just replace the keyboard at half the price and have my laptop back to me the same day. My trackpad ended up getting stuck after the repair, so I brought my laptop back the next day for a quick screw adjustment free of charge. Now everything is working great. I would definitely recommend Urgeeks if you need quick and affordable computer repair in the area.
